Move It Now - Akron Canton & Medina

Move It Now really helped make my move easy. MBC & TL arrived early and answered some of my questions regarding the day's plan. They took special care to use padding & mats inside the houses so they didn't damage anything. They worked quickly but carefully. It had been sprinkling early in the day, and then started to really rain, but they were both conscientious about not letting things get wet, or if anything did, it was brought to my attention quickly so I could wipe things off or check to see if everything was alright. The driveway at my new place goes uphill, and it looks like there was gravel there at one time, but no one had been living here for awhile so now it's mostly grass. With the wet weather the guys were a bit worried, so they parked the truck at the bottom of the hill and used a dolly to bring everything up. I know this was a lot of extra work that they weren't expecting, but everything still was done professionally. I definitely would recommend Move It Now to people I know!

This was the second of two move by Move It Now. Both times they performed their services in a timely manner. The date of the second move was filled with heavy rain, and the crew worked around the rain as best they could to complete the move. No damages, despite several large and heavy items in the relocation.

If you are looking for a mover, I highly recommend MOVE IT NOW. You could not have ask for a better experience and professional movers. They moved my furniture and ect. to two different locations, there was not one thing that was damaged, the two movers were so pleasant and courteous and polite. I would hire them in a heart beat. They came on time and work so **** ** a 95 degree weather.

I would say it was okay, They started well but as move progressed they were tired I think and was slow. I was little nervous when it comes to handling TV and the way they carried etc. Over all it was not too bad but neither too great as well. They were late to my appointment as well as their earlier one was delayed.

Movers were both professional and safe. Everything went very well and very quickly.

excellent, hard worker, willing to go out of their way. Very satisfied. Small point, wasn't told about driving time not included, added an additional 15minutes, keep that in mind when budgeting cost

I wish I could rate higher than an A. I was promised that the set would be handled carefully, and the service delivered was more than expected. Not only were they polite, experienced, and on time...James and Lee wrapped and protected the set as if it were their own family's heirloom. When the hutch was set on one wall, and the dining table couldn't be centered, they happily moved it to another wall, and adjusted it perfectly. They were so kind and efficient. I would highly recommend Move It Now for anyone with a move in the future. We were thrilled with their customer service and pride in their work. Thank you, thank you, thank you for a job well done!

Sam and Herman from Move It Now were awesome! They were so polite and helpful. They removed items from a few rooms so we could redo our floors and were so great that we asked for them to come back when it was time to replace the items. They kept asking, "Is there anything else we can do for you?" How refreshing! I also recently had lunch with a friend who, ironically, was telling me about his positive experience with his movers and it turned out to be them. I am hanging onto their names!

Moving is not easy but Move It Now was truly professional. Some of the things I liked: - They arrived on time as promised. - The trucks were clean and well maintained. The crew was clean, courteous and friendly. ? - The crew personally introduced themselves to us and shook our hands. This made us very comfortable with their service. - They were very efficient and courteous during the move process; asking questions when in doubt. - They protected our hardwood floors and doorway. - They were very careful in moving items. There was no visible damage. - Delivery to our new address went very smoothly and was done with great care. - When they finished, they again thanked us for the opportunity to move us and shook our hands. That may seem trivial to many, but it showed these guys commitment to doing a good job the right way. - The moving estimate was right on target to the actual hours the move took. Honestly, I can find nothing that was done wrong or could have been improved. We appreciated the professionalism of the crew. I will definitely recommend Move It Now to anyone looking for a moving company.

I'm very disappointed. They dented and scratched my fridge and my washing machine really bad. Other pieces were knicked up bad. They also scratched the **** out of our brand new wood floor in many places. This was a brand new built house and the floors are all scratched now. Their floor protection they promised was just one floor runner... seriously? We have wood floors in the entire house except bedrooms! They were not careful at all. I feel like the price we paid for them to just move furniture wasn't worth it. Glad I had family move the boxes the day before otherwise we would probably have broken stuff there too. So mad! They were also late. They also dont write in the description that they start chargin you per hour based on when they start driving to your location plus the ride back. Very deceiving. Definitely don't recommend these guys.

DB and MS did a great job moving my elderly father's belongings from one place to another. They called ahead and unloaded fast and efficiently. Good Job Guys!!!

Outstanding Out-of-State Move. It couldn't have gone smoother. Move It Now Akron was able to guarantee both a pick-up-date and a delivery date of the next day to Maryland. This was important so that my mother's belongings could be moved out a few days before the closing. The two movers, Antonio and Tyler, were both polite, patient and hard-working throughout the two days. They even packed up 2 sets of fine china, crystal, and an entire kitchen of cookware, etc. that my mother couldn't leave behind. Nothing at all was damaged, which is amazing considering all of the fragile pieces that were transported. I would highly recommend this company. Note that I received quotes from 3 other moving companies, all of which were larger, cross country movers. Not only were their quotes higher (some substantially higher), but they also couldn't guarantee pick-up dates well in advance because their trucks make multiple pick-ups and deliveries. (I like how Move it Now doesn't combine your move with other moves!) It was also much easier to get all of my many questions answered upfront by Move it Now compared to the other companies.

This company is fantastic!! I called them on short notice and the were able to accommodate my schedule....even when my schedule changed! Austin and Levi arrived on time, were friendly, professional and great movers! I love this company and will definitely be using them in the future. Call this company for all your moving needs - you won't be disappointed!

Both of our guys worked hard the entire day and were professional, courteous and helpful. They worked hard to finish on time so my nephew could meet his at the house and unload furniture and return to work in the afternoon.

Had a team of three guys. They moved everything out of my house and a storage unit and into my new house. Took about 7 hours. The team was professional, friendly, and effective. They hustled the whole time. Took good care of my stuff. This is the second time I've used them, and I'd use them again in the future.

It went very well. They showed up on time and finished very quickly.

Overall went well. The truck they brought out was too small for the job, so they had to make two trips. Which of course is extra time which means extra money. Fotunately, the move wasn't far! The movers themselves were good guys that worked hard and fast. Listened well and asked questions to make sure things got placed where I wanted. Would have been perfect if they brought the proper size truck (hence the overall B instead of A), which ended up costing me more money than it should have.
