True Clean Carpet & Tile

Arrived on time, worked efficiently.

There was a choice of either stain protection or deordorizing with the Big Deal that I bought. Since I wanted stain protection, I expected that it would be applied after the carpets were cleaned, but the product was sprayed on first and the steam cleaning was supposed to "activate the stain protection." My past experience with stain protection involved spraying Scotch Guard on after the carpets were steam cleaned which makes me wonder if I really got what I paid for. It seems like whatever was sprayed on the carpets before the cleaning was sucked up and went down the drain.

Looked him up on angies list. Called them. Scheduled them. They came, cleaned. did a great job.

The service was very good. They came on time for the scheduled estimate and to look the job over. They were very courteous and very informative. They were very accommodating because I needed to have it done on a certain date so they did some rescheduling in order to get it done for me. They were kind of pricey.

The company arrived on time, cleaned the appointed areas & additional areas as directed. They provided excellent service at a fair price.

Jason and his employee arrived within the two hour window that had been established. They first put down dropcloths on my tile foyer to protect it as they brought in the hoses. My carpet looked great and I knew they were much cleaner when they finished because I had a used a spot cleaner in two different rooms that actually removed the stains too well because it left a much lighter patches of carpet but after the cleaning you could not longer see those areas. It was an excellent experience and I would use Pure Clean Carpet & Tile again.

I got a good Angie's List deal for Pure Clean Carpet and Tile. They showed up on time. Two guys came, they set up and started upstairs and made their way downstairs. It went well.

Their equipment broke upon start. They rescheduled for a week later. They accomplished cleaning as then scheduled. Carpet looks good.

The servicemen showed up on time and did allof the work requested. There were rooms that I assumed would count as 2 areas due to the size. However, they just counted it as 1 area. This was a nice refreshing change from other companies. The guys explained the process to me and were very informative, helpful and friendly. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Two visits were necessary to determine whether regular cleaning and sealing would solve the problem (which it would not, as I had expected.) On the second visit the grout was cleaned and as much color seal was removed as possible. New color seal was applied. The result was beautiful. At both visits explanations and costs were given in an understandable way, and after the work was done, I was told to call if any of the grout dried unevenly or if I found any other problems, and that he would return and fix the problem. The work area was completely clean when they left, and no mess was tracked into our home. Workers were pleasant and personable.

The half off Big Deal plus the positive ratings convinced me to choose Pure Clean to clean all the carpeting in my house. The only strange thing is that they were more than 30 minutes early, so they were waiting for me in the driveway when I got home from running errands. But they were very nice and friendly, and the work was very quick. They don't move large furniture like couches unless you specifically ask them to. But all of the high traffic areas were well cleaned, and the dog pee spots were deodorized and cleaned. I just wish they had gotten under and behind the couch, but I probably should have said that ahead of time. Bottom line: I trusted them in the house, and I would hire them again. Just specify what you need!

This company did an excellent job! Scheduling was easy; the cleaners were punctual, professional and friendly. They moved furniture around as needed. The results were amazing. Our kitchen floor has never been so clean and the carpets look brand-new. We will definitely call Joe again!

I used an Angie's List Big Deal coupon for this service. It worked out pretty well. They moved the furniture I wanted with no problem and they did a very good job on my carpet. There were two of them and they were very quick in and out if people are busy. They did my stairs and stairs are a pain, even for do-it-yourself people. My carpets are not new so they really worked hard. They did little extra things that I asked them to do; I combined two areas that we do not use very often and they were fine with that. When they finished my carpets were not wet and they dried quickly. They came out when I wanted and they were very nice and clean cut.

Excellent work, very detailed. Explained the process. As it turned out the grout was not sealed by the builder and the grout held to water longer than normal. Made recommendations for getting better results.

Jason (owner) and Brandon were very personable and courteous. It was a pleasure to meet them both. I only have two recommendations for improvement: 1. wear booties over shoes after entering the home 2. inform customer of extra options and related charges (ie deodorizing, stain protectant) when scheduling the appointment The job took around 2 hours and 45 minutes from arrival to departure. I put fans on to expedite carpet drying. Carpets with fans dried in about 3 to 3.5 hours, longer for rooms without fans. This was our first experience with hiring a carpet cleaning company, so we didn't have another company with which to compare. Overall, we were pleased with our experience and the results.

Joe Johnson the operations manager was friendly, courteous, punctual, and professional. He and his associate did an excellent job cleaning our carpets and tile and they took precautions to make sure everything was done safely without damage to persons or furniture. I highly recommend them.

They arrived on time, explained exactly what would be done. Suggestions were made for additional services with absolutlely no pressure to purchase them. The Job was performed quickly, and exceptionally well.

The crew showed up a little late but I was called and notified that the prior job was running behind. Joe and his partner were great. Very personable and friendly. After reading some previous reviews which said that they wouldn't move furniture, I moved as much of the furniture I could before they arrived. Joe told me that I didn't need to move the furniture, that they would have done that for me. He said he didn't understand why some of the previous reviews stated that they don't move furniture. They were quick and thorough. They suggested add ons but were not pushy at all. They loved my dog, despite the fact that he followed them around constantly. Best of all, the carpet looked great!

Pure Clean came out to our house to clean 6 rooms and stairs in our house. They came on time and did a walk through before beginning the cleaning, asking about high traffic areas and stains. They got right to work after pre-treating the carpet and setting up the equipment. They worked efficiently and were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The whole job lasted about 2 hours from beginning to end.

Very professional. On time as scheduled. Very clear as to the available services they perform, and good discussion with me concerning the observed needs of my application, and what they could or could not do in my particular circumstance. In the final analysis, I determined that my needs exceeded the scope of their available services, and I hired a different contractor who could perform that larger and different scope of work. However, because of Pure's professional comments, I taylored my final scope with the different contractor based upon some of the comments by Pure. Thank you, Pure!
