Description of Work: Terrible. This was a tough move for us as we are in our late 70's and my husband has Alzheimer's. They were supposed to bring additional boxes - they did not! The estimate was for 5 to 7 hours. They took 10! They left me in the previous apartment and said, "sorry the truck is full"and just left us sitting there. The remainder of my "stuff" I had to throw away including all my plants. It took me three days to find boxes marked "kitchen - food", in the garage. I found a box in one closet yesterday marked "master bath". I still have not found my copier. They put boxes in the garage for storage and then put the metal storage rack in front of them. Seriously?? Keep in mind we only have one bed, one sofa, one chair, a futon, a dining room table and six chairs and our "stuff" we do not have a lot compared to many people. They damaged a number of my furniture pieces. The manager kindly offered to have someone come and repair them - which I very much appreciate - but my furniture is old so I declined- I just wanted to be done with them. This whole experience was so stressful. The manager refunded an hour and a half of the time-charge because I complained which I do appreciate and he was congenial. Here is a question for manager's in similar positions: Why do you pay your employers an hourly wage. What is the incentive for them to do the job in a timely efficient manner? If you pay hourly, perhaps offer incentive bonuses for good reviews and a job done in a efficient manner - on time and NEVER tell an elderly client - "sorry, the truck is full".

They did an excellent job in communicating with us and transporting furniture to our location without any damage. We will use them in the future. We were very pleased with this moving company.!!! Description of Work: Move items from storage and in one house to another in 7 hours.

Description of Work: The two movers were very polite and let us "plan" the move. The estimated 2 hours for our small garage move was also very accurate. Actual time was 2.25 hours. They were also very careful with our items and covered anything that may scratch even though we were only moving a few hundred yards to a different garage.

Description of Work: Two movers showed up to do the move. We had everything packed, they just needed to move it. One of the men that showed up was small in stature and we wondered how he would handle moving large, heavy items down two flights of stairs, but he surprised us with his strength. Both men were hard working and polite.

Description of Work: The movers crew #105, NL and BL, were really good!!!!! They even moved my sofa bed about three times to see where I wanted it. Everything went very smooth. I would definitely get them again and would recommend them to my friends!
