Not well. I would appreciate a refund of the membership as well as the service.

The Organic Turf Company told me that their coupon is only good for this Fall when it was communicated to me by Angie's List that it was good until April 18, 2015 (6 months from purchase). I don't want my lawn aerated now, I wanted it aerated in early April 2015. Please refund me the $65. Thank You

Organic Turf provided great communication on when they would be coming out to service the lawn. We would definitely use them again in the future.

Purchased a deal but they don't service my area. I bought this thinking that they will be able to take care of my home. It would be helpful if they would clarify the area they service.

I called prior to the service to confirm the type of seed that would be used as it was not included in the Big Deal. At that point I was told it was fine fescue. As I have bluegrass in my front and side yards, this wasn't going to work well. I appealed to the manager and he eventually agreed to use bluegrass in the front and sides and fine fescue in the back. I think he realized that more detail should have been put into the big deal advertisement, but that being said I appreciated his willingness to work with me.

It was my first time using the company and the service went well. I was not home while they did the service. The treatment seemed to work okay. I had no problem scheduling the service.

The response from the owner was quick and polite. He signed me up for text alerts for when the service would happen. The notice came within a few days, even though he said it could take a few weeks. The guy came out as expected and applied the fertilizer and weed control. He even used a sweeper to cleanup the driveway and sidewalk. The weeds started turning yellow and dying early the next day, as the information promised. The grass looks good, even though it might take it bit more than 3 weeks to determine the long-term efficacy of the fertilizer.

The owner said that if the job was too difficult for him and his crew, they would pass on it because it was too difficult to come to my address and they could sit around and watch Netflix. I felt that as a business owner that was extremely unprofessional and absurd.

The service went fine. One technician came out and completed the service in about an hour. My husband primarily dealt with the technician and said he was a nice guy. He did a nice job. My only complaint is that they never showed up the day they said they would. I called them to check in and they had to reschedule for a week later because they had other people on the schedule before me.

After purchasing the deal, Organic Turf contacted us quickly and scheduled an appointment. We had some lawn questions (not related to the service provided) and they were very knowledgeable. I'd recommend this company, and would gladly use them again.

They did a good job, but we’re not sure how well it will work out for out situation.

They got me scheduled right away, and came out on time. They got the job done very quickly, however...There was grass seed all over my driveway and flower beds. I wouldn't have minded about the two signs they put in front of my house, except I would have like to have been asked about it first.

The Organic Turf Co was very customer-friendly in communicating with me about when to aerate my lawn and over-seed. Due to my use of Scotts Halts earlier in the summer, we decided to wait a few more weeks to ensure any residue would not inhibit germination of the grass seed. I great appreciate the flexibility and attention to customer satisfaction demonstrated during the scheduling process. Due to an unexpected equipment problem, the provider was a day late. My schedule was flexible, so this was not a problem and The Organic Turf Co did the work the very next day. The company was very thorough with the aeration and very generous in over-seeding. The work was excellent and I am very pleased. I definitely recommend this company.

I didn't send some possible dates when I bought the deal online as I wanted to wait until after the warm weather. I noted that I'd want to schedule the application when there were no leaves on the ground. I got an email that I missed from the company that said they had set my appointment. They showed up when I was unprepared; it worked out but it could've been inconvenient if I hadn't been at home when he showed up. The young man that showed up was excellent and so good. I got the job done but I wish I would have received a phone call about the scheduling. I like that they were eager to provide the service for the customer in a timely manner.

They were prompt, efficient and made recommendations for services to improve my lawn quality. Their messaging system advised me in advance of when they would be onsite, and the pricing for the services is very reasonable. I would recommend them!

Perfect! They just came and did the job and I can tell it was well done. I didn't actually meet with them and so it was an outdoor job. They were a lot cheaper than our lawn service and the lawn service wanted triple the price to do this.

The aeration and seeding was good on the areas he addressed. However, the area at the "way back" of the back yard was not done. The technician had a lot of trouble finding my house. I had to call the company twice that day to find out if he was still coming. He did not arrive until about 5 p.m., left a receipt on the front porch and placed a sign in my front yard "Free Aeration.com. " I paid $119 for the service; it was not free so I removed the sign. He did a good job on the areas he addressed. My suggestion to the company is to always supply the customer's phone number to the tech. In my case, it would have saved hours of frustration for the tech and waiting for me.

We purchased they (2) lawn application package on Angie's list and have had a great experience so far. Their communication has been great in setting up a schedule and texting on the day of application as a reminder. We were offered a free lawn aeration service with our commitment to use them in 2015 for the seasonal service which is 5-6 applications. Their rates are comparable to others, but what sets them apart from the rest is their level of customer service, prompt follow-up, and the products they use are better for our pets and the environment!

I received an email this morning indicating that The Organic Turf Company would not provide the service purchased would not be done due to geographic restrictions. I was asked to contact Angie's List for a full refund.

I have been using them for 2 months now. I purchased a big deal for 3 treatments. The experience was good. They did what they were contracted to do, which was to fertilize the lawn, and they did it in a timely manner. They did 3 treatments over the summer, and the grass looks great.

They were polite but they said that they wouldn't schedule anything at this time, even the first treatment. I feel they may have over-extended themselves to the point where they cannot honor those who purchased deals.

Communication via text/email went smoothly, and we're happy with the service! No frills/surprises; their work was as-advertised.

My husband had planned to have our lawn aerated for the past few years. When I told him about the special on Angie's List, he said, "That sounds like a very good deal". It was easy to order this service. And approximately 2 weeks later a polite young man from Organic Turf Company aerated & seeded our front & back yard.
