They could do what they are supposed to do. They aerated the lawn but didn't do part of the lawn. They also fertilize the lawn and spray the bushes and trees.

I don't like that they have to keep coming back to take care of the weeds -- I still have weeds.

Very disappointed with this company. They had to be called back out for weed control. 2nd time the tech just randomly sprayed. I had better luck getting 2 bottles of Ortho-Weed Begone and doing it myself. Will not use again. Two of my neighbors had same complaints.

They do a spectacular job. They'll be out 3 more times during the year. They are here when they say they are going to be. They cover the ground that they are supposed to cover and I don't have any complaints. It is a good company. It is more expensive than if you buy it yourself in a big bucks store and treat it but as far as having it done and done properly, it is a very fair price. I have never had a complaint. I don't have to contact them, they contact me. The people they hire know what they are doing.

I believe Scott's acquired The GreenKeeper, which was the lawn fertilization company we were using. After the acquisition took place is when the problems began. We had no problems with the quality of the lawn treatment, it was scheduling when the treatments would be done. A company representative would call prior to the scheduled treatment to advise us approximately when they would be out to treat the lawn and would ask if that was acceptable. More than once we wanted a different day scheduled due for various reasons. They would agree to the change and then still come out on the date we did not want. The last straw occurred when our granddaughter was visiting and couldn't play out in the yard because of a treatment that was to be rescheduled. Since we had experienced scheduling issues with them before we finally decided to terminate the use of this company.

I have no complaints about the job they are doing.

They come when they come. I do not know what they are going to do, or when they are going to do it.

We live in a really old area of the town and there were a lot of bad things in our yard. We have seen a good improvement overall but there were some areas that we liked for it to look better.
