Arrived promptly and performed the work in a professional manner. Didn't realize I had so many sq.ft. so job cost about $200 than the Big Deal I had paid for but floor looks great.

Workers showed up on time to make estimate. Explained what they felt was necessary, and actually recommended against one of the services I thought might be required (resealing tile in shower). They offered to go ahead immediately with the work or give us more time to consider our decision. We elected to have the work done immediately. They worked quickly and cleaned up well. It was necessary to wait several days to let the walk-in shower dry out completely after cleaning before replacing the caulk. They came back at the arranged time, and all work was done to our satisfaction. No payment was required until all work was completed.

This guy was prompt, courteous, competent and hard working. My floor still looks like new and it has been about a year since he has been here.

Joe and Brandon original came to our house that we just bought to look at the floor. I told them I was considering tearing up the floor and redoing it, but instead wanted to pursue a cheaper option and just restore it so it looks good. There were many cracks and imperfections in the floor that I pointed out and said I wanted fixed so the grout looked uniform. They said it would be no problem, they would repair the grout and it would look great. Gave me a quote of $625 for the above services, which I scheduled on 7/19. They originally said they would be there are 1pm, showed up a little after 2pm, but did call to let me know they'd be late. I was home during the work, and they started to clean with the large machine around 2:30. After cleaning, they started to cut up a couple sections of grout. I had found a large tub of grout that the previous owner had left. I showed this to them and they said 'yes, this is same grout that was used', I was unsure and let them make the decision. They started to put some new grout down and patch some areas, at this point (around 4:15pm) I left the house to run an errand, I figured they had some more work to do since they were just grouting and had to also clearseal. I received a call at 5pm and they said they were done, which I was a little surprised by, but headed home. At this point, Joe and Brandon were sitting in the van in my driveway. When I pulled up he wanted to do the paperwork immediately, but I wanted to inspect the work first as I was suspicious that it was completed in such a short amount of time. Upon entry, there were sections of the floor that had standing water. I asked twice 'are you SURE you clear sealed this floor?', to which Joe answered each time of 'yes of course we did'. The grout was repaired in some of the major spots, but in many spots it was very ugly and he even missed putting grout in some sections he had cut out. Many of the smaller specific cracks I pointed out earlier were not completed. Some of the grout had already started to dry and was looking very pink in color (and did NOT match). I asked if this looked OK, and Joe told me 'it was just the top haze and will wipe right off when dry'. He also left me some mixed grout so I could continue patching some of the other small cracks (apparently I had to finish the job myself). I paid the amount and they left. That night, when the grout had dried more, it looked absolutely terrible. It was pink against sandstone. I also tested some sections of the floor and it had clearly NOT been sealed as the water was being soaked right up. - At this point, I had already paid them and it was clear that they totally did not perform a huge step of the job they were supposed to do. In addition, what was done looked horrible. I called Joe 7/20 and flat out asked him again, 'are you 100% sure you sealed that floor?', to which he responded again 'yes of course'. I proceeded to tell him we were not happy with the floor, and would appreciate a fix. He said he would call Monday morning to set up a time. I had to email a follow up on Tuesday with the owner (Jason) in order to receive a phone call I was supposed to get on Monday from Joe. When Joe called I got some excuse 'Oh, I asked Brandon if we sealed your floor, and he was said we didn't, so I apologize about that'. HOW DO YOU "FORGET" to do 50% of the job you are contracted to do? At this point, it was clear I was not being told the truth. He said he could come back Wednesday and fix the grout. 7/25 Joe and Brandon came back to the house and said that to fix the grout color and non-uniform color they would apply ColorSeal to just the areas that needed it and then seal the floor. This work was done, and afterwards he asked me to come review the work. I pointed out areas where the ColorSeal was on the tile, the ColorSeal was applied inconsistently, or the ColorSeal was not applied at all to areas that were pink, he fixed some but still missed many. Also I pointed out that there was a haze over all the tiles, which I assumed to be from the Clear Seal. He said he had no idea were it came from and was even going to the length to say he had no idea what I was talking about and could not see any issues. I asked if he had a buffer or something he could use to take if off, and he said there was 'not one on the truck'. At this point, I was very frustrated as I was showing him specific issues I STILL had with the floor. He simply said 'I AM NOT SURE WHAT TO TELL YOU BUD', and proceeded to walk out the door. HOW DO YOU JUST LEAVE WHEN A CLIENT IS UNSATISFIED? The floor looked so bad that my wife was going to clean it again. But she called Elite first, and good thing she did because apparently you can't get the floor wet for 48 hours after the sealer is applied. Our seal would have been ruined and we were not educated at all on how long to wait for the sealer to cure. 7/30 after my wife had spoke with Jason (the owner), he came out to the house. My wife showed him the specific areas we had issues with, and that we were hoping for the grout to be uniform and just look good. Additionally, we were very concerned with the fact that ColorSeal had been used as a 'patch' and applied in only certain places. My wife asked him a couple of questions - "Will the ColorSeal wear differently than the other areas that are not ColorSealed?" No definitive answer- "Do you think this floor looks good and the work was quality?" No definitive answer- "What would you have done with this floor, anything different?" No definitive answer- "What are you going to do to fix this?" No definitive answer. So you can see a trend here, all employees not standing behind the work, seemingly blind to the poor work and also not knowing if their 'patch' job will stand the test of time. All they know is that they have our money and their job is "done".Our floor still looks patchy and terrible, and in consulting a couple other local grout cleaners and tile companies, each said they would definitely not recommend an approach where you ColorSeal only a couple areas of the grout. This fact also leads me to believe that there is very little experience from this crew in terms of this trade, when most other companies that have been around longer do not recommend their approach. In summary- I feel like we wasted our money to have our floors look worse. I feel like there was an blatant attempt to NOT finish the work (did not clear seal at all), and also an attempt to lie about not doing it. I feel like the company is not listening to our complaints or acknowledging the bad work. I feel like the company is doing nothing to resolve our issues and that I wasted a number of hours of my (BILLABLE) time in order to be home and babysit this work. I run a small business as well. If I turned in work like this, my clients complained, and I didn't do anything about it, I would not have the clients anymore, its as simple as that. UPDATE 8/6 We asked for a refund for the work completed that was not satisfactory, here is what we got in response. REPLY FROM JASON We were contracted to clean and clear seal the tile and grout. This work has been completed, and therefore, no refund will be issued. Your invoice is currently paid in full. If, through a disputed charge, your invoice becomes unpaid, you can expect one or all of the following to happen: · Your invoice sent to collections. · Reporting the non-payment to the credit bureaus. · File a lien on your home for the amount due. Regarding the Response from Jason 8/7- Our intention absolutely was not to try to get a ColorSeal job from a ClearSeal price, this is getting twisted around. I think the main issue is twofold 1) Our biggest complaint is the fact that the REPAIRS were included in the estimate, and were just poor in quality. If these were able to be fixed properly or the owner actually acknowledged the poor work or attempted to fix the situation then we would be in a different place, but no luck. The grout that they put down is actually already failing - see the last media image attached. 2) Knowing the 'end goal' of what we were looking for, they should have advised the more expensive work and guided the client on the appropriat work for the desired result. At this point, wasted our money and feel like this is a 'well, we got your money now, no use in dealing with the customer' situation.

