True Clean Carpet & Tile

They were very professional and friendly. Did an excellent job cleaning the carpet and tile. I am in a wheelchair and wheelchairs can really be **** ** carpets. ; The carpet in my former office was so gross and dirty from my wheelchair and they made it look good.. Couldn't believe how nice our kitchen tiles looked after the cleaning. Would definitely used them again.

First time they came it was a couple of young guys who said they had just started with the company they brought their equipment in and was supposed to be cleaning and they seemed very confused about the job they were doing and before they left i pointed out multiple places it still needed cleaned. when they left it looked horrible. i called the company and spoke to the owner and he assured me he would send his best workers to clean it up. when the new guy came he brought in all this equipment that eventually broke and he said we've been working on this huge job and this is one of our old machines and he leave everything in a mess until they could come back with a fixed equipment and they were gone for a very long time. the owner shows up to look at it and agrees it needs to be redone, the owner sends back the old guy and had him redo it and when he left it still did not look right. i was chatting with the owner and i mentioned my son was deaf he mentioned his nephew was deaf and my son offered to lend him a book about deafness. the owner has never returned it and i called multiple times. he gave me the run around and never actually returned the book. my son was very disappointed and obviously has no credibility to them.

Our tile and gout haven't looked this good since installation 16 years ago! Joe and his crew were a pleasure to work with, highly ethical & talented.

This company went above and beyond what I expected of them. We asked them to spot clean a couple of stains on our carpets in two different rooms, and for one of our carpets they went ahead and cleaned the entire carpet at no extra charge. All of the spots are completely gone. The carpet cleaner was professional and friendly and did an excellent job. I would give them my highest recommendation.

It didn't go well. They had broken equipment and knocked a picture off the wall. They were friendly.

First he claimed to clean the small room off the kitchen (tile extends into this room) which contains washer and dryer. I moved both machines for him to clean under them, as he agreed. I noticed when I checked he had not washed the group in that area, but he was adamant he had. The overshot of the water bleached portion of the family room carpet which lies up against the kitchen tile and bleached out the stain in the wood on the kitchen/breakfast room step. Before he left I also had to remind him to apply a sealant to the grout - which he then did as his assistant went back to the car. In the process of him washing the kitchen floor, he sold me on paying more to add grout cleaning of the marble floor entry way. At the time I watched him pick up the loose pieces of grout and when I asked what that was he claimed he didn't know. The power washing dulled the entire surface of the marble floor, therefore, he said he would come back out and use a buffer, which is did several days later. In the meantime, I applied a sealant to the floor to protect it from traffic and provide an initial shine, both of which he said would be fine. When he returned with the industrial buffer, however, it also shot out water and was destroying the sealant I placed on the floor. Now the floor has intermittent shine and no shine! I asked him to stop which he agreed to do and we were only one or two days out of hosting a large party. I later realized, the power wash actually did tear up several areas of grout and caused damage to the basement ceiling 1) a several foot area running parallel to a wall and 2) several feet area running perpendicular across the basement stairway; the damage included discoloration of the white textured ceiling plaster and pealing/separated pieces of ceiling plaster. It also ruined a coffee table art book and some other books (bookcase up against wall). It also cause damage to the floor, as it left areas without grout!!! I called to report this damage. He asked if I wanted them to come out and fix it - which I immediately said no. He then said to let them know if we wanted to hire someone else to fix it and they would see what they can do. Unfortunately in our delay of not knowing who to contact regarding the ceiling and grout we let this unfortunate issue go by the wayside. I would like to have repairs complete and may call the company. Since you asked for review, he am providing it now. My impression of the company, the co-owner was very friendly but really did not know what he was doing, and we ended up with damages. Because we delayed in filing a complaint with Angie's list and in following up with company on complaint, I don't think it's in anyone's best interest to broadcast this review.

My 20 year old tile floor in the kitchen and foyer looked really bad and I thought I was going to have to replace. They came in and repaired the broken grout and steamed cleaned the whole tile floor. Then they put a colored sealant over all the grout to make all the grout match and protect it. They buffed the whole floor and it looks like new!!! I was very impressed with their service and will share their name with friends and family.

They cracked the bottom of the grout. They used too much pressure to clean and they said they would come back to replace it, but they never came back. They seem to be so professional and nice. In fact, there was a person who came to inspect the problem, but never showed up after that.

We were hoping to get the 20 year old grout looking cleaner and not so gray. The tile was in good shape it was the dirty looking, but repeatedly cleaned grout that we were after. This service tried, but it didn't look much different.

Two guys showed up. One guy essentially did all the work. Some if the staining seems to have lifted away om one tile.

They were not proficient doing the kind of floors we have. They tried to make it right but they were unable to. They were nice people. They were responsive but unable to do the work that we needed.

This company is very customer service oriented, they showed up on time, did a great job for a fair price. You actually get to speak with an individual who actually cares about and wants your business. Who would have thought the "old-school" approach would be what it takes in providing good customer service at a great price? This company services their customers with pride! Would recommend and have used them again already based on my first experience!

They were amazing. They were completely professional. It was safe being with them in the house because there is always a concern. It's the third time I've had them here for different things. They have this tile cleaner which gets the grout so clean, that it looks new. The tile in my house probably had twelve years worth of dirt in the grout and it had never been sealed. The grout if white now and it is ninety five percent clean.

They were great. They were able to remove the stain from the test section, but because the landlord did not want the carpet cleaned until the house was heated, Joe did not charge me. If and when the landlord decides to have the carpet cleaned, it will be Pure Clean (True Clean) who I will hire for the job. If someone says you cannot remove furniture varnish stains from the carpet, call Joe because he may be able to remove them. They were successful in my experience.

They did a good job. It just met our expectations; I don't think it was anything super fantastic. I think it was a good price.

Pure Clean Carpet and Tile was excellent, it truly was. He did a beautiful job and he was very polite. I would give him an A+. We were anxious to get it done and he was available, it just worked out real well. My husband is a price shopper and he felt that they had a very fair price. I have no complaints. They were right on time.
