I was very pleased with the professionalism and efficiency the team from Move It Now showed during my move a week ago. They were quick but also careful with my belongings. I would recommend them to anyone who needs professional movers. Moving is never a great experience, but the guys from Move It Now make it a much easier process.

I try to think how they could have handled the move better but I cannot. Although the items scheduled to go to the apartments were mixed together at the origin, they loaded the truck so that the contents for each apartment were together. The speed at which they accomplished this was amazing, and really facilitated the move into the apartments. The items were loaded on the truck, transported, and unloaded with speedy precision. They handled each item as if the item belonged to them. I had to congratulate (and thank) Rob and Jeff for the fantastic job they did.

The truck and movers arrived late due to an address mix-up on their end, but called as soon as they realized it. I contracted for two men, but there were actually three for the first two hours. They worked quickly and efficiently.

The movers were great, they didn't damage anything and they were super fast. We did have some issues with the office worker that took our order. The office didn't email us a copy of the quote until we asked them a third time and they misquoted how big of a truck we needed which caused us to take several extra trips on our own to get everything.

The gentlemen arrived as scheduled and moved all furniture of a 3 bedroom house with washer and dryer to storage unit. Care was given to protect items and everything was moved without any problems. We have two more moves ahead of us and will definitely consider them again.

I spoke with them on the phone and they ended up being too far away and the travel charges were too high. We will use someone else instead. They were polite and understanding on the phone.

They were very easy to work with and very responsive; however, with our schedule we are not going to be able to use the services. They were very willing to work with us; however, it was on our end that the schedule was not flexible enough to have the services completed. We would use them again and recommend them to others. They have a great scheduler to work with.

The move was perfect! Move It Now moved me into my apartment approximately 8 months ago and just 2 weeks ago moved me from my apartment to my new home in Canal Fulton. This is the second time I've used this company in 8 months and would use them again tomorrow if needed. I can't say enough great things about this company.....from the very first contact with Gary up and through the move with their workers until the truck is empty and pulls out of your driveway. The young men they have working for them treat your things like they are their own. They are polite and professional and on time. The cost of the move is the most reasonable I have ever found. You will not be disappointed with Move It Now. I highly recommend!

They asked a lot of questions about the amount of furniture and articles in the rooms. this provided them with the proper information to give us and accurate estimate for the move. The move went great. They were prompt and wasted no time. They were professional in all that they did for us. Move It Now provided us with an organized and smooth moving experience. The guys were easy to work with and prompt. They did a great job. They packed the truck efficiently and quickly. They took precautions with the doors and other scratchable articles. Great Job! and Great Experience!

They did an outstanding job! They covered doorways with padding so not to scuff the doors or furniture going in or out. They handled each piece very carefully, just like it was their own. I was very pleased with the entire move from my very first contact with their business office to schedule all the way through to the last item when it was unloaded from the truck and placed in my new home. I have used them twice in the last year and just rescheduled them for May for our move from our apartment to our new home. I trust this company completely and highly recommend them for your move. You will not be disappointed. They are professional, efficient and charge a very reasonable rate!

Overall I was quite happy with the process. Those guys worked really hard. The only reason why I gave a B on professionalism is because the movers smoked so it made a few of our things smell for a few days.

The quote process was thorough, but not invasive. It took about 30 minutes and I had a figure before he left! They brought 4 people to pack the trucks and a 2 story house was done in 4 hours. They brought 3 people to unload, and it was about 5.5 hours. They were professional, polite, and clean. Noting was broken and there were no surprise fees. I will definitely use them again.
