The communication, install and final product were great. The only issue I had was that the scheduling wasn't very flexible.

They moved things out of way, disassembled, and installed heavier spring to give it longer life. They made sure it worked properly before leaving. I have used them before and trust them to do a good job at a fair price.

The installer was on time.. Normally thats not something mentioned positively in a review I would write. In this situation, on the morning of the worst snow storm we've had this winter, our installer was there early and ready to go. Shortly thereafter another installed came to help with the removal of the existing door. Despite our steeply grade driveway, snow, ice, freezing weather, these folks did a great job and had the new door up and running in about 4 hours. Minor work remains to replace weather stripping, but its small and incidental. Our overall experience has been great, met our short timeline and did the work in the least ideal conditions.

They came when they said they would. They found and explained the problem. They are reliable and they have a fair price. They were responsive.

When I called to set up an appointment, I was surprised at how quickly I could get in. They said they could come out that afternoon, but I was calling from work and couldn't get home in time to be there, so I had to schedule for the next day. The day of the appointment, the tech, Jayson called to say he was on his way and arrived promptly. He quickly identified the issues, made the repairs, and clearly explained what he had fixed. I have two vintage cars in the garage which could not be removed, and a large air compressor that sits within a few inches of one of the door tracks, but he managed to work around everything. I know it was probably a pain, but he did it without complaint. And I truly appreciated that. He couldn't have been any nicer and was very observant of things. Where did you manage to find that guy? Better be paying him well. He also fixed the issue I was having with the opener (which I forgot to mention when I made the appointment), so I was glad to get that handled on the same visit.

The experience was very positive. The broken door was evaluated by Overhead Door and the assessment was that it would take as much to fix as to replace. Overhead Door called the next day with a door that was in stock. The door was replaced within a week. I have had no issues with the garage door since the replacement. I appreciated the prompt and reliable service.

Undersold me told me I did not need whole new door system just new panels.

We ordered the doors on June 26th. The sales person Ken said he wasn't sure how long it would take for them to be in given the Fourth of July holiday, but it should be around then. We heard nothing, so I sent Ken an email on July 7th to check on the status of our doors. I heard nothing for three days and decided to call instead, I left a message for him with who ever answered the phone to call me. I think it took him 2 more days return the call. To tell me that they should be in next week and I would be getting a call from Todd ( I think) on Monday or Tuesday, So of course it's Wednesday and I have to yet again call in to talk to Todd, he says "yes I was just going to call you" ( I find that hard to believe!) we proceed to schedule the installation of the doors for July 21 st. The installer puts the doors in, two panels on one door have scratches on them, I understand things happen in shipping, they will get 2 new panels and swap them out. Then the installer wanted to finish off the top of door, there was gap of a couple inches, with a 2x4!! My husband had already talked to Ken in the sales stage about using a piece of trex (maintenance free like the doors) so the installer leaves with the doors up, the 2 scratched panels and no trim on either door and an open gap at the top of a couple inches. But the real icing on the cake???? We have not heard a word from Overhead Door!!! The installer originally told us he would be back the same week to finish the trim, he didn't show or call, my husband called talked to Ken, and he acted like he shouldn't have said that at all. He said That they would do it all at the same time, and he would call me in a day or so and give me an update. That was over 3 weeks ago. We joined Angie's list just to write this review!! If you have 6 months and don't expect any customer service then call Overhead Door! If not call anyone else. ,

They were very responsive, came on time, fixed the door, and I really liked them. The repairman was very personable and even said that if I had a problem, I should give them a call. They also gave me a lot of information and were easy to schedule with. I would use them again.

Called a few places to discuss an issue with a very loud garage door opener. Overhead Door was by far the most helpful, from the person who answered the phone to the sales rep to the install techs. This was not an emergency service, yet they were still able to come and install a new garage door opener and springs within one business day of me calling. They also did a general tune up and now our door is almost silent! Overall I'm very pleased.

It was good. They were very friendly and prompt. They did what they said they would do. I wasn’t sure what the reconditioning would entail. They placed the rollers and oiled things.

The technician was very knowledgeable. I thought I would need to buy a new door since this one was so old. He was able to fix it and got it working while I only spent a fraction of the cost required to purchase a new door. It was certainly a better option. Overhead did not try to sell me a new door when it was not necessary. Great job!

The service went really well. We have continued to use their service. They do not over charge. They are very punctual and follow up well.

The installer, Jason, was very knowledgable and went above and beyond to get the job done. I wanted a better spring system than the one that broke. Due to shelving above my garage door, Jason had to work around that problem and did a great job. Another co. I had called earlier said I would have to remove the shelves. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work done and the price.

It was pretty good. I didn't had anything that I disliked. He did what he said he was going to do. The price was reasonable. It did get noisier and noisier as the time went on, it didn't completely fixed it but it made it better.

He came and reconditioned my garage door. The noises stopped after he put the new rollers on. Unfortunately, the day after he left, my opener didn't work. I called him that day and within an hour, he came out. He said that he didn't have an opener that worked, and he could go and get one, but I ended up getting one from someone else.

Scheduling with the company was fine. The work was done OK. Before, it made lots of noise and creaking but that all went away and it sounds great. I felt the price was fair.

They did a very good job and it only took them one day.

Replaced springs and did maintenance.

I liked everything about them. They were very pleasant and I liked the work they did and the price.

The replaced my door opener and adjusted the door. I have since used them at my place of business.

Very satisfied. Would definitely use this provider again. On time, friendly and helpful in answering all of our questions thoroughly. Have a lot more peace of mind about the condition of our garage doors and how they are functioning.
