Great service provided. Work was done as planned and the cleanup excellent.

Very Well. In addition to patching the plaster, their tech. painted the patched areas with the result being that the patched areas look no different from the unpatched. The company's telephone scheduler was also very personable and professional, scheduling both the estimate and the repair to meet my schedule.

I’ve had this company out three times to mount televisions. Each time they have arrive promptly and did a great job.

The technicians we have worked with at Theater People have been very helpful and knowledgeable. When we have run into problems after installation they have been responsive and easy to get in touch with.

The job was done perfectly. The TV and soundbar are married together so no space exists and no wires are visible...and the combined unit is exactly in the center of the fireplace. Ben was polite, flexible, very knowable and very careful with our condo. Great job!

Everyone from Lauren and Alex to John and Ben were VERY nice, helpful, and professional. I would definitely recommend. I am retired and on a limited budget, but really wanted to upgrade my 9 year old system. They understood and helped me get the best system I could afford.

My experience with The Theater People was great. The technician was very nice, and his explanations were very clear. He was able to share ways that we might be able to solve our own problems, and he also shared some ways that we could save money. I'm glad that we had The Theater People help us with our wiring needs.

Very well. They sent 2 techs because I could not help lift the TV myself. The 2 managed to get it done in 1 hour (deal was 1 person for 2 hours). Also, at my request they supplied the wall bracket at a reasonable rate.

Installer was timely and did the job well.

Didn't. Tech spent 3 hours, then said he didn't know how! The owner was very rude to deal with.

They were great! They came in and started working right way. They hide the cords and adding plugs for two of TV's. They patched and painted the dry wall. I was very pleased with their quick and great work.

Tech was very courteous and knowledgeable. He performed the work quickly and cleanly while ensuring the wires would not get pinched in the mount. Looks fantastic with a nice clean appearance on the wall. Paid for an hour of service and in last few minutes was also able to get our basement walked through for ideas about a Home Theatre set-up.

They did a good job. My husband dealt with them. He said they were really nice and patient with him and answered all of his questions about how he wanted everything done.

It didn't turn out well. I will never use them. I ended up having to take and disconnect everything myself and reconnect it in order to make the system work. It didn't work the next day after he left. We called him and he was rather short with my wife about it. He said you got to connect this to that and this to that and this to that, so when she told me that I just said fine. It was on a Friday which made it more difficult to get in touch with him during the weekend. I found the price of the extra cable reasonable. I thought the $99 was a bit much. My wife set this up. The project had been sitting around for a long time not getting done. I was needing to do other things, so I told her to go ahead. I felt like it was too high a charge. It was a nice guy, but I'm not happy with the outcome of the whole thing, nor the price initially. When he was in the house he was fine. When he was on the phone with my wife the next day he was rather short. I wouldn't say he was rude. He was curt. It was just the one gentlemen. It was completed in less than the two hours. They system ended up not working with the directions he gave me to get it to work. When my wife tried to call him the following day (on the weekend) she didn't get a satisfactory answer. I ended up having to take all of the cables off and putting them back on the way I thought they should go. He didn't have to do a lot of prep work for this job. The cabinet was already turned so he had access to it. The cables were already lined where they should be to hook them up to the particular pieces. I didn't know which outlets they had to go onto. He had a pretty easy chore of it and he botched it. He didn't have to do a lot when he walked in the door. He was fine and polite and everything. I think we caught him on the weekend and he didn't want to be bothered.

Great!!! did excellent job my sound is now better than ever 2nd bedroom wires are much neater tech was right on time cannot say enough about just how great tech was he rewired my system using hdmi cables cleaned up good price was reasonable would highly recommend to everyone.
