True Clean Carpet & Tile

They came in and observed exactly what they needed to do and got to it. Not much to say other than the fact that they were d*** good and courteous with a quality job being done in a quick and efficient manner...can't ask for anything more!

The job required that the technician return several times. He was very conscientious and thorough. We are very pleased with the results.

This is a difficult review to write. Let me start by saying I contracted for services when the business was named Elite Grout and Tile. I bought a 15 year-old home, and the kitchen ceramic tile was installed by the previous owner. We noticed a couple of grout defects when we purchased the home, but I figured that's to be expected. It became obvious over a couple month's time that the grout was not mixed properly and was chipping and cracking all over. So understand that I don't blame Pure Clean for creating the problem. When they showed up, they power-cleaned the tile and more grout simply dissolved. Joe, who's a very nice man, explained that the grout should be replaced and the service would cost $1,500. He said some of the tiles were loose and he'd repair those as well. He replaced the grout and repaired the tiles. A few weeks later, I noticed the grout doing the same thing that happened before replacement. I called Joe, and he came out and repaired these areas again for no additional charge. A few weeks after that, I noticed cracked grout in different areas than what was treated during the second visit. I hope I'm explaining this so it's understandable. Joe was very nice and empathetic and returned each time we asked. Ultimately, it was the tile being installed improperly by the previous owner, and not incompetence on Joe's part. However, the fact remains that I spent $1,500 on a repair that never quite was completed. And it appears it can never be totally repaired. How many times can you call somebody to continually repair the same problem over and again? My dissatisfaction with Pure Clean is that I feel a tile and grout professional would be able to identify that it would be futile to repair/replace the grout when it was apparent the entire floor needed to be torn up and replaced. I don't feel like he was trying to "rip us off", but I do wish he had tried to make it right, like offering to replace the floor at a discounted rate or something on that order. I don't want to bash Pure Clean, but I'm certainly not satisfied with the outcome, either.

We initially purchased the Big Deal to have our porcelain tile and grout cleaned and sealed. The grout looked fantastic in most of the areas afterwards, however, some of the grout did not come clean and some areas of the grout needed repair. After talking with Joe, he recommended that color sealing the grout would resolve that problem. Plus it had a 10 year warranty. We decided to have him to repair and color seal the grout on an area of approximately 425 square feet. Joe and Brandon worked tirelessly to complete the project, paid attention to details, and were meticulous. The project was quoted cost effective and there were no hidden costs. We appreciated their honesty and professionalism! We would highly recommend Pure Clean Carpet & Tile for future projects!

I tried this company on an Angies List super saver coupon and was very happy. They had to reschedule twice because of weather and were very nice about that. They cleaned our heavy-traffic family room and were able to get rid of stains that two previous companies had not. THey also did not try to pressure me into buying any other products (stain guard, etc).

They cleaned 4 areas of very dirty carpeting [pets, wear and tear,etc] and the carpeting looked wonderful when they were done. They were courteous and polite, punctual and trsutworthy. I would definitely hire them again. Thank you!

The service and experience was excellent. I felt comfortable with them in our home and I felt I could trust their advice. They even came back another day so that that the caulking in the shower would be an exact match of cream to the shower ceramic tiles in the master bath. Who does that anymore?! They do! Excellent workmanship and a desire to please the customer. I would highly recommend them.

They showed up on time for the estimate and were very professional. They took their time analyzing the situation with the tile. They educated me on why our tile was loose, and educated me on the process of cleaning grout and tile. They also said we may not need color seal. They will see how the cleaning goes first. We had another company give an estimate prior, and they didn't point anything out, and they automatically said we would need color seal (extra cost). Even thought the other company was cheaper (only by $65.00) , we went with Pure Clean because of their honesty, and the extra time they took to educate me. The day of the job,they arrived on time, and were finished in 2 hours. The floor they cleaned looked fantastic, and they tile work looked good also (there was only so much they could do as the original work was not professionally done). They took time to go over the work with me and added suggestions as to how to keep the floor clean. They also were great with the dogs (a big plus).

They gave me a noon arrival time which they were a bit late. But they explained in detail what the process would be. They did a great job. And for someone that is a little obsessive about my house, they were cognizant of my home and cleaned up when they were done. They cleaned the carpet in the master bedroom and cleaned, polished and sealed the kitchen floor. It looked amazing when they were done. Great job!!! And I have to mention, conversing with Joe, the owner, was a pleasure too!

We were very pleased with the job. Our grout was very dirty, so it almost matched our dark gray tiles. After they were finished , we couldn't believe how light the grout was! They were also courteous and left the floor very clean.

Overall we are satisfied. It was a Big Deal with Angie's List. We called, and set up the day and time. The service men arrived within the scheduled window. They set up their equipment and went to work, and were done in about an hour. We had no problems.

