They were great. Very easy to talk to and nothing was damaged during the move.

They did a great job and very accommodating. Also, I'm impressed with their customer service.

The young men was professional and courtesy.

I've used Two Men and a Truck three times over the last decade or so. Each time the workers were friendly, efficient, and professional. I hope my most recent move will be the last one for a long time, but I would gladly hire this company again.

Day 1 was packing. First, they went to the wrong house. I had talked to the office the day before and clarified which house we were moving from and which we were moving two. This information was never relayed. The guys were young and for most part inexperienced and it showed. Two of the three guys did a pretty good job. One consistently talked without working and would only start up again when I walked into the room. He also didn't put any label at all on the boxes he packed. I'm pretty sure he isn't working there any more. They missed about half the closets, a bathroom, all the pictures on the wall, etc... Day 2 was moving. They worked hard but were inefficient. No one was in charge. They didn't bring any tools to take doors off of hinges or disassemble furniture. They didn't have mats to put down to keep the carpet clean so they had to have someone bring those. Then they only put them on the hard floor in the foyer so the carpet on the stairs are now the color of mud. What was estimated to take 6 hours took 12. I had to show one guy how to take a door off the hinges by popping the pins after he took all the screws out of the hinges. They left stuff behind in every room in the house, and not the stuff they can't take like chemicals, just random miscellaneous stuff. When I asked why, he said that they put the big stuff in first and the way they packed there was a high probably of these things getting damaged if they put them on the truck. If that doesn't make sense to you well it didn't make sense to me either. They said they couldn't unmount a tv from the wall. So we did all that. And yet they still left every tv in the house on the floor. I've spent the last three days packing and moving everything they left behind. I will give the company credit for not charging me for the full time for the move. I provided them with examples of things that were just not done well so they capped the price at 110% of the estimate. But still I paid $2,000 for two frustrating day and then had to spend three more days moving everything they left behind. The guys were very nice and personable but they had not been trained and no one was in charge and running it like it should be run. I used Two Men and a Truck in the past but will never use them again.

I don't remember the cost. They're extremely expensive.

I can't emphasize enough how glad we are that we chose this company. We were their only customer, because they do not share their trucks with multiple families on long moves. We knew exactly when they would arrive at the new house and two of the men who loaded the truck in Ohio unloaded the truck in Arizona. It was full dedication to us. They were great. the price is higher, but well worth it.

They didn't even place my furniture in the correct rooms, they just everything in my living room and the master bedroom, rather than the 4 bedroom suites being placed appropriately. Even though they gave me a $400 quote over the phone, they charged me over $300 more. When I confronted the mover he said he could not verify my price because it was "after hours" and they couldn't check in with the office. Since I didn't want to be left sitting on the doorstep without my things that night, I went ahead and paid $800. The man refused to even give me my $25 change, he folded up my money and said, "This should cover everything." I had to hire another company for $300 just to get my furniture put away safely.

They've always been fantastic. These guys work long and hard and always do a good job.

The estimated time was 1:00PM and the movers arrived at 2:30. From 2:30-3:30/3:45 the movers loaded the one bedroom apartment to the truck. The GPS gives bad directions, so I told one of the men to take the prior exit. I went to the store to buy them Gatorade, and it took me about 20 min to arrive including tht small detour. It took the truck an hour. At about 4:30/4:45 they started loading off the truck. Every thing was fine until one of the movers dissapeared as to other movers assembled furniture. I wanted help configuring furniture but the mover dissapeared for an hour and I ended up moving the couch, bookshelf, coffee table, bench, etc. by myself. The missing mover came back and all three finished assembling the bed. They left me with what they said were "extra pieces." The grand total came to 1000, double my quoted estimate. To make matters worse, as I was sleeping the box spring fell through the bed and I hit my head on the night stand next to me. I checked the bed, and referred to the manual, without even reading it I could tell that all three slats were never attached. I'm absolutely furious. I really don't mind paying for what is fair, but 1000 for the services I received is completely unacceptable.

