Description of Work: Sherman performed a full home inspection on my new home. He is extremely thorough on his inspection and report. The home I was looking to purchase was a 4000 sq feet home built over 100 years ago and we climbed over every inch of the home for 4+ hours. He was extremely thorough in his search and the detailed analysis he provided as we inspected the home together paled in comparison to the itemized and detailed report he provided less than 24 hours later. His inspection and report allowed me to learn so much about my home even before I purchased it. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a home inspector.

Description of Work: Sherman was so professional and so trustworthy. He was prompt and got right to work. He explained everything to us and wrote a very detailed report to further explain any issues he found. His offer for a free re-inspection on any repairs or replacements made by the seller helps ease any worries. He was always easy to reach and got back to any questions right away. I would definitely recommend him!

Sherman was able to get us scheduled on short notice, tolerated our presence during his inspection, and answered any questions (even those not directly related to the inspection) we had right away. His report was extremely detailed and included references to pictures. Would highly recommend!
