Called them and told them the door opener broke the previous evening and was looking to get it replaced. They were very friendly on the phone and gave me some pricing of garage door openers. I ask how quick they could do an installation and since they had a cancellation they were able to install later that afternoon. They told me I would be called when they were on the way to my home they took the home number and cell so I wouldn't be having to sit and wait. They called just before noon and said they were leaving to come, arrived about 20 minutes later. The job was completed in just little over an hour, I was showed the different features of the system.and was told if there were any questions please feel free to call them.

This was a very positive experience for me. My garage door broke and when I called, I had a service person out very fast. He was able to make a temporary fix which lasted almost to the day of install. They were on time; worked quickly; did a great job; demonstrated the feature to me and even helped me program my car remote for the opener. Just a wonderful company to work with!

They were out quickly. I checked around and they have the best price. They were really professional and did quality work. I was happy all the way around, no complaints.

Contacted United Garage Doors first thing Monday morning. They told me they thought they could fit us in that same day, even if it was later in the afternoon. They called us around 5:00pm to let us know they were on their way. Once they arrived, not only did they replace the torsion springs in less than 40 minutes, they apparently lubed the track and opener as the entire door sounds MUCH BETTER when opening or closing. Couldn't be more pleased with their work and the overall experience.

I called the day after Thanksgiving at 9:00 a.m. and they were there by 12:00 p.m. Awesome service!!!! Their customer service is awesome. They called me back to tell me when the service guy would be there and he showed up on time.

They replaced a big spring over the garage door frame. They readjusted the door. They put in a new garage door opener and set up the outside keypad. They did a very good job. I would definitely recommend them to others. The price was very reasonable compared to others.

My contact has been very good with this company. They are very responsive, pleasant and helpful. I am very satisfied so far and will be using them in the future. They are coming out soon to do another repair.

Excellent overall, absolutely no problems. I met the owners at the Columbus Home Show, they were very pleasant and helpful. Scheduling, installation, keeping me updated on the process was all superb, and pricing seems more than fair. They re-attached the old opener to one of the two doors I had installed for no extra charge. Highly recommended.

I called United Garage Door at approximately 9:00 a.m. to have someone service our garage door which was very noisey. They told me a service technician could come out that afternoon or the next morning. They said they would call back later with a specific time frame, which they did. The service tech arrived that afternoon in the time frame given. The service tech lubricated the garage door and the gtarage door opener chain. He politely answered any questions I had. He also honored the Angie's List coupon.

One spring of our garage door snapped and when I called United Door, they said they would try to send someone out the same day and they did. When Brian arrived to fix the spring he didn't have the correct part - but two days later he was back and installed a new system. Unfortunately the garage door motor decided to die at the same time but they found a used unit to install for a great bargain. The customer service was excellent, scheduling was a breeze and I would absolutely use them again.

They were spectacular. They came out quickly, they diagnosed it, and they had it fixed in about 45 minutes. I am disabled so I didn?t know what was wrong with it.

The work done was fine. The price charged by them was fair. It was competitive as we had the work done before too. The quality is fine, as the door is working fine and I haven?t had any problems. They were pretty responsive, as they came out the next day itself after I called them. They were punctual too. We would use their services in the future as well.

The guy who came out was fantastic! First off, I couldn't believe how fast they were. I called right when they opened at 7:30 & he showed up an hour later. This is a one car garage & the car was inside, so I was worried that I would be stuck waiting for repairs or parts or that I would need to get a rental car. He fixed the door in less than a half hour! I'm glad I didn't need to get a new door!

They were on the top of the list, so I called them first to come down for an estimate. We liked them, and we used them. We didn?t even get another estimate. They came home and gave us feedback and information. We then decided to get a new one instead of having it repaired. They came back the very next day and put it in. They did a wonderful job.

I came home Friday at 4:30pm, and found that my garage door would not go up. I went into the garage and saw that the spring had had broken. I knew it would be hard to find a company to pick up their phone at 4:40 p.m. on a Friday. I called two places and got answering machines, then I jumped on the computer to check Angie's list. I looked for "A" rated companies and called Miller Door Sales. Kaye, picked up the phone and told me she could have someone at our place on "Saturday" morning at no additional cost. She told me her son or husband would be here between 11-12 a.m. I received a call from Mark, at 10:30 telling me they would be here within the next 30 minutes, and they were. Brandon, came in and told me what needed to be done and 40 minutes later the door was working better than it ever had. He replaced the spring, made adjustments to the door and even change a light bulb in the opener! Brandon, was very nice and made sure the job was done right.

Installation was prompt, and relatively painless - loving the new features of the openers. However, after 2 weeks 1 is having trouble closing, and they will be coming back to look at why.

Talked to Mark and within a few hours Ryan was here to replace springs. Although Mark had to drive over with the needed springs, this only took a few minutes. Both Ryan and Mark took time to answer all my questions.

I called for service was scheduled a few days later. Mark scheduled me for after work on a Friday so that I didn't miss work. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired a bracket. The door works well now. We discussed potential future problems to watch out for.

I had selected 3 companies from Angies List along with a recommendation from a neighbor to get bids from. Even though Miller Door Sales was not the lowest bid, I really liked Mark Miller who came and gave me a bid and the product he offered -- I felt it was the best door for the money. The tech who came out and installed the garage door and the opener was friendly and very professional. I was very impressed and have already recommended them to several of my friends and neighbors.

I called 8:00 Saturday morning and they were out by Noon to do the repairs. Both springs were replaced. Brandon was ver professional and polite.

Our garage door would not go down consistently. It would go down a bit and back up but sometimes it would go all the way down. This had been going on for a month or so. I called about 1PM and Mark came out the same day, adjusted our "eye", replaced a bolt and it is working perfectly now. He was in our area giving another homeowner an estimate to replace their garage door and therefore did not charge us for the 5 minute housecall. WOW!

Mark Miller came out and gave me an estimate on garage door removal and replacement. Within a week he came back with his son and did the job. They were fast, courteous, and professional. He hit a couple of snags while doing the job, but he worked with me, and kept me informed. They're work is excellent and the price could not be beat. I had several other estimates, but no one else came within $200.

The estimator was on time, courteous, professional. He told me how long the door would take to get in (on order) and recommended a date to install it. His son and another guy installed the door and took down the old door...they were prompt, professional and performed the job as outlined in the contract..

Our garage door was stuck in the up position due to someone mangling the rails. We were concerned about theft, as there were vehicles and tools in the garage. Someone came from Miller the same day we called and gave an estimate, then returned that same day and got the work done. They did excellent work and were extremely friendly and professional.
