we called weatherseal for an estimate on our skylight after we were not impressed with our initial contact with the company. weatherseal worked really hard to regain our trust which they did. they offered us a great estimate on our skylight came out that week and had us sign the contract the next week had the skylight installed. the guy who came out was very professional they did not leave a mess and we were very impressed with their dedication to make customer service their first priority. we will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

Beside the work being very neat and efficient, the communication was excellent. All of the different crews that came in were very professional and courteous. They were perfectionists. There was constant communication between the company's spokesperson, the owner, and us. They were always on time and very professional. They did a marvelous job. The staff in the showroom was polite and informative. I don't know if I've said everything, but I can't say enough good.

Weatherseal was one of three estimates I've received. I haven't selected anyone yet, but I am leaning toward them if I have the work done.

WeatherSeal came right out and gave us a fair and honest estimate. Even more impressive to us, WeatherSeal provided efficient and quality work that went above and beyond our expectations. Now in place of our decrepit doors are high quality products at an affordable prices. There is no doubt in our minds that "WeatherSeal is the Real Deal"!

We had some siding come off the house during a storm. I called Weatherseal and got an estimate I was happy with. They helped us through the whole insurance process. WeatherSeal kept in contact with me even when we were having trouble keeping in contact with the insurance company. The crews for both the roofing and siding were very professional and friendly. They seem to enjoy their work and that gave me confidence that it would be done well. We are extremely happy with the results. They did a great job.

First off, starting about 2.5 months ago, I spent 3 straight weeks with window contractors, waterproofing contractors, gutter, tree, siding contractors - you name it - sometimes 2-3 a day. Hands down from start to finish, this was the most pleasant experience I had. From the meeting with Scott, the President of Sales to the finish just a perfect experience. First of all the price - Scott had no idea that I had already seen at least 8 other window companies, came in, and crushed all their prices without finding out first what the best deal was and then offering to beat it - and the windows were the exact windows that 2 of the other companies used. Everything after that was golden - final measurements, followups on appointment scheduling - asked if I wanted them to do the job early over a week with about 3 windows a day, or a one day and done - since I had waterproofers there that week, I had them come on a Saturday. Professional work, very nice installers, gorgeous windows, and excellent cleanup. I can even express how thrilled I am - I have yet to turn on the furnace and even on the nights it's gotten in the lower 40s, my inside house temperature has not dropped more than 2 degrees - this compared to my old windows where the inside temp would've dropped to near outside temp. And I also noticed how much cooler it was on the 80 degree day they installed them. As soon as they were done, the low E glass just blocked the heat from building. Like I said, I am ecstatic. From start to finish, everything perfect, and the pricing? Insane!! They beat many of the companies by $170 PER WINDOW - I wouldn't have paid too much less to do them myself (which would've taken days and I never could've sealed an capped so nicely). I would recommend to EVERYONE and will be using in the spring for my siding and decks in the future!!!

This is the first time that I used this company and was pleasantly surprised. From the beginning of setting up an appointment for an estimate to having the work done, it went so smoothly. I got an appointment for the estimate within a couple of days of calling. The saleman wasn't pushy, but just pushy enough to make me feel like I was going to get a good deal by going with them and I felt like I did. I ended up canceling the other estimates I had scheduled and signed the contract that same day. With every appointment from the sales to the installation, they were on time-I've never had this happen. Most of the time when companies give a time, they're usually late, but not them, they were on time. They told me it would take 3-4 weeks for the windows to come in and at about the 3 week mark, they called me to schedule the installation. The one nice thing is that they have Saturday appointments that fit into the working persons schedule. John, the installer, was professional and did a great job. The one thing for me that was great, was that he paid attention to my dog and didn't mind him being around. As an animal lover, that is an important thing. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would use them again for future projects.

The entire experience was great. Everyone was incredibly professional, including the sales person, the office personnel, and the people who did the actual work on the house. They obtained all the proper permits and jumped through all the many hoops required by the City of Hudson. Everyone who came to the house was very polite and did outstanding work. I am extremely impressed by the quality of the materials used as well as the professionalism of the people who did the work. I give them my highest recommendation.

Overall it went very well. The crew did very good work. We were extremely pleased with the quality of their work. The siding and deck look great. I gave them a 'C' rating on responsiveness because I had to leave 3 voice mails before they returned my calls. That was just the office though. The workers were friendly and professional.

Last winter, I realized that most of my windows were cracked and drafty. My daughters room was too hot in the summer and very cold in the winter.I knew that the energy tax credit made this a good time to address my problems. I called around to several companies to get an idea of how much this would cost. I needed 21 windows to do the entire house. This is complicated because my house is so old and had the original Pella windows. I knew updating would be a difficult job. Anytime you put something new into an old house, it can be a challenge. The salesman from WeatherSeal was on time for our appointment. He listened to all of my problems and needs and went through my house room by room. No other salesman took the time to walk through every room. He came up with several viable options in several price ranges. I chose the windows I wanted and scheduled the installation. The installers were courteous and prompt. They took the time to make sure that the windows were installed perfectly. They kept my house clean through the entire process. I love my new windows and I would whole heartedly recommend Weatherseal to all of my friends and family!

I first dealt with Justine to make my initial appointment. She was very professional and kind. The salesman was on time, very professional & not pushy. The installers were on time both days, very friendly and considerate and went over and beyond by finishing off the trim around the insides of the windows. I love my new windows and also receiving the tax credit helped considerably. I would highly recommend WeatherSeal Windows.
