Workers were thorough and cleaned up the area. In addition to the tree they cut some additional hedges/bushes down.

I purchased a coupon from Angie's List for $435 but when they came, they quoted each tree at around $1100.00-$1200.00 each. I ended up paying more than $2000.00. They mulched the tree but they just left it in front and at back of the house.

We left them unsupervised on our property and when we returned the work was complete to our satisfaction. We are repeat customers as they previously removed ~50 ash trees due to the Emerald Ash Bore infestation.

Woodruff guys were there in about an hour after the price was quoted. They dragged the tree limbs to the street where they were ground up and taken away

Woodruff did an excellent job from start to finish. When I asked for proof of insurance before agreeing to the service, the owner provided all the documentation that I asked for as soon as I asked for it. The crew showed up promptly the day the job was scheduled and got the whole job done in less than 4 hours and they didn't cut any corners...they were just highly efficient. Steve was the head tree cutter, and he not only did a great job with the tree service, he listened to my feedback and answered my questions as the job was being completed. Floyd was the guy on the ground that took excellent care of my property while Mike was dropping limbs down and left my yard in the same shape it was when the crew started. And lastly, Rick the sales guy was there for whole job, and even told a few good jokes. He was fair with the price and I thought i got good value. Again, the team did an excellent job. They weren't the cheapest company that I got a quote from (hence the B on pricing) but they were the most professional and in the end, I'm really happy that I hired them. HIRE THESE GUYS IF YOU NEED TREE SERVICE.

Well now it is a month later and again I cannot get them to return my calls. This company does not stand behind their work. Very unprofessional. I would never hire them again!!

The tree and two stumps were removed. It was a lot of work for 1400 (we paid 1500). He first quoted 1400 but changed it saying he couldn't honor the coupon. I THINK this was because we didn't pay through AngiesList but am not sure. They did a good job...were on time and called us back right away after our first contact to them. However the stump parts (ground stump) was a lot higher than we expected. We have to bring down the size ourselves. Afterwards he said that taking that away would be extra as it wasn't quoted. Still he did a good job. But......when we left there before they began, all cables and utility lines were in place. When we got back that evening, a cable wire was down. Someone had curled it up and put it by the house. We assume that a limb fell on it and cut it so they curled it up and put it by the house...but he didn't tell us. I feel if there is any damage done that they should tell the owners. They didn't. My daughter went in before we got there and said the cable was out. That's when we found the curled up wire. They are supposed to be insured against accidents but he said nothing....thankfully the cable company did the repair for free so no harm done. I just wish he had called us to let us know. Perhaps it was one of his workers and he didn't know...we weren't there when the work was being done. I strongly advise that and we will be present during the next work we have done. But because he didn't check after the work was done and tell us about the cable, and we didn't care for the very large mound of ground stump left (my husband asked him to leave some but this was a lot), I think next time I hire someone I will be present during the process.

Woodruff Tree Service is awesome, they were there on time promised. Removed two trees and trimmed deadwood on another. Clean up was great, would hire them anytime for another project. All the guys were polite and very professional. These guys knew what they were doing! Kim

Excellent service. Contract signed 5/3/2017 and service performed 5/6/2017. Steve (tree climber), Floyd, and David were very organized and efficiently worked together to remove the tree, stump, brush/wood in approximately two hours. After the stump was removed, some of the left over wood chips were raked out to be level with the ground.

I purchased a $100 service for $75 through Angies List and was never contacted. My calls and emails were also not returned.

The crew was punctual, professional, polite and cleaned up their good. They did an A+ job.

They worked with me to do what I needed completed. I didn't want them to completely cut down all the dead trees and haul them off, I just wanted them to take out the tops so that I could cut down the rest. They worked with me on specific needs, they were reasonable about it. I suspect that there aren't too many people who want just the tops cut out of their trees, so they worked with me to make it happen. I think the cost was reasonable. They were out there for a few hours, it wasn't too bad. We scheduled several times for them to come out, there was several times when they didn't come out, but were able to communicate so that I wasn't waiting around at home. They left some branches hanging in the trees, and they never came back to take care of them. Sometimes it was difficult communicating with them, like getting them to call back. I would consider using them again, but would check with other companies to see if they would be able to do a better job for the same price.
