WE RECEIVED FOUR TOTAL BIDS FOR THIS PROJECT AND TRUDEAU'S PRICING WAS COMPETITIVE WITH THE REST OF THE BIDS. THEY WERE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. WE EXPERIENCED SEVERAL DELAYS (NOT DUE TO THEM) ON OUR END, AND THEY WERE ALWAYS PATIENT AND WILLING TO WORK WITH US THROUGH THE DELAYS. THEY COMPLETED ALL WORK IN A TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND THEIR WORK WAS ALWAYS VERY CLEAN. THEY LEFT NO MESSES BEHIND THEM. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM IN THE FUTURE.

DON''T PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THE FRUSTRATION- I WAS LIED TO!! THIS IS NOT EVEN THE CORRECT TYPE OF FENCE I NEEDED FOR A POOL.

THEY INSTALLED THE FENCE WITHOUT CONSULTING ME REGARDING A CHANGE IN WHERE THE FENCE WOULD BE INSTALLED. WOULD NOT COME AND TAKE IT OUT AFTER IT WAS NOT WHAT WAS AGREED ON. ALSO POSTS ARE SPLIT AND THEY WILL NOT ADDRESS THIS ISSUE AT ALL.

WE DID COMMUNICATE WITH THIS CUSTOMER WITH THE INSTALLATION OF HER FENCE. THERE WERE UNDERGROUND WIRES WHERE SHE WANTED THE FENCE, AND WE COULD NOT INSTALL IT THERE, SO SHE WANTED THE SIDE LINES INSTALLED AND TO FORGET THE BACKLINE OF THE FENCE FOR NOW. WE GAVE ALOT OF OPTIONS LIKE MOVING THE FENCE IN AWAY FROM WIRES AND ADDING A GATE AT NO CHARGE TO NO AVAIL. WE BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO SATISFY HER AND NOTHING WAS ACCEPTABLE. SO WE CREDITED THE REAR FENCE, AND SHE WOULD NOT PAY THE BALANCE. SO WE TOOK HER TO COURT AND THE COURT SAID THAT SHE HAD TO PAY THE BALANCE AND SETTLE THE MATTER. SO WE TRIED BUT YOU CAN''T PLEASE EVERYONE!

HE MEASURED THE GATE AND WAS OUT HERE WITHIN A DAY AND IT WAS FREEZING OUTSIDE. HIS ESTIMATE WAS A LITTLE HIGH BUT HE WAS VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. I HAVE LITTLE EXPERIENCE WITH PRICING WITH FENCES, BUT I HAD A LESS EXPENSIVE ESTIMATE.

THE WORK WAS COMPLETED IN THE 2-3 DAY TIME FRAME THAT WAS ORIGINALLY ESTIMATED. WE HAVE HAD MANY COMPLIMENTS ON HOW NICE THE FENCE LOOKS. THE DIRT WAS RAKED OUT OF THE LAWN SO THAT IT LOOKS LIKE THE FENCE WAS ALWAYS THERE. THEY BUILT US NON-STANDARD SIZED GATES TO ACCOMMODATE THE LAWN TRACTOR AND AGREED TO THIS AFTER WE SIGNED THE CONTRACT. EVERYONE THAT I DEALT WITH WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT. MY PHONE CALLS WERE RETURNED PROMPTLY. THIS IS AN EXCELLENT COMPANY.
