Just one employee came out to complete the work in about an hour. They were very professional, they didn't do up sells for no reason. He said the garage doors we have are still good, he said we didn't need to replace. He is very efficient and he didn't take a lot of my time.

Just one person came out and it took him maybe thirty minutes at the most. I had used them before. They're prompt and reasonable and they do good quality work. Overall they're a very good service.

This contractor did an excellent job! Arrived on time, courteous, quick and professional.

Everything went fast and smooth with scheduling. My wife and I were very pleased with the service and the individual who came out. The technician spent about two and a half on the job. He was very knowledgeable, informative, and helpful. He also gave us a couple of options within the tune-up and also some recommendations. The tune up was initially listed for $69, but Angie’s List required the additional costs and a membership renewal to offer deal. We did feel that the pricing was deceptive of Angie’s List because we currently had a membership that had not expired but we required to renew early. We have no issues with company.

Everything about this company and the service they provided was awesome! Couldn't recommend them more highly.

From start to finish this company was A1! I can't say enough good things about this company. Brian installed my opener and a couple days later I had an issue with the electric to the garage. This was not a quality issue with any of their work it was caused by me. They came back out at no charge and fixed the problem. All is well and the garage door works great. I recommended them to a friend and she had the same amazing experience. 5 stars. Thank you!!!

He was on time. He was very efficient. He explained everything to me and it was great.

Mark Miller, the VP came out and showed us samples of the color of the different garage doors, as well as the models. I knew what I was getting, and I was really pleased with the quality of the final product. He even had a matching, slightly used motor available, so both motors match.

They were professional in scheduling the initial service call. However they required a call back the day of the scheduled service and when they didn't receive it promptly, they failed to arrive for the appointment. Their offices also close pretty early during the week, so contacting them late afternoon isn't possible. They did respond promptly the next morning and we were able to reschedule. Once they arrived the completed the service well and under the originally price quote as it was simpler to fix than originally thought. I appreciated their honesty in not charging the higher rate. We would definitely use them again.

Our experience was really good. They discovered an additional problem so there were additional charges. They were really thorough and they gave us a good price in fixing the additional problem.

This was the best $99 I have spent in a while! Our garage door had been getting progressively louder over the last year or so even though it's only about 9-10 years old. We had a hinge break about 6 months ago, which I think was because the door needed to be adjusted. I didn't really notice the noise until my sisters were in town & mentioned that it seemed loud. Then when it got cold earlier this winter the door would stop closing about half way down & we'd have to have some one get out of the car & help it past the sticky spot. I looked on Angies List for service providers & found United Garage & their tuneup special. They made an appointment within a couple of days (it would have been sooner but they couldn't come out when the temperatures were close to zero.) They did the tune-up and it was very quick! Now the garage closes much more quietly & doesn't stick at all. It's so nice every time I go to open the door :)

They tuned up our garage door. Roller balls were put onto the door making it much quieter.

Couldn't have asked for better service.

I selected a garage door, including a factory enamel paint to match my house exterior color. It took a while to get the color match because the paper color samples were too small for an accurate match, so larger metal samples had to be sent from the factory. We finally found an exact match and the door was produced. The installation was done quickly and without any mess. The wooden trim installed around the new door was left unpainted, so I had to get someone else to prime and paint that, but otherwise, the installation was complete. The new high-insulation metal door is quieter and warmer than the previous wooden door, which had deteriorated over the last 23 years, despite being painted regularly. I have received many compliments on the new door, which is a carriage-style with windows and cast iron ornamental trim. I've shared the name of this company with several neighbors who requested info on them. Kaye Miller was my contact person on this job and she was very attentive to detail. She responded to emails quickly and sent me many pictures and styles of doors while I was making my selection. They really wanted to make sure it was exactly what I wanted and needed and that I would be satisfied with the final result. I was!

I called the office and made an appt for someone to come out and measure and give me a price. Brian from United came to my house, he called to say he was on his way and showed up in the range of time that I was given. Brian was very professional and answered my questions and provided me with the information on the installation that made me feel secure that I was with the best company for this job. Brian measured for the correct size for the door for the one I had did not fit properly and then gave me a verbal estimate. The next day I received a written estimate that covered everything that they would be doing from Kris. I was very satisfied with their attention to a potential customer, so I called and scheduled the installation within a few days with Kris. On the install day, both Brian and Kris showed up in the time frame that was given and as it would take a couple of hours. They cleaned up after themselves, checked everything, gave me the garage door opener manual, they went through how to disengage the door and lock the garage door in case of a power outage. Asked me if I had any questions and told me to call the office if I did. Both Kris and Brian were awesome. I am very pleased with their skilled work. My garage door is fitted with the correct size and looks beautiful. Several of my neighbors have commented on how nice it looks. I am very pleased with the company and Brian and Kris. They were wonderful and did a fabulous job. I highly recommend United Garage Door.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was excellent. They were on time and prompt. It was good service.

Technician arrived at the appointed time. The garage door had gotten noisey as it raised up, so he decided to replace all the rollers. We were pleased with the service he provided, and would not hesitate to call him in the future.

I was very pleased. I expected something much bigger to be the problem. The repair was minor, and no added work was performed, despite me not being there to oversee the work. Everything was tidy and closed up when I got back, with my receipt and broken bracket left in the garage. They even straightened our garage door button that my husband had installed (incorrectly) at an angle.

Called first thing on a Saturday morning when the garage door wouldn't open. The owner asked a few questions and knew right away that the spring for the garage door was broken and gave me a quote. Within three hours, his son was here replacing the spring and the job was complete within 45 minutes. Very happy with the service and how quick they responded on a Buckeye game day!

Garage door works much better now. Nice and quiet (my neighbors are so delighted they no longer have to hear the squeeks every time we open or close our garage door. Answered all my questions about a new garage door. No pressure to replace. So professional, friendly....just a GREAT job.

I called a few companies about replacing my garage door and decided to go with United Garage Door. Mark Miller came out to my home and gave me an estimate and left a sample color for me. Once I decided on a color and style, it took about a week before they came to install it. Mark and his co-worker were very professional and quick. They took down my garage door and put the new one up in about an hour. They even hooked up my garage door opener to the new door. They also took away the old door and cleaned up every nut and bolt. I'm very happy with the job they did.
