He was very cordial, prompt, and professional. Overall, it was good experience, and the pricing was reasonable. However, the refrigerator was kind of unfixable at that point, so we ended up replacing it.

He failed to show at our first appointment due to a personal emergency. A call would have been nice. Technically competent and reasonably priced.

I was afraid that it might be something major, but the repairman who came was able to fix it with a small part that had worn out. Repair was quick, easy and not expensive. I was very impressed with the service received and would recommend this company. I will certainly call them again if I need appliance service.

He wasn?t able to fix the refrigerator, but he was honest. I would probably hire him again.

Excellent & outstanding! We called in the morning & he was here at about 1:30 pm, went right to work, worked quickly and efficiently, when finished cleaned up, and he was off to another call. The problem was exactly as he had suggested on the phone that morning, so was impressed with his knowledge & experience. It took only about 1 1/2 hrs. time, and he charged only $86. We had three other repairmen out to fix our problem and all were unsuccessful, and they charged a whole lot more. I will use Appliance Doctor in a heart beat for any appliance problem I may have in the future. I highly recommend him.

Called on Monday and left message to call back regarding dishwasher; the return call was not until Tuesday. This was the only negative in the entire experience. Arranged for the inspection/repair on the following day. The technician called before arriving and arrived promptly after the call. The inspection and repair was quick and professional. A hose was clogged and was cleaned out. He provided helpful hints on keeping the unit in good running condition. Very pleased with the experience and will use the service again.

Explained what was wrong, showed me that the fan was running but was too slow; took it out and replaced it with a new fan. Repair cost under $100. He was courteous and prompt and professional.

It went OK. It took a bit to find the connector that had been 'pushed apart' by the moisture.

Mr. Keihl was very professional when I called and was available the same day. He arrived exactly at the time he had promised and quickly diagnosed the problem. He finished the job in less than half an hour and assured me he would come back if I had any more problems, guaranteeing his work.

I have been using Tom "The Appliance Doctor" for almost 25 years now. It is amazing what he can fix and how honest he is in letting me know 1- whether something is worth fixing and 2-whether he has the skill to fix it. He has always been punctual, clean and fair and takes great pride in his work...a dying breed!

I called at 9am and had Tom out by 10:45am. Tom diagnosed the problem quickly and showed me what the problem was. He had the part on the truck, so he was able to repair it immediately. He told me what to do to help prevent the problem from occurring again. He cleaned up after himself and was very professional and friendly.

We were very pleased and relieved that there was an easy fix once someone took the time to diagnose the problem.

It was a pleasure working with Tom. He was courteous, and quick to diagnose the problem with our refrigerator/freezer which had suddenly stopped cooling. When he arrived, he explained that it would more than likely be the start relay (which was the least expensive), or the compressor. He had the part and was here less than 30 minutes. We will use his services in the future and would definitely recommend Tom to anyone in need of a major appliance repair.

Refrigerator stopped cooling correctly, did not know who to call. Went on Angie's list, read their reports and called over the weekend leaving a voice mail. They were here first thing Monday morning. I was leaving town, so I called from the airport and made arrangements to pay by CC. Received a 10% senior discount. I would recommend them to others.

Excellent. I was able to schedule a convenient time. Tom was on time, completed the work expeditiously, and charged a fair price.

Once again the Appliance Doctor came through for us. Called on a Friday morning to have someone come out and check out refrigerator problem. Ice was beginning to melt and refrigerator side wasn't keeping food cold. The lady who took the call was very friendly and professional. I needed someone after 3:00 due to schedule. She said someone would call after 3:00. At 3:00 the call came and the repairman was there immediately. He soon discovered a loose connection and repaired it in 29 minutes. Refrigerator is now working fine. They were prompt, professional, honest, quick and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend the Appliance Doctor.

The repairman was very quick, efficient and knowledgeable. He recommended that he do the easy, cheap fixes first, see if those worked, and if not, then go to the more expensive options. I appreciated his honesty. I also appreciated the fact that he explained everything to me in detail and told me how to better maintain the appliances. Everything is working well now. I highly recommend this company.

THEY DEFINITELY KNOW THEIR APPLIANCES. IT DID NOT TAKE THEM VERY LONG TO FIND THE PROBLEM. THEY WERE HERE THE SAME DAY WE CALLED THEM AND THE REPAIRS WERE TAKEN CARE OF QUICKLY.

THEY SHOWED UP VERY CLOSE TO THE TIME THAT THEY TOLD ME ON THE PHONE. THE REPAIR MAN HAD THE DRYER APART QUICKLY AND WAS ABLE TO FIND THE PROBLEM. WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS SINCE HE WAS OUT.

I BELIEVE THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DEPENDABLE. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB AT FIXING MY REFRIGERATOR. THEY ARE A GOOD SERVICE COMPANY, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO WOULD NEED AN APPLIANCE REPAIRED.
