Aaron Kramer Plumbing, your local Dayton, Ohio plumber, and Certified Moen Plumber, is licensed, bonded and insured, and has been in business since 1988. We specialize in residential and commercial plumbing and work with both in-state and out-of-state property and facilities management companies. We repair and/or replace toilets, sinks, faucets, water heaters, sump pumps (including battery back-up pumps), garbage disposals, locate and repair pipe and water leaks, and clear clogged interior drains. We will also assist in diagnosing high water bills. Customer satisfaction is a high priority with Aaron Kramer Plumbing. Owner Bruce and assistant Jordan were on time, clean, efficient, knowledgable, answered all my questions, proactive in getting help for kitchen faucet, replacement understanding of my physical limitations (recent surgery). I will recommend to anyone!
Description of Work: 1) Replaced defective master bath toilet parts. 2) inspected 3nd bathroom toilet. 3) Evaluated grinding issue with kitchen faucet, contacted Moen for replacement faucet under warranty-faucet is rusted out, not repairable.

They called me back quickly. I have not had to compare the prices with anyone else. The people were fine. I wanted them to repair few parts of the tank but they rebuilt all of it. I felt some of it was unnecessary but it is fixed now hopefully for a long time. They took care of the job and I do not anticipate any further problems.

The guy who usually comes out is really experienced so he did a good job.
Description of Work: They fixed the kitchen sink and dismantled an old vanity and toilet; they will fix it down the road because we do not use that bathroom.

It was fine; he came quickly and he fit us in. I was impressed with the outdoor faucet. When he went into the basement he said "here, in the winter or if you're on vacation, I will put a switch here so you can turn it off, so it doesn't freeze in the winter and if you're on vacation no one will maliciously turn it on." I thought it was a great product and he gave me good advice.
Description of Work: He was referred to me by neighbor who had used him. The first time was not for an emergency; he fixed a dripping outdoor faucet. The second time was an emergency call; the sump pump was stopped and the basement was full of water.

He did a great job.
Description of Work: We had our kitchen re-done 4 years ago; he did all of the plumbing during the re-done including the plumbing under the sink and the outside faucets. One time before he did the kitchen, my husband was working on a bathroom on a Saturday. One of the pipes broke and he couldn't get it fixed; he came right over and fixed it.

AARON KRAMER IS A GREAT GUY TO WORK WITH. HE IS VERY METICULOUS AND MAKES SURE EVERYTHING IS DONE RIGHT BEFORE HE LEAVES THE HOME. HE ALSO CLEANS UP WELL AND IS VERY NICE. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE HIM IN THE FUTURE.
