Very well. Very personable booking agent. They were able to start two hours early and they finished one hour earlier than the original estimate. The two movers were very friendly and took good care of my items. They got really creative on moving some items in/out of the places.

It was a positive experience and we were satisfied with their work.

They were professional. They took care of my furniture. I rate them high overall. I will use them in the future if needed.

The guys who came to my home could not have done anything better. They did a great job! I talked to their supervisor when he called to see how the move went the next day. He informed me that if I call again, I can request them. They are willing to do any size move regardless of how small and we really nice when I called initally and spoke with them about my move.

When I contacted 2 Men and a Truck they were very prompt in scheduling the move (date and time frame) and sending me the needed paperwork On move day, three men showed up on time and began moving our boxes and furniture. They were very polite and moved things out very quickly. However when they got to the new apartment progress slowed considerably. In talking to the movers, I discovered that this was their third job of this extremely hot day. It took approximately 1 hour to clear the old apartment and 2 hours to move into her new apartment (payment is based on the number of hours it takes the movers). The wood furniture was dirty in spots which I cleaned and the fabric couch had a L-shaped rip in the arm. None of the furniture had been wrapped in plastic which I was told was usually done. I had chosen to pay for "depreciated value" coverage so I contacted the office immediately to report the damage. The movers had attempted to have the couch repaired but the repair was very noticeable and unacceptable. I sent the movers the original receipt for the 3 year old couch that had a lifetime warranty and what I determined to be a fair settlement offer based on its cost, age, and condition. When they came to pick up the couch and deliver the settlement check, my mother noticed that it was less than the value that I thought we had agreed upon. She refused the check and asked them to leave the couch. After repeated phone calls I was able to resolve this reimbursement matter to my satisfaction. I do not believe, however, that it should have taken almost 3 months and and numerous phone calls to resolve this matter.

It was uneventful, which is exactly what you want when moving. They were on time, personable, and professional.

I called several local movers and decided to hire Two Men and a Truck. They gave me an estimate over the phone for the items to be moved and held to their estimate. They showed up on time and were very courteous. The items were successfully delivered to my friends home. I would definitely use them again if I were still in Columbus.

My rep shipped me boxes when I needed them, free shipping, cost of materials only, and answered all of my questions quickly. He even called me on the weekend. The guys were on time, courteous and efficient. They were 3 hours under the estimate because they had a trainee with them. They took very good care of our stuff, wrapping and padding everything to protect it. We had them load and unload the truck, they put things back together at the destination. They even hooked up the washer and dryer. They bought back all of the boxes that we didn't use. A very good experience, well worth the money. I would definitely use these guys again! Excellent!

They were wonderful. This was really a very tough spot to bring something the size that they had to. They had to go upstairs, had the curves to make and stairs to go up, but, they were just great. The price was very reasonable considering that they had to move a really heavy item.

I called Two Men and a Truck on Tuesday requesting an internal move for Thursday morning. They were very friendly and accommodating. I had a large, heavy dresser that needed the mirror removed and the dresser moved two floors down on a difficult set of stairs. An armoire and cabinet moved from lower level up to garage. Two dressers, table, settee and heavy mirror moved to third floor. They began working immediately and did the moves within the hour which I thought was terrific. The gentlemen who came to do the move were friendly, polite and professional