Purchased a big deal for tile/grout cleaning. Also offered steam cleaning and was impressed with knowledge and technology. Had a little trouble with scheduling...but they were honest and admitted mistake which I really appreciated (it was after major storm and everything was chaotic as most of city without power for days). Very happy with service, suggestions and crew! Will use again.

The tile cleaned nicely but the grout still looked awful. Stated they could stain the grout to make appearance uniform but for another ~$1000. grout and tile around commodes, corners... were not cleaned properly - machine does not reach in tight quarters.

They did an excellent job. They did a good job on my kitchen floor, entrance way in my house and laundry area. I got a coupon to use their services. They were very professional. I was amazed when I came home. I didn't think that they would actually be able to get the grout clean. It was whitish and it was beautiful. It still looks very nice. I spoke to one guy and he has not called back yet. I want some ceramic tiles to be taken off at my dad's house, so I tried to check with other tile companies because I was not sure if they could do the work.

Excellent! The entire experience was fantastic, from the estimate through the work. Both individuals we dealt with were very professional and punctual. The grout was filthy when they arrived and gleaming when they left.

They returned my call right away. I had to reschedule the appointment until further notice. They had contacted me after awhile to do the service which was great since I had forgot to reschedule. Wonderful service and very professional!!!

He and one other person came and they were very efficient. It looked really good when it was done so I was pleased with the time it took as well as how it looked. He gave me a sheet to show me how to take care of it going forward.

It was good. He actually color sealed it twice to make sure it was perfect. The only concern was walking on it to soon before it was dry and creating extra marks.

Contractor came on Friday, 2/17/2012, for doing the grout and let it dry for a week before cleaning. The contractor had to return right away before leaving in his truck to rework some of the grout that had come loose and disintegrated during the cleaning process. We had to call the contractor back in on 8/9/2012 because the grout around several of the tiles was crumbling and some of the tiles popped out. The Contractor came and regrouted the whole 120 sq. feet of tile to our satisfaction at no additional cost to us. We are very pleased with the Contractor's professionalism. Thanks.

Two people came to my home. We walked through the areas of the house that I wanted to have cleaned, and I received an estimate. The estimate was reasonable, so they proceeded with the work. They transformed my ceramic tile and grout in the entry foyer, three bathrooms, and a shower stall. Scheduling was a breeze. They were professional, hardworking, and friendly. Will definately use the company again and I highly recommend.

Jason the owner came out to give me an estimate on my kitchen floor. I was very impress with his knowledge and honesty about how to restore my ceramic tile floor. I got couple estimates from other company's which most said it couldn't be clean and had to re-grouted. Which would be most costly. Jason said he could clean it first and then if grout didn't come clean to our satisfaction he would color seal the grout. After cleaning the tile, we all agreed that color seal would be the best way to go. He even helped pick out the color for the grout since me and the wife couldn't agree which color to choose. Wow! to our amazement the floor looked like brand new floor. I think Jason has knowledge, right equipment, and his determination, and hard work can restore tile floors back to their original looks.

Jason called to confirm the scheduled time. Arrived as scheduled. Cleaned and sealed the tile in all the areas. He even offered to clean the tile at the front door at no addiitonal charge. Jason also send me instructions on the care and maintenance of the cleaned tile.

I had an excellent experience with Elite Tile and Grout Care. Jason tested all of the flooring and made recomendations about what products should be used. My floors look brand new! I can't believe the amount of dirt that came off of the floors and the grout lines are so clean it makes my tile look like it was just installed! Jason left written instructions on the care and cleaning of the tile and the work also comes with a 1 year warranty. He was extremely nice and so was his employee that came with him. There was no mess to clean up.

Did a great job. The before and after was amazing. Our floor looks so much better; can't believe how dirty our grout was. Elite was easy to contact and schedule...very professional and personable.
