Description of Work: I purchased a $99 Big Deal for 3 Hours of Audio-Video Installation, Plus In-Home Consultation. They ended up not being there for the whole three hours. We purchased a home with a lot of existing wires. They removed the existing wiring because it was old and dated.

Description of Work: they programmed a universal remote for our new smart TV which eliminated the use of 5 different remotes. They were great! They were friendly, very knowledgable and took their time to make sure we knew how to use the new remote. We highly recommend them.
