Greg B. came and went over the door, and he found the problem quickly. He put on sensors, oiled and adjusted the door mechanism. It's working like a dream now. It was the best $115 that I have spent in awhile. The door works like new.

Everything was great, from the customer service contact to the repair tech., and I would have rated them an "A" overall, if the technichian would have first brought an inexpensive fuse kit, as discussed with the Customer Service rep. in advance, and again after his first visit in the same day, to see if the 6 year old Wayne Dalton I@Drive opener could be fixed with just a fuse replacement, before having to spend $240 for the new door opener, which was a good price for the opener, and I am happy with the performance of the Genie door opener, but just wish it could have been first determined if a $20 fuse could have fixed the old Wayne Dalton I@Drive opener, which per the tech. and customer service rep., have had a high failure rate, and I have been lucky to go over 6 years without a problem.

We were very pleased. Brad, the sales person, came right on time even though we had to make the appointment after his usual working hours so my husband would be home. He explained to us the options we had for doors and even told us why our previous garage door opener was not working correctly and saved us the expense of replacing openers. His estimate was reasonable. The day of installation went very smoothly - the installer arrived on time and installed both doors and tracks in about 2 hours. When he removed one of the doors, the window shattered but he cleaned up all of the debris and the doors work and look beautiful.

They did a nice job and did not charge me a fortune.

They were very good. They were also very prompt and professional.

I called for service, they scheduled me for service about a week later. They arrived early. They fixed the problem and left.

They were very professional, great with follow up and were able to answer all of my questions. I would recommend them to others.

We needed to replace our original wooden garage door due to some water damage that was present when we bought our home. We selected a metal door that was clad in white so we wouldn't have to paint it again. The workman showed up right when he was supposed to and removed the old door and disposed of all the debris and installed the new door. We were able to keep the opener and he connected it and tweaked all of the settings to work with the new door. He made sure the sensors that would detect an obstruction worked and the door stopped. He also ensured the features that stop the door if it comes down on an obstruction or stop it if something is dragging on it while it's opening, were functioning perfectly as well. He was courteous and professional and did everything perfectly. We would definitely recommend him for any future work.

Brad came out the day after I called to discuss our garage. He spent a good deal of time explaining our garage door system and why it would be difficult-although not impossible-to re-hang in a re-built garage. At the end of the conversation, he agreed to put together two estimates for our insurance company: one with the pricing to re-hang our existing garage door and one to replacement door. He was to fax the information in a few days. However, we never received the fax or any follow up calls. Usually, if a vendor does not follow through, I give them a lower grade. However, since we are going with a different vendor, I didn't call to follow up as I usually would do. Therefore, I am giving Wayne Dalton the benefit of the doubt in this case.

Completed the work exactly as promised. Showed up 1/2 an hour later than the estimated arrival window but completed the work quickly and effectively. Would definitely use this contractor again.

Wayne Dalton installed the brackets to both doors as well as 2 openers in 2 hours. No problems.

My experience with them overall was fine. They did what they said they were going to do and the garage doors work. They were good about keeping appointments and staying on schedule.

We have used them twice and were very pleased with the results both times. The second time around they still could give us the best price of all the other estimates we got and they could do the job in the time frame that we needed in done it. They were always on-time and very responsive.

They were out here within a half hour. They fixed the door in about 20 minutes and we have had no problems with the door since. Their prices were pretty reasonable and we are pleased with them.

Ordered the door through Rosatti. Once order was placed, Wayne Dalton took over for their part. Scheduled a measurement right away and the door was installed within a couple of weeks. One of the panels was slightly damaged. Wayne Dalton said they would get it fixed and followed through without me having to get involved. The installation of the door and opener seems very clean and professional. I am very pleased with the product and work performed. There was a mix up on which opener was specified. One that was discontinued. Instead of going the cheaper route, they just put in the top of the line opener. To me, that said a lot about the companies integrity.

So far it went great. They put in a manual lock at the last minute for free.

They came out right away and told me that the door was cracked and needed to be replaced. Before I could even look up the warranty information, they let me know right away that it was under warranty. They replaced the door at no charge and didn't charge me for the install as well. I dealt with 3 or 4 people during this project and everyone I dealt with was extremely professional, kind, and went above and beyond. I could not have asked for anything better. Wayne Dalton is a great great company!

The installer installed the door quickly and on time. I had questions regrading the install about how the door was closing. Called the company and Greg B. came out and went well above and beyond to make sure my concerns were addressed and that the door was installed and operating correctly. It was nice to get this type of follow up service from a company at no charge and I would recommend this company to anyone.