They called ahead as I requested, arrived on time, and completed the job, plus additional items, in less time that originally scheduled, so 45 minutes in savings for the final bill! They were very careful with my items and covered corners and door frames in order to not cause damage to the house I was leaving, and the one I was moving into. The lead on the team was very professional and set me at ease with our conversations, keeping it light and even humorous at times. It made the move enjoyable, as I have never hired movers before, and wasn't sure about having strangers in and out of my house handling my furniture. It went better than expected, and I would highly recommend them to others, or use in the future.

They are very fair and very careful with my items. They show up on time. They are quick movers. When I first called them, I did it because it sounded like a joke. I liked the name of the company. They are very honest. It is a small company. They have a truck and they were willing to help me move. The value of the work compared to the price was very good. I have used them several times and if need be, would use them in the future.

They came on time, worked hard, and got everything done that we asked them to. When we moved to the first location, they helped moved things to the first location and storage place we were using, then helped moved all of our items from both of these locations to the permanent location once plans were finalized.

I had a great experience working with Lesa in the office, who set up the services. The two men who moved my furniture very courteous and professional. All of my items arrived without damage and the cost was under the estimate!

They did an excellent job moving me. I was very satisfied with them. Nothing was broken and everything survived the trip just fine, unlike other experiences I have had. Their customer service was very good as well. I liked them! The price seemed reasonable to me given that they were so competent and did the job well. I have two cats and moving is very stressful on animals. I was on a walker recovering from a back injury. I was trying to figure out how to get the cats into the car in my condition. Many movers wouldn’t bother with something like this, but one guy in particular was very concerned about me and helped get both my cats into the car while being gentle and nice to them. This saved me so much time and helped me avoid a huge amount of stress. He really went above and beyond and it impressed me very much. Moving is a stressful situation under the best of circumstances, and they really made things easier for me.

Except for 2 tiny scratches, and one was on a huge armoire that was difficult to move (repaired with stuff from Home Depot) and one small table pulled apart (but it is a good piece of furniture and I was able to easily push it back together)...NOT A SINGLE THING WAS DAMAGED!!! I even bought extra insurance thinking there was bound to be a disaster. Maybe I was lucky and just got a good team but I was very pleased with my experience.

My husband and I were pleased with the service provided by Two Men and a Truck. They were prompt in giving us an estimate. The movers themselves were on time, polite, energetic and followed directions well in terms of placing furniture. They were helpful in helping deal with the mattress so the bedskirt could be put on. Their efficiency was such that they finished earlier than expected, thus saving us a few dollars. Nothing was broken or damaged in any way. The items that had to be taken apart to move were put back together. We would not hesitate to use Two Men and a Truck again.

From the quote to finish of job, everything was handling extremely professional. I was emailed the quote, after a verbal over the phone. The men were 10 minutes early - they were very friendly, timely and professional. Interestingly enough, getting approvals from the office, for the authorization code, when processing my credit card for payment, seemed to take the most time of the entire job, and the men seemed somewhat frustrated by this. A receipt was left at the end of the job and I tipped the men at the end. In summary, two men would have been enough, but I was happy that without any doubt, my 400 pound treadmill would be moved.

very professional, though a bit pricey.

Estimate was way off -- almost twice as much as expected, mostly because the move took twice as long as estimated. They took the estimate over the phone instead of coming out to see the items to be moved -- the first time a moving company has done this in all the times I've moved and I would not recommend that anyone proceed this way. While the 2 men who actually did the move did as good a job as they could under the circumstances, they complained that it was taking twice as long because 3 men should always be assigned to an elevator building to cut down on load and wait time, and they said the estimator should have known that.

We hired them fot both pack and move us. we had sold our house and are building a new house. we are teimporaily living in a small house we are renting and also renting a storage facility. they knew all this when they gave us the estimates as well. took them almost 9 hours to pack and the same to move us. the estimate they had given us was 4 to 5 hours on both. everything that could go wrong did and it was horrible

Overall the experience was so-so. When I used them in the past I was very pleased. There were several problems with this move. First, they arrived 3 hours late (that is three hours after the end of the 2 hour appointment window that they set). All three of the movers were courteous but one of the movers did not seem to contribute much and the other two were hustling to take up the slack. The move was completed within the amount of time that they estimated and they did offer a discount because of their late arrival. Based upon all my experiences with them, both present and past, I would consider using them again.
