Description of Work: I HEARD A NOISE COMING FROM THE CHIMNEY. THE SWEEP REPORTED NO SIGN OF ANIMAL IN FIREPLACE CHIMNEY BUT DID SEE A NEST OF BABY RACCOONS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE FURNACE FLUE & THAT FIREPLACE CHIMNEY CAP SCREEN WAS CHEWED THROUGH. HE CLEANED THE CHIMNEY & REPLACED THE CAP ($100 ADDITIONAL) WITH A MUCH STURDIER CAP.

Description of Work: THEIR CHIMNEY SWEEP SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. THE CHIMNEY REPAIR SERVICE, HOWEVER, DID NOT COMPLETE A REPAIR ON THE DAY IT WAS SCHEDULED, DID NOT ATTEMPT TO RESCHEDULE AT THAT TIME, AND YET SENT US A BILL FOR THE COMPLETED WORK. WHEN WE BROUGHT THIS TO THEIR ATTENTION, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DID FIX THIS PROBLEM.
