They had a really good selection. The customer service was second to none, very nice, very personable, I didn’t feel pressured and I didn’t make any further decision anything like that.

They were very curteous and professional. They do high end jewelry but didn't have an issue doing a minor repair. They gave me many options and were very helpful.

They did a fabulous job and I couldn't be more impressed with how quick their service was. It was an easy fix but I was still impressed.

Price seemed a little high but I didn't shop around so I can't say for sure. The work was done a couple of days ahead of schedule.

Was referred by a relative we were visiting in Ohio and was treated like a long time customer. We came in just before their closing time and the process kept them there a good 45 minutes after their scheduled close time but they never made us feel like that was an issue. Explained what we were looking for and the range we were willing to spend and they made suggestions that ultimately were even less than we were looking to spend. Our hopeful turnaround time was a smaller window than normal due to us having to catch a return flight in 1 and 1/2 days. I was willing to accept them shipping the ring to us once it was complete but they promised it would be done by end of business the next day. And it was! To say my wife was thrilled with the finished piece would be an understatement. After she had her new ring they took my ring and polished it for me at no additional charge. Can't say enough about the way they took care of us, would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for jewelery.

The folks at Worthington jewlers were very friendly. In addition to resizing the the ring that was left to me by my father, they also resized my wedding ring which has gotten tighter as the years have passed. They didn't charge me for stretching the wedding ring and even polished it for me. It is great to get more than what I expected and delivered in a friendly professional manner.

I was looking for a jewelery store to repair two gold ring bands. I contacted another very well known store in town, took my rings in and was told it would cost $40 per ring to repair the bands and that the wait would be 3 1/2 to 4 weeks. The staff were clearly not interested in helping me with such a small 'purchase' and even said "We will guarantee they won't break again in the same place . . " and laughed. I went to Worthington Jewelers and was treated like gold (no pun intended). The rings were repaired in less than 24 hours for $19 each. The staff was friendly, welcoming and did not make me feel ashamed to be 'only repairing some old, inexpensive rings' which is how the cross town competitor made me feel. They called me the next morning to say the rings were ready and even reminded me of their hours of operation, so I knew when I could stop by. That type of customer service is what makes doing business in 'Old Worthington' so enjoyable. Way to go Worthington Jewelers.

The staff are friendly and helpful. They made the repairs on the spot and provided a detailed description of what they would do before performing the repairs. I was given a choice of options. Their prices are reasonable.

The rings look beautiful - as I had expected. Joe promised them to me in 10 days and I had them back in 3 business days.

Joe is fantastic! The ring is stunning - as i described what I was looking for he started sketching it out and the outcome is even more beautiful than I had expected. It is such a beautiful piece. We will be taking all of our repairs, estimates and business to Joe from now on.

I couldn't be more pleased. The people who work in/own the store are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. They listened to what my husband wanted (and his concerns about rings) and steered us toward the ring(s) we finally chose. Additionally, we have had my rings resized and my husbands watch band resized at Worthington Jewelers. Everything we've had done has been fantastic.

Their service is wonderful! You can drop your jewelry off and pick up an appraisal within a few days, or make an appointment and have it appraised on the spot.

The necklace is fine. The earring that was fixed is part of my favorite pair of earrings. My monogram attaches to the hoop and dangles when worn. I asked to have one of the clasps replaced as it would not close and stay locked. Neither earring had any marks or dents prior to me leaving it at the store. When I picked up my earrings the one with the broken clasp (now fixed) had a huge dent that is extremely visible on the front of the earring. The saleswoman explained that these gold hoops are hollow on the inside so that they remain light enough to wear. I explained that there were no marks or dents when I left them. She refused to accept responsibility for the damage. I believe the dent was caused when they clamped the earring to a vice-like grip in order to fix it. She did offer to sell me another pair of the exact same hoops for $80.

My wedding ring was used by my Great Grandfather and my Grandfather. When my Grandfather died, my Father wore the ring for about twenty years. I was then married using the ring. The ring needed to be recast because it had been re-sized so many times. They did a wonderful job.

THEY DID A LOVELY JOB OF RESTRINGING MY GRADUATED PEARLS. IT TOOK LESS THAN A WEEK AND THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY STAFF TOO.

UPON FOLLOWING UP WITH THE OWNER (JOE DAVIS), I WAS ACCUSED OF ''BULLYING'' HIM, FOLLOWED BY HIM THREATENING TO HANG UP ''SINCE THE CONVERSATION WAS GOING NOWHERE.'' THE OWNER THEN IMPLIED HE DID ME A FAVOR BY KNOCKING OUT THE STONE, ''SINCE IT PROBABLY WOULD HAVE FALLEN OUT ANYWAY'' THE FOLLOWING WEEK. HE THEN LAUGHED IN MY FACE WHEN I REQUESTED THAT HE SUBMIT AN APPRAISAL, ASKING ME WHY I WOULD WANT SOMETHING IN WRITING WHEN ''I DIDN'T TRUST HIS SERVICE ANYWAY.'' HE THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME IT WAS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK HIS WORK (TO OBTAIN AN APPRAISAL) NOT HIS. TWO WEEKS AFTER THE INCIDENT, THE RING HAS STILL NOT BEEN REPAIRED, AS IT HAS NOW BEEN DISCLOSED THAT THE DIAMOND WAS INDEED LOST, CONTRADICTING WHAT THE OWNER HAD SAID THE WEEK EARLIER. (HE CLAIMED THE DIAMOND HAD BEEN FOUND UPON HEARING MY DISAPPOINTMENT IN THE FIRST CONVERSATION.) I WAS HORRIFIED. UNPROFESSIONAL, INSULTING, & DEVASTATING.
