Very well, quick response time, gave a free estimate and did what they said they would do.

Job are done but over priced $900. 00 for 2 hours work 3 people.

It was a good job. They cut down three trees, hauled away the wood and ground the roots. It took about three hours.

It was amazing to watch them remove this very large tree. They definitely know what they are doing. The team worked like a well oiled machine and completed the job very quickly. I thought my quote was high compared to what other reviewers had stated they paid for the same service. When I asked if they could do any better, they did come down some and also gave the Angie's List discount. Overall the cleanup was very good other than I was told they would use a leaf blower on my patio which apparently they forgot. Not a big deal as I just hosed it down. I will definitely use them again.

Crew of 5 arrived at 10:00 am and finished just after 12:30. You would never know a single twig had been trimmed as the ground was spotless. The trees and fence line? Wow! Both trees look so much better and the clean chainlink fence hasn't looked this good in twenty years. The honey suckle bush was 15 feet tall and 10 feet wide and climbing a telephone pole. This team of guys did a great job!

I did not receive a call back. Woodruff Tree Service did work for me in the past and they were prompt and did a great job. The last two times that I have reached out to them to schedule more tree removal work they have not returned my calls.

Tied contracting them twice but never received any replies/return calls.

It went well. One of the trees was VERY Close to the house and they removed it without any problems. They removed the wood and cleaned up the yard very well.

They were awesome! Mike came out with two other guys and took care of everything in about 1 hour. They were very polite and knowledgeable and cleaned up very well after they were done. We would definitely recommend them to others!

We had a tree fall onto our back deck roof during a storm. They responed quickly and within a day was over at the house removing the tree. They took a lot of care to make sure no additional damage was done by the tree. While they were here we also had them grind up 5 tree stumps and also cleared out a area approximately 30 ft x 50 ft of honeysuckle bushes and grape vines. All the work was performed in one day and they meticulously cleaned up the yard of any debris from the plants. We have more bush clearing to be done and will use them for this work when we decide it is time.

Everything went great, they were able to start sooner than expected. They showed up with 6 guys and a lot of equipment and had it all done in about 3 hours. Thank You

These guys were awesome. I was fortunate in that they were able to come to my home in less than an hour because of a cancellation. I got my quote quite easily by taking a picture of my trees and texting them to Mike. He contacted me immediately with the quote. I had a call in to another tree service on Angie's list but had not heard from them for over a week. I was going to contact them, to be fair but when Mike told me they could come out immediately, I decided to have Woodruff do the job. Every single one of their staff greeted me and were extremely courteous. They got the tree down so fast I almost missed it! They cleaned up all the detritus and even cut back another tree's branches so I wouldn't have to duck when cutting my grass. That was kind of the young man to think of it. They did suggest I have another tree cleaned up but I declined today. I definitely will call Woodruff Tree Service when I need more work done.

After several missed phone calls, we were able to connect with each other. He called to tell me he was going to be in the area and he would like to remove the stump that day. When I got home, the stumps were gone and I had a nice small pile of mulch where the stumps had once been.

Woodruff used state of the art equipment, showed up on time, was efficient, and did a fantastic job. Very pleasant.

Amazing! Took care of the job ASAP. Even re-laid the mulch that was disturbed by the removal. Cleaned up and the area was immaculate when they left.

I have used their service prior and was more than happy to use them again. Went great. Came earlier than planned which was a nice surprise. All the employees were very polite and made sure I was happy with the service. They even helped out the neighbor with some wood she wanted from the tree. It was a difficult removal because it was close to the house and fence. Would definitely use them again if I need a tree trim or tree removal.

Company responded to call within 24hours. Came to house for free estimated the same day. Very professional able to answer all questions. Rick gave me a two day notice. As promised both trees where removed and stumps ground. Clean-up was fantastic.

The work was alright. They cleaned up. They didn't do a good job of grinding the stump so I had to get another company to come out and do that. They are not an easy company to get a hold of. The fact that they are difficult to contact will definitely be a con. I think they could have done a better job as far as removing the tree stump. It was a good price because it was the special.

They worked very quickly and did a great clean up job. The price was very good. I had been wanting to get this job done for a long time. Woodruff Tree Services were great. They came out to give me an estimate on Monday within minutes of contacting them. We made the appointment to have my maple tree cut down for Friday. I actually forgot about getting the estmate for having another tree trimmed and had to call them after they left. Rick was very nice and let me know he would give me a estmate when they came to cut down the maple on Friday. I did not even have to wait until Friday, they were able to do both trees on Wednesday. Rick is very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely use them again, they did a great job.

Prompt response after purchasing the Angie's list deal, and within a couple days came out and ground the stump, and left everything in a neat pile.
