They came to evaluate… took my money and said they would get back to me.. Now they won’t answer calls or tell me why they are not taking my calls…

In the beginning of working with Mr. Bullis, we were happy with his professionalism. He provided excellent service for a good price. We then had a couple leaks that required our hot tub to be lifted/moved to be fixed. It is on a raised deck so it must be raised in place. Mr. Bullis had to arrange for people to help him set the tub on blocks. This added many complications. I feel we were very patient with him but more than 9 months later it is still up on blocks and we have turned to another company to finish the repairs. The other company has not yet finished, but what Mr. Bullis could not or would not do in 9 months they seem likely to finish in one month. The other company has also had to redo a repair that Mr. Bullis did which turned out to be inadequate. This is a small company and went from sometimes not returning calls to never returning them. They also generally do not call to explain why they could not come out to do the work as scheduled or to schedule a new date. I would have been much more understanding for one of the long delays if a message had been put on their answering machine that Tim was in the hospital. Instead we just didn?t get a call back. We gave Mr. Bullis months to return and finish work, but he did not. We were hesitant to call someone else because we wanted to believe Mr.Bullis would keep his word. In all we are disappointed in the change in the company from our initial contacts with them to the current situation. We will not use them again.

Most online troubleshooting websites indicated that the motor had been discontinued. Tim informed us that they had recently resumed production and was able to acquire one for us. He ordered the motor and installed it in a very timely manner. It is clear that Tim is passionate about spas. His work was quick and professional. He discussed with us how to best care for the old tub, cover, jets, etc. and showed us how to tell if parts were starting to wear down. I will definitely call him first for any future work required on my spa.

We required filters and chemicals which Mr. Bullis obtained and provided to us on a subsequent visit. We were very impressed with the professionalism shown both in person and via telephone. Its obvious they care about providing good service. As a result we have since had multiple enjoyable soaks in our "new" hot tub!

Fantastic company! The technician was friendly, very experienced/knowledgable and he came exactly when he said he would. He came out to fix the hot tub pump because the pump had stopped working, although he quickly determined that the problem was not with the pump but with the 240 volt line coming into the hot tub. Even though this was not something that Waterboy's could fix the technician was extremely kind and spent a good deal of time looking at the breaker box and the line itself so that he could determine where the issue might be and how to fix it so that I knew what to tell the electrician when he came to repair the problem. After he had done all this work he told me that he had not been able to fix the problem so he would not charge me for the visit. This was unbelievably kind of him and completely unnecessary but very appreciated! He also gave me some tips on how to keep my hot tub in good shape. I will definitely be using Waterboy's from now on for everything relating to my hot tub! Exceptional company!

It went very well. He came out the same day I called and diagnossed the failed pump in 15 minutes. He quickly ordered the pump and charged me via a square on his iPhone. They called me a week later when the pump arrived and he scheduled a meeting the next day and replaced it in 30 minutes! Great service and I would use him again.

Called on the 3rd and Waterboys came out same day -- in the evening --- reviewed the spa and gave us an actual estimate at the time. Needed a new motor and heater. He came by the next day and fixed it! He came back the next week and went over maintence with us. So VERY VERY helpful.....I would gladly recommend Waterboys to anyone.

Tim and Linda are so nice. My cover was delivered within the time frame promised and was installed. They are down home people who care about doing things right. I am so glad I found them on Angie's list. I will definitely call them for all my hot tub repairs.

They were quick, polite and to the point. Walked me through a couple of tests over the phoneso that their visit was quicker.

Very hard to get a hold of, but I was satisfied when I did Have used again and am happy.

They came out and were just wonderful people. I hve no experience with hot tubs and he showed me minor repairs and diagnosis and gave us plenty of tips for care and cleaning. Repairs were quick and his inspection thorough. Can't wait for him to come back and clean and open the tub so we can use it. I highly recommend them.

I called Waterboys Spa and scheduled a time for repair, but Linda told me to change the filter and sometimes that will start the heating process. It did for a couple of days, then stopped heating again. I called again several days later and it took three days for a call back and another time was scheduled. Tim Bullis checked it out and a wire had come loose. Being as he had replaced/fixed it in June 2011, there was no charge. Tim also offered advise on maintaining the unit. I will use him again if needed. .

The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and professional. However, the rates posted on Angie's List, as well as their location in proximity to my home is way off. They told me they moved 8 years ago and were no longer located in the area Angie's List had put on their company information screen. Also, their rates are higher than what is seen on Angie's List. They now charge $75 for a service call, and their labor rates are $60/hr. I would suggest Angie's List contact this company and get up-dated information.

He did a very good job. It's a one man operation. He does an excellent job. I would recommend him for sure.

Linda gave the advice freely. I look forward to using them in the future when my hot tub really does need service!

Waterboys Spas was great - I will use them again and I'm happy to recommend them to others. They are knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and they do everything possible to fix whatever is wrong as cost-effectively as possible.

Tim did a great job. We've used them a couple times and he is prompt, knowlegable and friendly. Would highly recommend this company.

We had Tim out after our hot tub froze due to a broken heater during the winter. Tim looked things over and recommended that it was not worth repairing. He gave us some excellent recommendations on a new tub. We really appreciated his professionalism and honesty.

THE COMPANY MADE AN EXTRA EFFORT TO GET THE REPAIRS COMPLETED WITHIN THE TIME THAT WE NEEDED. THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COURTEOUS.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. I HAD TO CALL A COUPLE OF TIMES TO GET THROUGH, BUT WHEN I DID, I WAS VERY PLEASED. HE GAVE ME A NUMBER OF TIPS ON SPA CARE THAT WILL REALLY HELP.

WATERBOY''S CAME OUT IMMEDIATELY, WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, FOUND THE PROBLEM INSTANTLY AND ONLY CHARGED US, I THINK, $15.00 FOR THE SERVICE + SERVICE CALL. IT HAS BEEN WORKING GREAT EVER SINCE!!! THEY ALSO GAVE US HELPFUL HINTS IN OTHER AREAS TOO REGARDING OUR SPA & ITS PARTS SINCE WE INHERITED IT. I WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!

VERY RESPONSIVE...RETURNED ORIGINAL CALL PROMPTLY. ARRANGED APPOINTMENT, AND SERVICE PERSON ARRIVED ON TIME. REPLACED PARTS QUICKLY. ALSO GAVE ME SOME GOOD TIPS ON WHAT TO WATCH FOR IN THE FUTURE. I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN FOR FURTHER REPAIRS.
