They were prompt, did excellent work, and were very adapatable. They cleaned up after themselves too!

They are expensive, but they are very good. I was pleased with them if I was a wealthy person. I asked a plumber friend what he thought of the estimate and he told me not to have it done and that I probably didn't need all the pipes completely replaced. I told them that I was going to go ahead and do it, but then I canceled. They didn't even send me a bill for them coming out.

The gentlemen was professional and prompt. The entire experience with the company was a pleasure. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

They were efficient, punctual, the price was reasonable, and I was pleased with the work. I would recommend them to others.

The owner himself is not that great. One of the employees actually said they try to keep him from going on house calls. He came out once and did not do a good job, but someone else came out and fixed the issue at no additional charge.

They came the same day we called. Provided lots of information on preventative maintenance for the winter. Very knowledgeable and polite.

On Wednesday July 16 Jerry arrived, replaced parts in both faucets charged me 220.00 and left. After the repair I used both faucets and found the one in the garage leaked. I immediately called the office to explain the problem and left a message to call me at work the following morning. On Friday I got no call so I again called the office. I was told Jerry had my number and would call me. I got no call, so I called Jerry on his cell and he stated he had been to my home but, could not find the problem. Since he could not get in my garage their was no way for him to find the problem. He came back that night but, stated that the replacement parts were defective. He would return the following week at my convenience with new parts. I was not able to reschedule Jerry until Tuesday the 22, when he arrived and stated the problem would require another part for 62.00. Work was completed.

We just bought this 40 year old house, and needed some advice and an estimate of the work we thought should be done. Atherton sent an experienced plumber, who was a pleasure to work with. He gave us an estimate, and guaranteed that the cost would not exceed what he quoted. There is no charge for an estimate. Two days later he and an assistant did the job. They were finished in under the time he had quoted and below the original estimate. Best of all, the plumbing work is excellent, and he answered all of our questions, and gave helpful suggestions to my husband on maintaining problem-free plumbing.

They came right away when I needed them. The work was being done in Dayton but I'm in Columbus. They handled the situation very professionally as they did the work and then sent me a bill - they didn't ask me to prepay for the work which was nice.

I called A-Atherton first thing in the morning and they came out the same day. I had shut off the main water turnoff to my home which is located behind my dryer. Brian, the plumber, came to my house on time. He checked out the damage. He found a local turn off valve in the utility room that I missed. He disconnected the broken water pipe. Because the weather was too cold, he said that they would come out in the spring to reconnect the new pipe. On the bill he stated that only a 1/4 trip charge should be charged for the return service. He turned on the main water supply to the house and reconnected my dryer vent and put everything back together. He also used a coupon to reduce my trip charge by $12 that he said was in the phone book.

Brian, the Technician, arrived and did an outstanding job and answered a couple of my extra questions without missing a beat with the job.

They were prompt and I didn't have to pay in advance. I live out of town so it was nice that they were willing to take a chance with me.

I called on a Saturday morning and was told someone would arrive by 2:00. I called again at 2:30 and they had lost my phone number. They finally arrived around 5:30 and completed the job in about 45 minutes.

The plumber very professional and courteous. We have not had any problems with our plumbing since he was here. He gave us an estimate for his work and he charged exactly the amount he estimated.

Atherton Plumbing was very knowledgeable and experienced. We have not had any problems with the plumbing since they did the work. They came to our home the day after we call them and their prices were competitive.

I called to set up an appointment and got very straight answers regarding price, and they stuck right to that. A few days later, Ben called ahead to be sure he had the right address; there was a bit of a mix-up (phone number/address, not their fault), but that was fine; he was very close by and came right away. He got to work immediately, stopped to show me about a possible problem down the road that may never occur, which I sure appreciated knowing ahead of time. I okayed his going ahead with the new toilet. The whole business was done in less than one hour, very professionally. I wanted a new toilet even though I was told the old one would probably have worked fine and am not sorry I made that decision, the new one (Gerber Viper Round) is great. I may have been able to get the toilet myself ahead of time cheaper, who knows, but was comfortable letting them do that for me. Anyway, I'd most definitely call A-Atherton again and would rate them very highly.

Great. They were very professional, used very high quality materials, and had good workmanship.

On time, polite, and gave advice on replacing the kitchen faucet.

THEY WERE VERY EXPERIENCED AT THE CARPENTRY. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL OF THE FLOOR BECAUSE WE WERE NOT CHANGING IT. THEY DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB. IN A TIMELY MANNER.

AFTER WE HAD THE WASHER WORKED ON, IT STILL DID NOT WORK. I DO NOT THINK THAT THE WORKER INTENTIONALLY DID ANYTHING WRONG THOUGH. HE SERIOUSLY THOUGHT THAT HE HAD FIXED THE PROBLEM.

THEY DID GOOD WORK, BUT I THOUGHT THEY WERE EXPENSIVE. THEY DID DO A GOOD JOB, AND WHEN THEY RAN OUT OF CAULKING, THEY CAME BACK ON THEIR OWN TIME TO FINISH UP THE FAUCET OUTSIDE.

ONCE THEY GOT TO MY HOUSE, THEY DID A FAST BUT VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB AT INSTALLING THE WATER HEATER. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE WORK THEY DID. I COULD NOT OF ASKED FOR ANY BETTER OF A JOB.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. THEY WORK REALLY FAST. THEIR PRICES ARE FAIR. THEY DO ALL THE CLEAN UP. THEY GAVE ME A TIME FRAME AND FINISHED WITHIN IT. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING.

THEY ARE VERY EXPENSIVE, BUT THEY DO GOOD WORK. I DO NOT KNOW IF I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE PRICE. THEIR WORK WAS OF VERY HIGH QUALITY AND WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE PIPES.
