From the very first meeting with representative Justin Mangold through the completion of the project everything was handled in the most professional manner possible. Site survery and measurements were completed timely and accurately allowing the work to begin as promised with no "surprises" due to incorrect or inaccurate measurements. Appointments and work schedule times were strictly met and all work was completed on time. Workmen were polite and quickly answered questions concerning the job. Without hesitation or argument the crew made a couple of small minor changes that were determined necessary after the work had begun - these were not a result of errors or workmanship but changes, as the homeowners, we deemed were better than our original plan. All materials used were of the highest quality and exactly as selected with no subsitutions or changes. Area was actually left in cleaner and better condition than it was prior to the start of the work. Without hesitation I would recommend Trudeau's Fence Company to anyone seeking a company able to provide the most professional fencing options.

After considering estimates from three other companies we selected Trudeau based on Angies list recommendations and our impressions of the salesperson's knowledge and recommendations. We expected it would take a couple of weeks for work to start, but thanks to an unprepared customer in line ahead of us, we received a call early Monday the next week and we said "we're ready!" Trudeau's three person crew -- polite, hard-working, and expert -- arrived when they said they would and completed the installation in one day, except for a missing piece of gate hardware that was promptly installed the next morning. After the fence was put in, one of the Trudeaus stopped by to inspect the work, make sure we were satisfied, and collect the second half of the payment. The fence looks great and the workmanship is first-rate. The crew were great to work with and were very careful of our yard and our neighbor's garden.

They completed the work in one day. There were three workers. THey did a good job. They trimmed back the vegetation, they did not kill it. They followed our specific instructions to a "T". The only remark we have is that the wood they used was unfinished. The cedar pickets are fresh cut lumber and appeared to be unsanded. the estimate was a little higher than others, but the quality of work was high.

I got a great lesson in Argentinian wine from the foreman.

They provided an estimate and advised it would be about three weeks before they get to the job. They have not yet started.

The fence looks great, they did a good job. I wouldn't have known if they were here because they cleaned up so well. After the extension was finished, we had a wind storm that had made the fence come apart in some areas, so they came and repaired it without any hesitations.

Great. Couldn't be more pleased with the workmanship and the quality of the material. They completed the work all in one day, right on time according to their estimate. The fence is beautiful.

This was our highest estimate so we chose another business to do the job. I received a quick response to my call for an estimate. The person providing estimates was not as careful about observing the specifics of our yard and fence as others had been. I had to point things out that the others had noticed on their own (proximity of another fence, debris against the fence on our neighbor's side, a bush that might make work difficult in another area).

They did call me back but the lady was not sure if they would be willing to take such a small job. She said she would ask someone else and they would get back to me about it but they never did.

Trudeau's immediately responded to my request for an estimate. They were upfront about time frame (told me about 3 weeks). What a surprise when I got a call in about 2 weeks that said they were starting. They brought a crew of 5 or 6 guys and knocked out my fence in a day. It looks great. They cleaned up after the job and even got a job from a neighbor of mine because Trudeaus did such a good job.

My experience with them has been excellent. They did it last year and they came back yesterday to fix a leaning corner post. They dug it out, straightened it, and put new cement in there. They have really good customer service.

The project went very well overall. Responsive service; quality work.

Although I clearly stated to a co-owner where the fence was to be placed, the workers started to position the fence improperly--I am relieved that I was present to correct them. The finished fence looks very good, but the gate was poorly made (crooked at bottom) and I had to call the company to reconstruct the entire gate. They also placed no connection between side and back fences at one back corner. I had to ask the company to return and hammer the two fences together. Several months later, the gate started to droop and upon calling the company again, I was told the workers had forgotten to insert some important metal fixtures in the gate. All my complaints were corrected adequately and within a short period of time, but I don't think that I should have had to watch the workers so closely to ensure that the fence was constructed as planned, and I shouldn't need to call back for them to correct their several mistakes.

They were very responsive to my call. They showed up on time to give us an estimate the fencing around my back yard. They were informative and explained how the would install the fencing.

We were told that the tear-down/removal of our existing fence and the installation of a new Trudeau's fence would be completed in one day. We've had a lot of rain in April, so we weren't sure how the weather affected their backlog of jobs and if the work would be started on time. As promised, Trudeau's came on the day we were told. As promised, the job took one day total. Every post of our new picket fence was installed with concrete. Each rail of the fence is a true 2 x 4; sometimes corners are "cut" in the measurements and you don't get a true 2 x 4. The 2 gates were made by hand and that process was amazing to watch. The crew was meticulous to make sure every picket was level and in line. They cleaned up our backyard when finished; there was no evidence they were even there. We are very happy with our fence. The experience was great. The crew was amazing - they worked so hard for 10 hours. The result was a beautiful picket fence in our backyard. Thank you, Trudeau's.

Fence was installed in one day. It looks great.

I highly recommend them. I would not go with anyone else. We have a good size yard and it only took 2 days. We had a problem with a couple warped boards. and they came back the next day to fix it. They do outstanding work and the price was reasonable. They took care of all the permits and marking the ground. They came when they said they would and let us know if they were running.

I called the Trudeau company on a Thursday or Friday I was told that the representatives were at a convention and would be back until the next week and would then give me a call. Obviously I continued with other estimates. Upon their return Mike or Roger [?] called me while I was in the middle of getting another estimate. When I asked him to call me back he seemed somewhat annoyed, but nevertheless complied and I explained to him what I needed. He gave me a verbal price over the phone of $2900, which was the highest of all of the estimates. On the advise of our neighbor, we investigated invisible fencing options and found them to be much more reasonable. Eventually, we went with an invisible fence product which included the entire yard and cost one third as much as the proposed cost of the chain link.

Mike was very timely, polite, and knowledgeable. We were splitting this project between 3 houses and Mike took the time to break down the estimate for each of the 3 houses and to explain the cost breakdown several times. The company seems to provide a top of the line product. The company also offered a pre-staining service, which most other fence companies do not. The overall price was just a bit more than we wanted to spend, but I would say that had we had a larger budget, this would have been an excellent company to work with.

They were reasonably priced. Did a good job.

The workers did an outstanding job. They had to battle a difficult slope, not to mention the rain events that took place after they started the job. Their progress was delayed but it was nothing they could prevent. Even with all the rain and mud, my yard was not unreasonably damaged and it was obvious that the workers took extra care. The fence looks great and my wife and I are really happy with the work. I will definitely recommend this company. The office staff were also courteous and accommodating.

Called for an estimate. Said they would come out in a day or two. A day or two went by and the didn't show. I called and they apologized and said someone would come out in a couple of days. Nobody showed up.