The two gentleman showed up right on time. One man was the owner of the company. When they came in, my dogs were fussing up a storm. After he asked if he can pet my dogs, as I foster for a rescue and have several cocker spaniels at my house, and he gave them a lot of attention, (which they LOVED), after a few minutes, he took the time to go over ALL his pretreatment and prescrubbing of bad patches (stains) on my carpet, as well as his service and the deodorizer (as opposed to the stain blocker, I could have one or the other, and honey, with pets, we needed the DEODORIZER). He told me that was the better way to go. I also asked if I could have one room added on, and he said sure, it would only be $25 extra. We got the stairway, hall, and three bedrooms cleaned. And BOY, did they need it! Not to mention, after they were done, they came in and petted my dogs goodbye (again, the dogs loved this), and I got a detailed receipt. They did a great job on my carpets and I felt they worked very h****** my old tough to clean carpets, even my kids thought the carpets looked NEW again! I was very pleased. There was one hidden stain I found that evening, but that is when I moved the bed over about 8 inches (which is on wheels with no headboard). Now this wasn't really their fault, as I didn't ask them try and move the bed. I should have indicated to move the bed a little to check under the bed as my son is prone to watching TV in my room and putting stuff under my bed that shouldn't be there. I'm not going to fault them for this, as it was my mistake. I had a ton of stuff piled on the bed and it would have been difficult to move anyways. But next time, I'll make sure to ask them to move the bed in my room. Would I recommend this company, VERY MUCH YES! My stairs (beige carpeting) and all the carpets they cleaned look entirely refurbished and smell great! THANKS GUYS! We'll be calling you again next time we need it!

Pure Clean Carpet and Tile were easy to schedule and they actually rescheduled for a day early than I first scheduled. The carpet cleaning technicians were on time, polite and very cordial. They answered questions I had and educated me on their process and what expectations I should have. They were efficient and timely and I was very pleased with the quality of work they performed. My carpet is clean and looks great. I will use their services the next time I clean my carpet.

Tile grout was stained and basically looked grey. After the cleaning the grout is now white. It looks brand new. I will use this service again and again. I just won't wait so long in between cleanings.

With two dogs, I use carpet cleaning companies quite frequently, and my only "complaint" is that they, unlike other service providers, do not move furniture. Overall, the guys were professional and outgoing, very helpful, and I would recommend them to others, especially people with lighter carpet cleaning needs.

They did a fantastic job. Every area they cleaned was noticeably cleaner. Almost a month later we still are having no issues and the serfaces still appear clean.

Technician showed up when scheduled and went straight to work. All tile floor surfaces were steam cleaned and we wer surprised to see how dirty they actually were. We paid a little extra because we had more surfaces then wer covered by the coupon. The tiles were well done and looked like new. We also had our ceramic tile counter tops cleaned sealed and grout repainted. The tiles turned out great but the grout was a little disappointing. The service man spent many hours (far beyond what I considered that we were entitled to). The grout renewal was a very tedious process and the technician was very painstaking about doing the job but the tile were about 1" square and therfore there was a very large amonut of very snall grout lines. He did the best job possible but in general I would recommend anyone not try to refinish small grout lines.

They called promptly to schedule service, showed up ON TIME - they were quick and efficient and my floor has never looked better! Also very kind and courteous - happy to recommend them.

The office called to schedule service soon after I purchased their services. Joe & Brandon were right on time. I felt very comfortable with them so I actually left to grab breakfast. They were able to remove some very tough stains with their "Magic". Additionally, I had a significant gasoline leak on my garage indoor/outdoor carpet and they went over it many times. Hopefully they solved the problem. If they did not they certainly went the extra mile trying to remove the smell. They were prompt, curtious, personable and performed the service with the utmost in professionalism. These guys are experts and know what they are doing.

Noted grout on tile around toilet and tub was discolored. Took an Angie's List deal to have it cleaned. Had carpet cleaned incidentally. Response was quick and professional and regular tile and grout was cleaned to new look, but discolored grout was not able to be cleaned to my satisfaction. Since my reason for engaging service was to clean the discolored grout, I cannot say process was successful. The young man came a second time to use a "stronger cleaner" but it didn't work much better. He offered to return to "paint" the grout but I was fearful of that outcome so I declined to have that done. The tile and grout are "better" but the reason for calling the service was not satisfied - hence the "C" rating. Carpet cleaning was marginal compared to other carpet cleaning services we've used. Didn't move furniture, end tables, etc But was less expensive compared to other services. All in all tried hard but results marginal.

It was a great company to work with. They were very friendly from the person who helped to schedule the appointment to the two men that came to clean the carpets. Very professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend them and use them in the future!

Great. There are no more stains; all the grout is one color, and they matched the color very well to the tile even though there wasn't a complete match with the old grout color. The floor looks much better.
