True Clean Carpet & Tile

They did a nice job, hitting all the traffic areas well. We were overdue to have it done, and they got the carpets looking like new again.

It was only okay. Since then, I have unsealed them and redid it myself with much better results. I don't think the seal was thick enough.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon from them. They did a good job. There was nothing wrong with them.

She was happy with the owner of the companies work but the companies worker didn't do as well as the owner. She felt there was a stain that the worker could have removed but didn't get it removed.

They were prompt. They were friendly. They were efficient. They were accommodating. Carpets are clean!!

Cleaned ceramic tile kitchen floor. Grout repair and cleaning. Great job! Very happy with the outcome! Floor looks great and they sealed the grout which should allow me to maintain the appearance.

The two young men who did the job were cordial but professional, protected the house while they used hoses etc., were punctual and did not waste time. I'm happy with the results, especially as my alternative is replacing the floor. As it turns out, I overpaid for the service because my bathroom was much smaller than the allowable square footage for the Big Deal--but this is not their fault. The quality of the service was certainly very good, as were the results. They left the work site clean and better than they found it.

All-in-all, they did a good job. However, they didn't move furniture, which I had expected, to make sure they cleaned all of the carpeting in the room. Also, in the original Big Deal advertisement, the statement that they would clean 6 rooms including the stairs lead me to believe that they would clean 6 plus the stairs, instead, one of the "rooms" was the stairs. In the future, I would hope that they would be more clear in the description of the service to be provided.

Called this company, who have now changed names to True Clean, for an estimate of work to clean and seal the ceramic tile in two bathrooms. the True Clean employees arrived punctually the following day to a**** the work needed. they gave me a quote for a cleaning and clear seal or color seal. I had several questions regarding the process and durability, differences, and advantages of the different applications. At no time was I pressured one way or the other to make a decision and they were willing to wait if I needed another quotation. I had already researched the work to be done. We agreed on a price and they immediately started the project. I decided to have the tile cleaned and the grout color coated. The products used were environmental and pet friendly and had a very mild scent....only noticeable when in the bathroom. The workers were very friendly and careful. They made sure not to damage anything with their equipment and cleaned their work and surrounding area a they went. The transformation of the floors was amazing and I am very pleased with the outcome.

The first time they came out the servicemen couldn't get the shower floor clean so they came back a second time (no additional charge). Now the shower looks new again! Very courteous workers and the owner is great to work with.

The guys were wonderful. They were respectful of my home and my requests. My floors are light color and the grout was quite dirty. They cleaned and sealed the grout. It looks wonderful. I am going to schedule them for my slate floor in the fore next.

The folks who did the service did a decent job. It cost us another $50 - $60 more. When they did come out, it costed us even twice that much. It ended up costing us $400 but we bought the coupon at $119 to get the job done. We got so deep into it. We had $160 something dollars. They've already been up here once. They've informed us upfront that it would cost us that much to do a good job before they started it. We didn't authorized it. We felt pretty committed. They were friendly. They were here when they said. They charged what they said they were going to charge. The amount that it ended up costing us I thought was too high for what we ended up getting. I didn't feel like it was a big deal. We ended up paying for a full price for more than I would've consented to initially. We have already committed into it so I just went with it. I would have probably done the work myself. I won't look for somebody else to do it. It just seemed to be too much for what he had done.

I called Pure Clean Carpet and Tile (PCCT) to schedule an appointment after a different service was a no show. Happily PCCT was a terrific experience. I left a message on PCCT's voice mail; one of the owners returned my call in less than an hour. We scheduled an appointment for a few days later. If the estimate was acceptable the techs might have time to perform the service that day. I was given an arrival time of between noon and 1 PM. Two young men arrived at 12:10. We reviewed the work scope and they prepared an estimate on the spot. We agreed on the price and they completed all of the work by 5 PM. This was a pleasant experience. We were not sure if the grout repairs would match color. If not grout staining would have to be performed. I am happy to say the grout repairs matched perfectly (using mix left over from original construction) so staining was not required. All work was performed professionally - no drama, no mess. Hoses were isolated from corners via protectors and step off pads were laid to protect carpets. The pre-cleaning emulsion had no smell. The results were outstanding. This is the first professional "deep cleaning" performed on these floors since construction in 2001. We went from considering replacing the floors to restoring them to absolutely new condition. I truly recommend PCCT for tile maintenance and deep cleaning.

Pure Clean (soon to be True Clean) did a really excellent job. My tile and grout look like they did when they were brand new. I could not be happier. I plan to have them back to do my carpets.

They did a great job. They did all our tiles and it looked great. They did a great job and they did it in a timely fashion and with great professionalism. I really was impressed with what they did.

Scheduling was a little confusing, the person who answered the number seemed to be filling in. They needed to call me back to clarify that they did not need to come out to give me an estimate before actually doing the cleaning. Also gave me a time of arrival (9 am), when they had not arrived on the service date by 9:30 I called, and was told they schedule by 1 hour windows so I was in the 9-10 window. They did arrive around 9:45. I appreciated that they honored my Big Deal even though it had expired a few months prior. 2 people arrived for the cleaning. The work went fine and the guys were very friendly and polite. I was hoping that the dirty area in front of the coffee table to come cleaner, but most other areas seemed to clean up well. I also noticed the carpet stayed damp longer than with cleaners I've had in the past - was not able to reposition the furniture until the next day. No specific complaints, but I have been happier with other providers for the same service at a similar price.

The employees were great - they came for an estimate and then executed the work later in the week. The tile cleaning was incredibly well done - including getting old grout haze off the sunroom floor. I wasn't as enthused by the carpet cleaning - the quality was probably the same as anywhere else.

They did a very good job. They cleaned the carpet for me. They seemed very friendly and very responsive. I had an A+ experience with them all around, to be honest. They did a good job on the carpet cleaning. They didn't try to sell me anything more.

The two young men arrived on time, and were very pleasant. They described the procedure and how long it would take. We had a little problem as the application (cleaner) started to seep through the tiles (in 3 spots) down into the unfinished part of the basement. They immediately got the liquid up as fast they could, and mopped up the leakage. They even replaced a cracked tile with a new one we had, and grouted it. They went beyond what was expected. Very good customer service!
