Performed the service within a couple days of the estimate, hauled away all the wood and debrie, raked and cleaned up the yard and path to their trucks. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and courteous.

We contacted this company on Tuesday and a crew of six men plus machinery (that included a cherry picker, chipper and one for grinding stumps) came on Thursday to do the work. The company seemed large enough to have the specialized equipment (and employees) to complete the job more quickly and safely. We had much slower or no response from 3-4 other companies recommended to us by someone we knew. We learned that a tree located where a cherry picker could not be used and therefore requires climbing is more expensive to remove. Workmen were careful to guide the branches down with ropes and tie back shrubbery if necessary to avoid damaging existing landscaping. The work crew did not appear to have information we had given to the contact person. For this reason, it might be helpful if someone could be home when the crew arrives to communicate with them directly.

Company was able to send someone over the same day I called to provide an estimate for the work. On the day I called to schedule the work done they estimated they would be able to do the work in the next week or two. They contacted me the same day to inform me that they would actually be able to do the work on that day. Was contacted once the work was completed and would be billed once I approved of the work done. Crew cleaned up very well with the only thing left being sawdust in the snow.

The tree removal was performed when no one was at home and this work was completed perfectly with all brush and debris removed. They did forget to grind out the stumps which I did expect to be done at a later time. I phoned them on a Saturday morning to remind them of the stump grinding task and it was completed the same day.

They did a good job and cleaned the part of the yard they worked in so it was cleaner than it was when they arrived. They had to bring out their insurance forms since they didn't mail them as promised. It was hard to schedule an estimate, but they showed up to do the work as promised. They even cut up the wood for fireplace size even though it wasn't included in the bid. They also took a credit card for payment and gave me a discount for finding them on the web.

Estimates were prompt and reasonable. The work crew showed up as scheduled and finished on time.

They are very friendly and professional. They did the job asked of them and cleaned up after themselves.

The person who answered the phone answered all of my considerable questions, they performed the estimate as requested (we requested 3 trees, with the maple being the priority as there was a HUGE broken limb hanging over wires, privacy fence and in a very precarious position. I called on Saturday (yes they were open) after reviewing all estimates, they were the least expensive and it was a firm estimate. She answered additional questions and said Darryl would call me Monday. Monday at 7:45 a.m. he called, and Tuesday it was done by lunchtime. Other companies were estimating 2-3 weeks. No mess was left and they did a good job. I never laid eyes on them, estimate and work was done while we weren't home. I was a little nervous about that - but no problems. They were willing to bill us.

Luckily, the trees were not too close to the house to do any damage but the weight of the ice broke the limbs and part of a trunk. Aaron's Tree & Landscaping Service came out a week later to take care of the damage. They were conscious of bushes and plants and took care of the lawn. Their men were kind & hardworking. Their estimate was high but they could get here the quickest. We had little to clean up after they were gone. We miss the trees but when we think of the damage that could have happened. We are thankful for Aaron's Tree & Landscaping Service.

Rain kept project from going forward for a few days, but company kept in touch with me daily. They were able to take the tree out on a day I couldn't be here, and agreed to bill me. I came home to a small pile of wood shavings where my tree had been. Sad, but tree was almost dead and leaning!

They are a great company with the best price in Dayton.

An arborist came out within 6 hours of the call and wth work was performed within 12 hours of providing the cost estimate. The area was cleaned up wiht no trace that work had been done. The work was done exactly as the estimator said it would.

THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY DID NOT DO ANY DAMAGE TO THE HOUSE OR GARAGE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM AND WE THOUGHT THEIR PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE.

WE HAD DONE A LOT OF COMPARISON PRICING FOR THIS JOB, AND THIS COMPANY WAS DEFINITELY THE LEAST EXPENSIVE. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND CLEANED UP ALL OF THE MESS. WE WEREN'T EVEN HOME WHEN THEY WERE HERE, BUT THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO.

I THINK THAT THEY DO A WONDERFUL JOB. THEY DON'T CHARGE TOO MUCH CONSIDERING THEY HAVE TO CLIMB UP A HUGE TREE AND PUT THEIR LIFE ON THE LINE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
