Very professional. Did a nice job moving our items. Really worked with us to ensure satisfaction with their services.

The crew was prompt, courteous, respectful, and attentive. They worked efficiently. We had nearly everything marked to show which area/room they were to be taken. Still, much was mixed into other areas. There were some difficult things to move, but the crew found a way to get it done. There were 2 beds and a desk that needed to be dismantled and reassembled; one was done well, one was not done well and we have to re-do it and possibly replace some of the hardware, and one was not reassembled. A chair was dropped and a part was broken. The foreman of the job made sure that it was repaired and returned to us the next morning, which we deeply appreciated. The cost was reasonable. They were on the job for 12 hours. Everyone was very tired. I have very mixed feelings about this company - each member of the crew were very nice, but by the end of this long day, many mistakes were made.

Couldn't have gone any better. The 2 guys moved everything very quickly and carefully, even in the rain. The job was finished 2 hours quicker than quoted, so a good price became a great one. This was the first time I had hired movers and it was more than worth it.

Good but more expensive than initially thought as it took them longer to complete the job.

not too well. The two men sent have been moving for less and year and they repacked the truck many times to fit all in it. The moved from each room versus overall and took alot of time rearranging the truck. Moving in they broke a window, it's frame, glass,dislodged the weight and cut the matress. After the incident their movement moved slower, I hired a local walker to get this job done. The men just seemed inexperienced. The owner did correct the damage the next day to my satisfaction. My complaint is the per hour billing seemed excessive for the items moved mainly because of the rearranging each time they put something new onto the truck. If I move again, I will have a set price for it and not go on an hourly basis.

The move went great. We relied on the company to move our large furniture items, outdoor yard equipment and patio furniture, and some very large boxes. All we're delivered timely and without damage. Company was flexible when our move date was pushed back and always responsive.

The whole experience was perfect and couldn't have gone better. The crew was friendly, courteous, extremely professional and hard workers. We truly enjoyed working with them and would highly recommend the company. The Move It Now personnel was Crew #107 - CA, JP, JH.

It went wonderfully! The movers worked quickly and were very professional. We weren't as prepared as we wanted to be and they were very patient with us. They asked questions while packing the truck to make sure everything ended up where we wanted it at the new place. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering assistance with moving!! A+!!

They got the job done and in the time/didn't have to pay over the angies list deal we got.

The add on Angie's List read: "111 for 2 Professional Movers and a Truck for 2 Hours." The deal said the offer was valid (VALID) for 4 labor hours on job; additional hour cost $95 for 2 men and a truck for an hour... When I called to schedule, I was told the coupon for this offer required a 4 hour MINIMUM and would require an extra man and an extra fee of $90 to move a piano. In other words, I would have been billed $320 to move a $75 piano. I canceled my order and hope I have no problem getting a refund from Angie's List.

They were good, wonderful. They were thorough and took care of the service 100% . No problems at all. They were polite and didn't scrape up the walls. They made sure their feet were wiped and didn't bring dirt into the home. They took their time and handled all of our products very carefully. Nothing was broken so those were all things I admire On top of that we had a family emergency in our home that day, while that emergency happened the two gentleman stopped to assist and that meant the world to us. They made sure the placement of everything was fine. If were weren't pleased with the placement of something they were ready to go back and make changes so they were great. I would tell a family member or friend that they are reliable, courteous, careful, quick and prompt.

They did a great job. this is my second time using them.

So glad my husband and I chose Move It Now for our move from Ohio to South Carolina. When we were initially trying to choose a company, I became so worried about trusting any company with keeping our stuff safe. All the national companies we were looking into seemed to have a fair amount of poor reviews. Or even if they seemed to have decent ones, it made be uneasy to talk to someone from, say, Florida, who'd be arranging my move from Ohio to SC. All that to say, local moving companies are the way to go and Move It Now did a great job from start to finish. They were flexible about coming to our old apartment for an estimate, quoted a good price, and the 2 movers that packed and moved all our stuff handled things with care. Thanks so much!

Well, worst week of my life, but they helped. We paid $800 between the two crews, we needed more help and called them back, they got us the help that day.

"Move it now" is an incredible company! Their crew moved us from Akron, OH to NC, and the gentlemen were very respectful, professional, and efficient. We have moved several times and this was definitely the best company we have ever used. We highly recommend their team to anyone!

Move it Now was excellent. They took care to not damage anything they were moving. They used bumper pads to protect walls and doorways. They took extra care to not track in snow or dirt as well. Very satisfied.
