Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal coupon for Pure Clean Carpet and Tile. They cleaned the tile and grout. They offered another service which was dyeing the grout which I decided I wanted to have done and that was $495 extra. So they used a dye and retinted the grout on all the ceramic tiles.

Description of Work: I had a Big Deal for $149 for Natural Stone or Ceramic Tile and Grout Cleaning/Sealing. It was fine, they did a nice job. They polished my marble floor.

Description of Work: Needed carpets cleaned. Pure Clean arrived on time and cleaned 6 rooms plus the stairway for a great price. They finished the job in a few hours and were patient in answering any questions that I asked. I am considering using this company to clean the tile and grout in my showers as I was told that is one of their specialties.

Description of Work: The two workers who arrived--Brian and Brendan--were prompt, polite, and impressively professional. They were considerate, flexible, and efficient. When in doubt about what I as the client preferred, they consulted me and followed through on my preferences. I wanted to add a couple of areas/carpets to the six advertised in the "special." Such a request was met with an instant response. The job they did was first-rate. They are a splendid advertisement for the company and I plan to use the company in the future.

Description of Work: I found Elite on Angie's list. I sent an email requesting an estimate and within an hour I received a phone call from Jason. He said he had a crew close by, near my neighborhood. Joe came to give me an estimate that same day. I had a problem with the ceramic tile floor in the master bathroom. Due to poor installation, the grout color was chipping. Joe said he could power wash it, strip it and re-color the grout. He came within a week (could have scheduled earlier but I was busy) and did the job. He was prompt, polite, did an excellent job and actually provided more service than promised without charging me. He polished the bathroom floor, which was not included in the estimate. He did such a great job it looks brand new. He also repaired 2 small areas, one in the kitchen, the other in the foyer, where the grout had crumbled. He replace with new grout and colored it to match. I would definitely recommend this company. Joe and his co-worker were here most of the day, they were friendly and respectful and did a great job. Definitely a thumbs up company!