I had checked Angie's List for a company that could see what could be done for the garage door. While I was pulling out of my garage the door opener engaged and the door began coming down and came down on my car. The top of the door was cracked around the bracket that connects the opener with the door. I called Wayne-Dalton of Columbus and the gentleman I spoke with was extremely helpful. He explained that he would send someone out then he gave me what they charge IF any work was done on the door along with an estimate on any materials that may be used unless the had to order a part. The repair man called before he came and he arrived much earlier than the scheduled time. He examined the door and gave me several options on what he could do. A steel bar was placed across the top to reinforce the door but he wasn't sure it would work but he recommended it. I said to go ahead and it WORKED! He was very professional and pleasant and the cost was very reasonable.

On February 11, 2008, I called and spoke to Betty about scheduling a service call as the high winds the previous weekend had caused a roller to come out of the garage door track and damaged the weather stripping on the door. Wayne-Dalton originally installed the door back in 2003. The technician came out on Friday, February 15th. The appointment was scheduled between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. At 11:20 a.m., the technician called and stated that he was approximately 15 minutes away. He arrived on schedule and checked out everything on the door and made many adjustments as well as modified the height of the track. He was extremely professional and very courteously answered all of my questions. He also adjusted the door so that it would retract it if hit something. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and was done with the service call prior to 1 p.m. The only negative experience was that when I called on February 11th, the first appointment was on Friday, February 15th.

They did an excellent job. Fair price. Matched a competitor's price. Came on time and the work looks great!

A few years ago Wayne Dalton installed a new garage door and opener for us. We have been very pleased. Recently the installed opener stopped working. They came out to check the problem...and it was working! The same thing happened 2 other times! Wierd...but true. So, the service guy, who was very nice, suggested replacing the old opener with a new Liftmaster opener...at no charge. They replaced the opener and the outside pad at no cost to us. This was done as a customer service. And, it was their suggestion. We did not have to ask. Great service!

THEY INSTALLED THE GARAGE DOOR IN MID MAY ALL WAS WELL UNTIL THE 30TH OF JUNE AND BEFORE THAT THE DOOR MADE METAL SOUNDS, THEN THE SAT OF THE 30TH OF JUNE I WAS LEAVING THE DOOR WENT UP NO PROBLEM GOT TO END OF THE DRIVE WAY and THE DOOR WOULD NOT CLOSE. I WAS IN A HURRY I MANUALLY RELEASED THE DOOR IT WOULD NOT CLOSE AND I GOT HELP FROM MALE NEIGHBORS AND THEY COULDN'T CLOSE THE DOOR. I CALLED THE OFFICE OF WAYNE DALTON NO RESPONSE SO I LEFT MESSAGES WITH THE MAIN NUMBER AND THE SALESMAN BRAD. NO ANSWERS SO I CALLED ANOTHER STORE AND THEY GAVE A 866# TO ANSWERING SERVICE AND SHE COULD NOT HELP AND INSTRUCTED ME THAT THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE SINCE THE OPENER WAS NOT THEIRS AND SHE ARGUED THE POINT. I ONLY WANTED THEM TO CHECK OUT THE DOOR SINCE THEY WERE THE LAST TO WORK ON THE DOOR. SHE SAID SHE WAS GOING GET FIND SOMEONE TO COME OUT. WHILE I WAS WAITING SHE HUNG UP ON ME, I CALLED BACK TO AN ANSWERING MACHINE, SO I CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY AND THEY CAME OUT IN 30 MINUTES.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. WHEN THE SERVICE MAN CAME OUT TO LOOK AT IT, HE TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO GET A SINGLE REPLACEMENT PANEL, IF THEY REPLACED JUST ONE SECTION, IT WOULD NOT MATCH. HE WAS PROMPT AND VERY WILLING TO GET INFORMATION TO ME QUICKLY SO I COULD FILE A CLAIM WITH MY INSURANCE.

THEY HAVE A LOT OF GREAT EMPLOYEES BUT THEIR RESPONSIVENESS, AND PROCURES MUST NOT BE ORGANIZED VERY WELL. DON'T BUY THE I-DRIVE SYSTEM. THIS SYSTEM HAS CAUSED THEM TO COME OUT 3 SEPARATE TIMES WITHIN 6 MONTHS. TO ME IT'S A BIG DEAL WHEN MY GARAGE DOOR BREAKS (ESPECIALLY WHEN IT WON'T OPEN AT ALL).
