Description of Work: Lawn applications - This is our first time using this provider but we are renewing with them for next season. Our lawn is starting to look so much better after just using them them since this spring. They use granulated material and always check to make sure that none of the material got on our patio, sidewalk, driveway, etc. If they find any, it is cleaned off before they leave. We are happy with the results so far.

Description of Work: Th aeration/lawn seed sounded great for 15,000 square feet. The company says in the ad that additional feet will be extra which makes sense. But when you get an email from them to schedule for service, they tell you that (unlike the ad), they only make a practice of servicing the whole yard (which I never do due to the extreme size), and that it will cost OVER a hundred dollars more (false advertising, lack of transparency). Suddenly some reviews existed from a previous customer that I was not able to see originally who was also not pleased with a similar situation. The response from the co. to this customer was, in my opinion, completely discourteous/rude in language and message. I would never want to do business with them due to lack of professionalism. Description of Work: Organic Turf Co. has so far applied two (of three) treatments to our front and back yards to help control weeds and other difficult problems, especially "Creeping Charlie". It was everywhere, but we've hardly seen it this year at all. Additionally, our lawn is usually overrun with dandelions in the spring, but we had almost none this year. |We purchased the service through one of Angie's weekly "deals", hoping it might actually make a difference, but we're definitely planning to use Organic Turf again next year. I haven't met the service provider myself, but I have spoken with them on the phone, and they were very professional and helpful. My husband did meet the young man who applied one of the treatments, and said he was very friendly and answered all of his questions cheerfully and knowledgeably.

Description of Work: The grass looks wonderful! No more daffodils, finally. Only thing that went wrong was the very first application they forgot to text or call the day prior to coming. Someone had to run home from work and unlock the gate for the back yard to be sprayed.

Description of Work: I used an Anigie's List coupon, which is what made me aware of this company. I prefer organic fertilizers because I think they are better for my soil and the planet. I have been pleased with the results. They have been very responsive to my questions and requests.

Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal to have lawn weed and feed for my mom's lawn. She believes that lawn care services are too expensive, so I have to do it myself or the weeds take over. Even though I paid for the service, she is comfortable with the amount I paid. The service contacted me and scheduled the applications.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for 3 lawn fertilizer applications. They came out within days to put down the first application. The have completed two applications so far. The leave a detailed description of what they did including the products used and application details. The lawn is growing well and the weeds are under control. I'm very happy with the service.

Description of Work: They did the first of three lawn treatments. Lawn showed a definite reduction of weeds after the service. Notified me by text when they were coming.
