Description of Work: They removed the old tile grout and caulking in the shower. He also replaced the caulking around the tub and sink area. The shower grout area looks like new. He advised us on what products we were using to stop using and what cleaner we should use instead. He said he was going to leave us a bottle of the cleaner but he left without doing so. The cost was higher than I had anticipated but it was better than doing it ourselves.

They did an incredible job, as the house is going on the market and I was afrai I would have to replace the carpet, not needed now. | |They also cleaned all the tile on our kitchen and bathrooms. The house is brand new again. Grout looks like it did the day we moved in. | |Highly impressed. Would recommend to anyone.

+ -1 moreWithin a span of 7 days Jason was out to estimate, test, do the work, and re-do for better results. He demonstrated excellent communication skills and significant knowledge about hard floor maintenance.
Description of Work: A 10 year old concrete overlay basement floor was in bad need of cleaning. I contacted several companies and found none to have a solution to the problem of accumulated dirt on this textured surface. Jason was familiar with concrete overlay, and knew the process by which it was applied. He did some research to find out about the product used to seal the floor. When he first came out to estimate the job he did some testing in a small area. He was certain that he had the equipment and knowledge to bring the floor back to its new appearance. Before engaging Jason in the work, I thought I might have to cover with carpet or laminate this really nice floor because no one had the answer to cleaning it. Upon his return in just a few days, Jason spent one day cleaning with his equipment but he wasn't satisfied with the outcome. In two days he returned to re-do the floor, and the results were excellent. By diligently working to solve this problem, Jason saved me probably $1,000 that would have been spent on new flooring. As a long time Angie's List member, we've had several excellent contractors doing a wide range of jobs for us, but I have not seen any one as conscientious as Jason. I also had him seal 3 small porcelean tile areas, which is reported elsewhere. Needless to say, Elite Tile and Grout get my highest approval rating.

They took a little bit of time in between the estimate and the work, but they informed us upfront. They meet our expectations well and did a great job when they came.

+ 0 moreWONDERFUL. He takes pride in his work and the outcome of the service. I couldn't believe how well my grout looked when Jason was complete. I spent all day and it looks like I have a new floor. Jason even returned (as he suggested) to color seal an area that we had to repair (missing grout) and it looks great! I have had my grout cleaned / sealed in the past and it looked no different. I would highly suggest the color seal if you have any discoloring at all as it gives you a clean, sealed floor with a whole new appearance. Yo won't be disappointed in Jason and his product.

+ -1 moreJason came out and did an estimate. He gave me the option of upping my services from the basic "Angie's Deal of the Day". We scheduled a day and time for him to come and do my tile floors.He took care with corner guards and plastic sheets to protect my walls and corners. He worked very diligently, completing the work in about 3 hours. He gave me care instructions, warranty information, and said that the estimates for the work I didn't have completed would be good for a while. He was very courteous and pleasant while working in my home.
Description of Work: I had the floors in my kitchen, master bathroom and entryway cleaned and the grout sealed.

During the estimate visit we talked about sealing vs. color sealing the pros and cons. We decided on the color seal which looks great. Overall, Jason did a geat job. I would recommend Elite Tile and Grout Care to anyone requiring this type of service.

+ 0 moreJason came out and created and estimate for the work to be done in our kids bathroom. I wanted him to scrub all the ceramic tile and clean the grout. Since there were daks stains (kids blue nailpolish) in the grout, Jason recommended color sealing the grout . He matched the original color of the grout from a small spot that had been under a rug. IT only took him a few hours and now the floor looks just like it did when it was new! I was thrilled that he could make it look brand new...so clean and fresh. I am planning on having him come out again and clean/color seal our downstairs hallway tile.
