True Clean Carpet & Tile

I had to hire someone else come in and get the stains out.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service. They were okay, but they weren't great. They gave me some advice so I don't have to use them anymore. I was told to dry the surface regularly so I don't have mold growing on it. Basically, they were good in that sense.

The two men that came to clean carpet were very nice, very professional

Brandon & Brian were fantastic -- they arrived on time, were both personable and knowledgable about the services they provide, and did their work efficiently and well. Our floors have been transformed! The colors of the slate in front hallway can now be clearly seen & it is lovely. They willingly moved furniture and plants, did everything they were asked to do for the job, and cleaned up after themselves. I'm already planning to call to set up their next service appointment. Would recommend this company and their employees without reservation!

They did a great job. They were very kind, courteous, and the work was good. We've had other cleaners in here but I like these guys better.

They did a great job. They arrived right on time, were very professional and did not leave the carpets soaking wet as I have experienced with other companies. I would definitely use them again.

They were always on time. I never felt like they were rushing through jobs. They checked everything they did to make sure i was happy with the results. Very easy gentlemen to work with. He is definatly a perfectionist. His helper was really great also. They kept everything nice and neat as they did t heir job. Treated everything like it was their own witch i appreciated that. .

I think I had higher expectations that what could really be done to improve the appearance of the grout in our shower. I expected our grout and tile to look brand new after the cleaning, but there are still areas that I feel are still stained. The company was very responsive to my calls, and even came out a second time to replace some additional areas that I felt were still stained. The work they did was fine, and I'm sure they would have come out a 3rd time if I would have called. The company is responsive, punctual, and very willing to make their customers happy.

Big area. No problems using the 6 room coupon. They dealt well with my property manager as I did this cleaning before turning the place into a rental.

They did a great job, but it took a very long time. So if you use them, please budget your time accordingly. But, the time is spent well. They don't rush through the work. One of the owners was along for the work and he described to me that they use a citrus-based spray for cleaning. They first spray this across the carpet and let it sit for a few minutes (seemed like maybe 10 mins). He said they don't use detergents or other chemicals because they attract dirt over time. They then use the standard vacuum and sprayer. But the sprayer is just clean water. They claim to have a stronger vacuum than most other companies, which leaves the carpet drier. Does all of this matter? Well, the end result was as good as some of the other A-list carpet cleaners I've used on Angie's List. I don't know if the long term benefits of not using detergents is beneficial. The carpet was drier though. I would use again.

We had the carpets cleaned upstairs, steps and in the family room. I thought they did a fine job, the carpets were clean.

He was on time, pleasant, hard working and diligent. He came on Wednesday, cleaned the tile and left to let it dry overnight. He returned on Thursday and spent many hours (more than he anticipated I would guess) making sure the shower looked new before he left. He even caulked around the bathroom sinks without any extra charge.

We scheduled an appointment with Pure Clean Carpet and Tile that had to be canceled due to weather. When they arrived to clean our carpets at our recheduled time, they were apologetic for the cancelation and wanted to "go the extra mile" to make up for it. I should note the rescheduling of the first appointment was completely warranted and understandable. They did a very nice job cleaning much of the carpeted area of our home, but most noteworthy, they did a great job of removing some greasy stains in a finished basement room. Overall we were quite pleased with this service, a very good bargain.

Their truck based machine has very powerful suction. They were able to remove a tremendous amount of deeply embedded cat hair and grime. They completed the work in about an hour (most of the furniture had been previously removed).Carpet was dry in 2-3 hours. This is the most clean my carpet has ever been done, especially the cat hair removal.

Pure Clean was a breeze to work with,. They are responsive - if you call them, they actually get back to you - unlike a lot of companies today. They did a beautiful job. The floor looks better when they were done, then whenI moved in. They treated the job like it was a big one - unlike some companies today who cannot be bothered unless they will earn a big check. They do beautiful work. I plan on using them again in my new home.

The team who cleaned was very professional and the quality of the work was outstanding. I will definitely use them again.
