Trudeau's Fence Co

Description of Work: I called them over a month ago and told them I needed chain link fence repair done. They were very cordial, but were not doing any fence repair at this time. I explained it was not an urgent matter. They said if they had any upcoming work in my area they would check out my request. I have not heard from them since.

Description of Work: The company installed a 6 foot high heavy duty vinyl fence with two gates around the entire perimeter of our back yard. There were two problems that were corrected in a very timely manner.

Description of Work: I requested a quote from Trudeau's and the process was a disaster. |Communication with the sales rep was beyond horrible. Appointments were missed without notification, text messages were not returned, and multiple calls and messages were not returned until the following business day. |Throw in the 4-5 week wait for work to begin which I was told about during the process, and I was forced to look elsewhere to have our 6 foot privacy fence installed.

Description of Work: They came out and discussed the project, measured the property line and gave me an estimate. A month later they brought all the materials and installed the cedar fence in one day including making a custom gate. I needed some minor cleanup which was fixed in the next two weeks. I was impressed by the people who work for this company. The were skilled workers and the fence looks very nice. I'm glad I chose to have them build this fence.

Description of Work: Did not use based on price. Responsiveness was good.

Description of Work: Removed 40' of 25 year-old stockade style wood fence along back of property line and replaced & expanded with 80' of new high quality dog-ear style wood fence. They suggested a property survey because the property line metal stakes were very hard to find. The survey cost an additional $250, but was well worth the money spent, we discovered the original fence was not near the property end-line and gained an additional 2 1/2 feet of yard depth x 80'. The project salesman, supervisor and crew were very professional, courteous, asked questions, cleared all necessary brush & small trees, erected the fence, and cleaned-up after they were finished. We love the new fence and the job that Trudeau's Fence crew did on our project!

Description of Work: I HAD TWO FENCE PROJECTS I WANTED BIDS ON. ONE WAS A REPAIR TO AN EXISTING FENCE AT MY HOME AND THE SECOND WAS SEVERAL HUNDRED FEET OF NEW FENCE AT A BUSINESS SITE IM DEVELOPING. MANY OF THE FENCE CONTRACTORS I FIRST CONTACTED TOLD ME UP FRONT THAT THEY WOULDN''T DO REPAIRS, ONLY NEW CONSTRUCTION. WHEN I SPOKE WITH TRUDEAU FENCE CO. I TOLD THEM I WAS LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO HELP ME WITH THE REPAIR AND THAT I WOULD GIVE THE CONTRACT FOR THE NEW CONSTRUCTION JOB TO WHOMEVER HELPED ME WITH THE REPAIR JOB. THE PRINCIPLE OF THE COMPANY WENT TO MY BUSINESS SITE AND GAVE ME A VERBAL QUOTE ONLY FOR INSTALLATION OF THE NEW JOB. HE SAID HIS FATHER WOULD QUOTE THE REPAIR JOB. WHEN THE FATHER ARRIVED, HE ONLY WANTED TO QUOTE A FULL REPLACEMENT. WE AGREED TO DISCUSS REPLACEMENT OF A FEW SECTIONS INSTEAD OF A REPAIR. HE WENT THROUGH THE MOTIONS OF MEASURING ETC. WE NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN.
