Description of Work: I've been very satisfied with this firm for 25 years.

Description of Work: Had to replace toilet kit which I had bought in advance (to fix a leak)-- the plumber did the work in about 10 minutes and charged me for the min. visit charge of around $99.

Description of Work: My kitchen was flooded by my washer or drain. I was panicked and called several plumbers. AAtherton was the only one that would come immediately. They thought it was the washer but checked all possibilities. They were here very quickly and let me know what they thought the problem was.

Description of Work: main drain clean out. Yearly process, done quickly and efficiently. Maple tree roots are a chronic issue which need to be controlled every 12 to 16 months.

Description of Work: Check garbage disposal but the problem was debris from disposal in the pipe. They cleaned it out and gave me some tips for future use of the disposal!

Description of Work: Bill was great. He recognized that the problem was a faulty part in my faucet. He just happened to have that part in his bag of 'goodies' and fixed it. I only had to pay for the labor and I did not have to buy a new faucet! I am happy.

Description of Work: Cleaned drain in bathtub that was completely clogged. Plumber was excellent in trouble-shooting the problem. He had to clean the clog using the bathroom sink because of where the clog was. I would most definitely use this company again. Charge was sightly higher because of the mileage from the company has to drive from.

Description of Work: 100% satisfied. All of my drains clogged after I accidentally ignored the signs they were slowing. I called as they opened, and although their techs appeared to be booked for the day, the person who answered the phone assured me of one of his guys didn't appear to be freeing up, he would come to my place personally because I am military. The plumber showed within 3 hours, called 30 mins in advance of him finishing his current job, and again when he was on his way. He snaked my lines and appeared to get the clog. The price he charged was very reasonable. Sadly 4 hrs later it clogged again, but he was back in 1 hr and snaked so far down the pipe, I swear he had to be way down the sewer. No additional charge and very professional and apologetic he failed earlier. I don't expect perfection.... But I do expect to professionalism and to get the job done. These guys get an 'A.'
