Courtney helped us choose the perfect engagement ring! She was very knowledgeable, patient, kind, thorough, and you can clearly tell she truly cares about providing the customer with their perfect ring. This jeweler allows you to customize features you like from different rings, show them to you through images/CAD, and other tools that they use to make sure you love every bit of the ring. We had no idea what we wanted at first, but Courtney helped us harrow down the features that we liked, constantly responded to our additional requests with enthusiasm, and made our experience truly memorable. I would highly recommend this jeweler and Courtney specifically because you will receive genuine customer service at its best.

My bracelet broke a week before Christmas. They gave me a price and promised a reasonable turnaround time which they beat by a day. Although it was a very busy time of year for them, they respected the importance of a medical alert bracelet and performed the service quickly and very well. I appreciate that they have in-house jewelers to do the work. I'm very satisfied.

The jeweler did an assessment on the spot and provided a reasonable quote. The repair was done in less than a week and the ring looks as good as new.

Each time the results were beautiful and the work was done ahead of the expected date. When I had questions I was able to talk to the designer who was doing the work.

My wife's engagement ring Diamond fell out due to all the prongs breaking. They rebuilt the prongs and resized the ring and she was very pleased said it look better the new.

I bought a broken pearl bracelet in to be fixed (it was purchased elsewhere) and Worthington did a great job. The piece was re-designed into a necklace and bracelet and the bracelet was made stronger to prevent further breakage. I had a tough time, however, getting the clasp to work so I could put the bracelet on. I took it back and the added another jump ring and a new clasp. Problem solved. I love both pieces and wear them often. I would highly recommend Worthington Jewelers for fast, professional service.

I had my husband’s, who recently passed away, wedding band and a diamond pendant he game me for our anniversary that I wanted made into a necklace. The gentleman who helped me was very kind and offered suggestions as he helped me come up with a design. I had my own gold chain also. The cost was much less than I thought it would be and it was done within a few days even though it was the week before Christmas. They polished everything and it came out beautiful. I’m so thankful for their help in making this cherished keepsake.

Kathryn is beyond the best sales person you will find at Worthington Jewelers. I cannot say enough about her service, her professionalism and her knack for helping us design my engagement ring and our wedding bands to our liking and budget. She was responsive when we reached out via email and via phone. When she was out of the shop on her off weekend, she help share this information and honestly, that one weekend she was off we REALLY MISSED HER! :) We will always remember how kind and professional she was during this amazing journey. Amazing! Custom made ring, beautiful!

We came in with an idea of what we liked, and had some of our own loose stones we could use for the custom ring. We worked with Katherine, who spent several hours with us, presenting settings and showing us options in several catalogs. Over a few weeks, we emailed designs back and forth until we hit on the perfect one. When the ring arrived, we realized that our stone was not right for the setting, and Katherine helped us pick one out that was both bigger and within our "stretch" budget. It truly set off the overall look without being over-the-top. We loved the ring, and the service we received from WJ brought me back when it was time for my wife's birthday. I worked with Katherine again, who remembered our prior conversations about our very casual lifestyle, and she pointed me to a different, less expensive gift than what I had in mind, but that would be more appropriate for my retired wife. I am not surprised that I was directed away from the more expensive gift - a true sales professional helps the client with what works best for them, which isn't always what they ask for! My wife loved her gift, and I was thrilled with her reaction. I would HIGHLY recommend Worthington Jewelers for anyone looking to purchase jewelry at any price point. They have a great onsite selection as well as having the ability to make or order custom pieces, and their service (before and after the sale) is unparalleled in my experience.

The people at Worthington Jewelers were a delight to work with. We walked in and they helped us right away. The main thing was to figure out how much the ring size needed to be increased. They had several different ring sizers to get a good fit. Clearly they do this all the time. The increase was a lot more than I expected - from 6-1/2 to 7-3/4. The price was amazingly reasonable and even lower after my Angies List coupon. They said it would be ready in a week and it was. The ring looks like new. It fits perfectly. I am so glad to be able to wear it again.

If I would have known how easy it was to get these rings resized, I would have done it years ago. I took the rings in to their store on High St in old town Worthington, along with my Angies List coupon. They measured each ring and then we measured my finger. After trying different sizes, we decided that the larger ring need to come down 1 1/4 sizes and the smaller one needed to go up a half size. They promised the rings for 10 days but they called me in less than a week. The rings were ready when I came back to the store. I tried them on and was one happy customer. They were very helpful and professional during the entire transaction. They took off the coupon with no fuss.

They did a fantastic job. The ring looks great and the diamond they replaced looks perfect. My ring was done much sooner than they originally said it would be done. I am very pleased with how they do business and will definitely use them again.

We made several visits, taking a few pieces at a time, as each item needed special attention. The people at the store were very patient, examined each item, and gave us sensible advice. I did not write in the approximate cost of service because we did not sum up the numerous receipts. We were very satisfied with their services. It was a very pleasant experience overall.

The stem that holds the diamond on my wife's 40 year old engagement ring broke and the diamond fell out. I took the ring to Worthington Jewelers and they ordered and installed a new stem along with remounting the diamond. It took about a week to perform the service and the ring looks as good as new now. The staff was very knowledgable and the price reasonable. I would recommend this company for your jewelry repairs.

They got the work done prior to the date originally promised, but when I went to pick it up, it was too big. They were honest when they measured it and said it was, in fact, bigger than the size I chose. They kept the ring to do it over, so I had to return again. It was just fine the second time. The inconvenience, without an offer of a small discount for my time and gas, is the reason I gave a B for punctuality and price. Overall they were professional and did a nice job.

Worthington Jewelers is excellent at what they do! I had 2 special rings that needed repair, and a friend recommended WJ. The 2 rings that needed repair have sentimental value, so I was cautious about who I would have do the work. The necklace repair was kind of a "test run". The ring fixes were complex - the ring bands had been cut into 3 sections (due to needing them removed before I had surgery). One ring has a gemstone in the center & opals on each side of that. The opals had to be handled carefully (the ring was being made smaller). WJ called me and said that the nature of the repair meant they had to replace the center gemstone - which they did at no charge! The second ring needing band repair is a family piece, so I really value it. When I picked up the ring, the staffk explained that the prongs would probably need repaired pretty soon. About 5 months after the repair, I did need to have the prongs repaired. The people at WJ are extremely courteous, helpful, knowledgable, and informative. The work was completed on schedule, and I am very pleased with the results. I felt the work was high quality and the cost was fair. When I went to them for the watch link removal (which seemed like a quick & easy job), I had to wait about 1/2 hour to get it done. The staff did keep me updated regularly on the repair progress. When my watch was finally ready, WJ did not charge me for the work because of the time I had to wait. While I'm not a buying-customer (I wish!...because browsing the display cases showed beautiful jewelery), I am a fan for life for any repair/adjustment work on I need on my jewelry.
