Description of Work: I'll preface this by saying I've used this company before and had good experiences do maybe they just had a bad day. I was just disappointed by this whole experience. The crew came totally unprepared and seemingly unaware of the extent of the move and the cost increased significantly. When we tried to call the sales rep who had planned the move ironically he was unavailable. Just felt like bait and switch and we were at their mercy as we literally right in the middle of the move. I think part of this comes from doing estimates over the phone. Just a bad experience. I might use them again but probably would request an in-person estimate before signing with them.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY WOUND UP HAVING TO TAKE A DOOR OFF THE HINGES TO GET A LARGE DESK OUT, THEN THEY PUT IT BACK WITHOUT COMPLAINT. DESPITE THE FACT THAT I HAD ADDED TO THE LIST OF ITEMS TO BE MOVED, THE WHOLE JOB WAS ABOUT HALF THE ESTIMATE.
