Mr. Kramer and his son were very prompt, courteous, and professional. They installed a new sump pump that my husband had just purchased a few hours earlier. They worked quickly and efficiently and were finished with the installation within approx 45 minutes. The water rapidly drained from the basement floor and the new pump is working wonderfully. Mr. Kramer was very reasonably priced and we are extremely appreciative of his quick response and willingness to remedy our urgent situation on a late Sunday afternoon. This was the first time we have used his services and we could not have been more satisfied with the high quality work they provided. Very good. I had to get a new kitchen counter. He gave me a realiable carpenter. Aaron plumbing did the prep work putting in new pipes and fittings. After the counter was done he came back and installed the sink. Love my new counter and sink.

Quick and affordable! Was able to come out the same day called and was $100 less than another plumber's quote. He was able to fix the problem in one visit (had all parts needed) and was in and out in less than an hour. Very happy with their service!

They were great. They re-arranged the plumber's schedule so that they could repair the toilet on my day off. Showed up when they said they would. Was very professional and completed in a timely manner. Cleaned the area during and after their work. Was very pleased with the quality of their work. Will call again whenever they might be needed.

We could not turn off the valves for our washing machine, nor the main valve to our condo. Did not want to force them, so we felt a plumber was needed to do the job. We took a chance on calling Aaron Kramer Plumbing without prior knowledge of the company, based on finding out on their website that they would do what we needed and customers reviews online. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of service received! I spoke with Ruthanne, the receptionist on the phone who was very thorough with the questions she asked. About the job and what I needed to do just in case the outside main valve to the building would need to be shut off. As it turned out, it did not, but she wanted us to be prepared. After being sure all was in place, she set up the appointment for two days later, which was a time that was good for us, as this was not an emergency job. Bruce was able to take care of the problem and answered my questions I had for him. It was hard to reach the main valve, which is located in a utility closet with the very old water softener in place. Since we were not using the water softener, Bruce suggested disconnecting it and removing it from the utility closet, which he did with my permission. On a side note, Bruce was training a young man to be his assistant and worked very well with him. I was pleased with the quality of the service I received from Aaron Kramer Plumbing and will call them again when I have a future plumbing need in the Dayton area.

After a careful diagnosis, which he fully explained, Mr. Kramer spent an afternoon removing the broken flange and replacing it. The original flange had been installed incorrectly on top of the floor tiles so he had to remove some of the tile to make the new flange fit even with the floor. He then filled in the spaces around the new flange with some sort of mortar which needed to dry. He came back a few days later and reinstalled the toilet. Excellent work, fairly priced, for a complicated job. I feel confident in what he did and will use him for all future plumbing jobs.

Very thorough. Explained options. Suggested an additional shut off valve for heater. Job done and paperwork provided for inspection by city.

Kramer Plumbing did excellent work, on-time and professional. Both Bruce and his assistant Jordan were a pleasure to work with. Also recommended a drywall/carpenter to replace the kitchen ceiling and repair the closet and bathroom drywall and they also did very good work.

What a great experience. They arrived on time, were very knowledgeable, and respected the home surroundings. They replaced everything I needed and showed me areas of concern (leaks) that were causing issues. They also replaced some ill-performed work installed by a previous plumber. I was always kept informed - the communications made the experience enjoyable. The estimate was spot-on as was the estimated time to complete the work. One of only two experiences I have had in the Dayton area where the work was performed on-time, on schedule, and as expected..I salute these professionals. They also cleaned up after the work was complete. I will recommend this company and will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs.

Excellent, Very friendly and knowledgeable explained everything to me and DID NOT apply any pressure for replacing parts etc. Overall a very excellent experience and I would recommend Aaron Kramer plumbing to anyone in the future.

Bruce and his assistant were very professional. Replaced leaking valves with new ones. He also installed threaded connectons so that in the future if the valves need replaced there will be no need to access the wall cavity to perform the replacement. Area was cleaned up upon completion of the service. I would highly recommend this provider to anyone in the need of plumbing repairs.

Due to having unrelated remodeling in my kitchen and having some painting done, it was hectic around the house and decided to buy fiberglass pipe wrap as a temp fix for the valve pipe leak until I could focus on that. WOW what a mistake that was. FYI, I do not recommend using the fiberglass pipe wrap as a temp fix. Anyway, called Aaron Kramer to fix the issue. Not only did they respond quickly but was easy to talk with and very personable and friendly. He had an assistant with him who may have been training. I mention that only because it was refreshing to see the way the obvious lead was complimentary and encouraging to the assistant. Very professional. Also asked and received information on future project I might have. Will call again for future issues. Thanks

Serviceman came in uniform at appointed time and performed service very quickly and efficiently!

After discovering water in the basement a quick search found this awesome company. A call was made and was advised right up front as to what coast would be if indeed the sump pump would need to be replaced. The team showed up very shortly after being in contact. Within a few minutes they went right to work and discovered that they could get the sump pump to work, but that it had probably had air locked. After discussing the decision was made to go ahead an just replace rather than possibly have an issue again at a later time. The team quickly went about getting set up to replace. It was impressive that the new sump pump had been pre assembled in order to save time. From the time of the call to the time of finish of the install was only about an hour and a half.

I've never dealt with someone who first, couldn't tell me what the problem was and second, couldn't tell me if he had fixed it! From what I could tell he did the job of replacing the seal and hardware connected with it and calked areas around the toilet. I wanted an estimate of two other jobs and he said he wasn't able to give me the estimates. I don't think I'll ever use this same guy again. It remains to be seen if the problem was fixed since he wasn't able to tell me it was.

Mr. Kramer and his assistant wore booties while working. Both of them were very professional and polite. I expected the work to take longer than it actually did. It was obvious he had done this many times before. Tarps were laid down in the outside entrance and in the bathroom. I did not stay in the room while they worked (probably why it took less time for them to do their job), but the chatter between the plumber and his assistant were very professional. After the work was completed, Mr. Kramer explained to me how often I should clean the filter and how and why clean air entering the bottom of the heater is necessary (I had not in the past paid attention to this important factor. ) Got my business in the future. Very, very outstanding!
