Helpful in selecting fabrics and listening to our wants and matching the designs to our existing paint scheme and furniture. Don't be fooled by the B for Professionalism. She's pretty blunt which is good but some people might be a bit taken a back.

Kathy helped me choose a shade design that we could see through (and enjoy the view of our yard) and one that matched our paint colors, but would also block the sun. I had actually gotten an estimate from Kathy a year ago, so when I finally called her to do the install, I was pleasantly surprised to find that she had saved my paperwork - including measurements, so she had everything she needed to immediately place the order with the manufacturer. Kathy showed up right on time, let herself onto the rear porch, and began working. She is very professional and pleasant to work with. When I mentioned that I was having trouble with my 2 yr-old vertical blinds on my slider, and that some of the slats had broken off, she said she would get it fixed, no questions asked. I had hired Kathy to install all the blinds in my home just before we moved in and I will be hiring her again to help design the window treatments for our great room. Kathy is very honest and straightforward with her design advice. She works very fast and is quite handy with big ladders and a drill. If you blink, you might miss the install.

My house is very old and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The windows have a lot of architectural detail. Kathleen was very helpful with suggestions and decision making. She was very careful with the installation as she had to first remove old hardware without damaging woodwork or paint. Everything looks beautiful and turned out just like I wanted it. It was also very quick. I think her prices are very reasonable. This was close to 30 windows. I had also used Kathleen several years ago in my previous home. I just recently had it painted to sell it and Kathleen came and took down window treatments for the painter and returned to put them back up free of charge.

She is very creative. She did a nice job making suggestions that would accomplish what we wanted done. She seemed to really know what she was doing. She paid really close attention to detail. She did a beautiful job. I am very happy with how everything turned out.

We were moving from out of state and she arranged to get into our new house, do all the measurements and have our blinds in by the day we moved in! She helped us select "black out blinds" for our kids rooms and recommended the least expensive product that still met our needs. She zips in and installs quickly and efficiently, while being very friendly. She cut the cords and we discussed the safety of them around small children. She teaches you how to adjust the blinds. She really knows her stuff and I highly recommend her.

Kathleen owns this company. She has helped many folks in my neighborhood. She is wonderful. She provided me with decorating suggestions and knows her products very well.

Kathy was great to work with. Not only did she come up with a great design for the treatments in my kitchen and great room, she offered other design advise for the two rooms as well. This was unexpected and I felt she had better advice to give me than previous interior designers I had worked with in the past (and she's not even an interior designer). She was very pleasant and provided me with the finished product in a very timely manner. I will definitely use her again.

She already did the blinds, and now we're working with the fabric. The thing I really like about her is she is extremely fair. Since it is her own business, she can cut a lot of overhead. When I was trying to match up a fabric, she spent a lot of time going out of her way to find it for me.

KATHY ACTS QUICKLY AND SOMETIMES MADE DECISIONS WITHOUT MY INPUT. WHILE THE END RESULTS WERE GOOD AND SHE STAYED WITHIN MY BUDGET, IT MADE ME UNCOMFORTABLE NOT ALWAYS KNOWING WHERE WE STOOD. I DIDN''T ALWAYS FEEL I GOT GOOD RESPONSE TO QUESTIONS OR REQUESTS. HOWEVER, HER IDEAS WERE VERY HELPFUL AND THE RESULTS WERE WHAT I WANTED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON''T FEEL THE NEED TO BE TOTALLY INVOLVED IN THE PROCESS.
