Description of Work: Keith and Shane did an absolutely superb job of moving my belongings from Cleveland to Pittsburgh. They were prompt, respectful, very sensitive to my needs, responsive to additional requests. They were constantly asking what more they might be able to do to help. They took on some extra, unexpected work without complaint, and simply just could not have been nicer or more careful with my belongings. In addition, I had to reschedule 5 times with the company due to legal issues that kept me from moving as planned. No one I spoke with ever complained about the multiple reschedulings or in any way indicated this was a problem. The price is certainly right, and the service was outstanding.

Description of Work: They perform very well they they arrived in a snowstorm to move our studio in adverse conditions. Great job with moving the artwork and furniture. They were flexible in delivering some furniture to an additional location as well

Description of Work: Overall really good. A couple of items were damaged one of which I found. They acted shocked that it happened when I know by the size of hole that they had to know when moving. They compensated for the damages fairly and with good customer service.

Description of Work: It was an excellent experience. Rob, Jeff and Gary were very professional and finished in a timely manner and went that extra effort to see that everything was done the way I wanted.

Description of Work: Moved me out of a Ranch home into a condo. They were very careful with my furniture and boxes, put furniture together and boxes in the correct rooms. I did my own packing and marked each box for the room it was assigned. There was no damage done to my belongings and I would use them again and recommend them to anyone else.

Description of Work: We only moved about 10 minutes away. The 2 movers who came were on time and worked tirelessly the whole time. My Angie's List coupon was honored easily but I did need to show it to them =) My initial quote was right on.

Description of Work: Service was fine. They arrived late because they had the wrong address even though I communicated with them on the phone several times to confirm the address prior to the service date. Apparently the message wasn't communicated to the movers.

Description of Work: I actually used them twice within 3 weeks as we moved from our home to storage and from storage into our condo. They were hard workers who worked steady only taking a short break and lunch which we were not charged for the time. They listened to our requests and did exactly what we asked for. They were very hard working, courteous and professional. I used them twice and would definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: They loaded the contents of our storage unit onto their truck and unloaded at our new house as well as the uhaul we had already at the house. They were fabulous, very respectful of our property, very polite to our friends and family and even understanding and playful with our curious kids. We will definitely use then again.

Description of Work: They moved my family out of my Dad's basement into our house. The weather was terrible, a blizzard. They tried hard to keep the floors clean in both houses despite all the snow. They were late because of the blizzard but called and let us know. Took longer than expected, but they were thorough and did a good job.
