Description of Work: I was rather surprised by the overall impression of this company after reading all of the excellent reviews. Although arriving promptly for the actual estimate on the jobs needing done, I never received a quoted estimate. After 10 days, which seems like ample time to draw up an estimate, I notified the company regarding the status of the estimate and the response was one of disinterest on behalf of the company. There seemed to be excuses and other reasons for the lack of response. I do realize that this is a busy time of year for the carpentry/home improvement business and there may be a wait time to have work performed. However, with that being said, I do think it would have been prudent to have been notified in a timely fashion of any issues or delays. After all, isn't that what a "professional" company would do? I will move on to find a company that is eager and professional to complete my project but I do caution those to think twice before dealing with this company.
