Perfectly.
Description of Work: Our spa was not heating the water- and it was going to be below freezing for the next week or so. Plus- we were going out of town for a wedding in a couple days. Waterboys got the part we needed fedex'd and then came to the house on a Saturday around dinner time to get the part installed. Far beyond normal effort! We are very pleased and highly recommend Tim. We will use him in the future for any needs!

Description of Work: I called them and left a voice mail, they returned the call in a timely manner, but it went to my voice mail. I called them back and stated that I was sorry I missed their call and could they call me back. They never called back, I called one more time and when they didn't call back after a week or more I found someone else

Description of Work: We have had absolutely horrible luck after buying a pre-owned hot tub from a company in Columbus. (Never again!) We have had even worse experience finding a skilled, professional repair person that could get the job done right without coming back 3 or 4 times. What a huge relief to find a company that actually cared about doing a great job and making sure everything is right. Description of Work: Hot tub was not heating. Tim Bullis came out on June 12, 2011 to review the problem, but could not complete repairs at that time. Parts were ordered and he came back on June 22, 2011 and got a 15 year old hot tub working again. The price was higher than I had hoped, but still cheaper than a new tub.
