My experience with them was very good. They were able to do the installation very quickly. The clean up was good. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend them and use them again.

We are very pleased. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and didn't try to sell us more than we needed. They were prompt and left everything cleaned up. We would definitely recommend.

Great! Very prompt. When I first called he was able to come out the same day but it didn't work out for me. He told me what was wrong and what to look for if a spring went bad. Told me how much it would cost if/when I need to replace the springs.

It was clear that Mr. Miller is a highly-experienced craftsman who excels at what he does. I was very pleased with the work and the customer services experience.

The primary reasons I chose Miller was the pricing model and overall customer service attitude. Although they were not the cheapest price, we believed they were better prepared and had a better product. They showed up the same day I called and gave me a estimate on the spot. I called them later that day to accept their estimate and they were on site the next day to perform the work. They did an EXCELLENT job and communicated everything very well. After installation, they took me outside and took time to make sure I understood the workings of the new door and made me feel like I was an important customer.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. The owner himself was out doing the work. They were timely and made sure the door was working properly before they left. I would highly recommend them. Very punctual and their prices were reasonable. A good company.

They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive. We went with them because of their customer service. They were willing to work around our schedule. I would refer them to anyone. They came out on a Sunday to replace the door.

Mark did an outstanding job. We met him at a Home and Garden show and picked up some information. A few months later our door needed work. We remembered enjoying meeting Mark at the show and gave him a call. He came out within a couple of days and gave me an estimate. He didn't try to up-sell me, was extremely honest about what we needed and didn't need, and took care of everything. Our rental was vacant at the time, so I asked him to just stop by and take care of it. I never actually met Mark on the job. I left him a check in the garage and he did all the work. And, it was perfect. He hauled away the old door, cleaned up everything, installed new tracks -- in short he did everything without me even being there. Great service! Very nice guy. We are currently having him do an estimate on doors for our home. Looking forward to another great experience with them.

I would highly recommend Mark. He was very courteous, came the day after I called for the appointment and gave me a window of time that he would be here. He said he'd be here between 2-4 and he'd call before he came. He called around 1:30, said he'd be here in 30 minutes and he was here on the dot. He is very polite and easy going. I would definitely call him again.

They have incredible customer service. They are very honest and are not pushy when it comes to sales. They make every effort to please the customer. mark, the owner, is very neat, he cleans up so well you would have never of know he was there. Mark was the third person to attempt to fix my door, and he was the only one to come up with a permanent solution.

The came because of the emergency and I'm impressed with their promptness and professionalism. They are great! Our door was not closing and they came and closed it the same day I called. Came back in three days and put on a new door.

Mark was polite & knowledgeable at all times, as well as prompt with phone calls & appointments. He was quick to provide an estimate & schedule service. His work was neat, and he cleaned up his work area perfectly. The garage door Mark used is very nice quality & his installation excellent. His pricing was right on target with comparable companies & even cheaper than some. Mark was a pleasure to work with & I would be happy to use him again.
