Description of Work: This was for lawn aeration. They were here when they said, did a great job, and managed to work around my flags for my sprinkler heads. Was very happy with their work.

Description of Work: They performed the service as advertised and said my yard exceeded the size so additional charge for each visit was $24.82. Somehow the first application took place without prior notice and I expressed my surprise AND concern that my German Shepherd dogs and their representative could have been a serious problem plus that by showing up unannounced I did not have time to get my dogs out in the yard and back in the house without worrying about them walking through the treated ground. They did phone me to explain how that mistake happened. The second application I was properly notified and I think the service was done as promised--not sure I notice any improvement in my yard.

Description of Work: He actually came sooner than I expected which was great because I wanted to fertilize after he finished. He did a good job and I was happy with the price of the big deal and the service provided. I will watch for their specials again!

I called them at least 5 times and was told they would have someone contact me to set up a time to perform the service. | |Angies List personnel even contacted The Organic Turf still one ever called and the service I paid for was not provided. | |Finally I had to contact Angies List to get a refund.

Description of Work: Angie's List special: 65.00 paid to Angie's List plus extra 15.82 to Organic |Turf because yard was larger than was included in deal. This was in total 50% less than my regular yard service. Organic Turf was very professional, accommodating to my concern to wait until the lawn had dried out a bit, called ahead to be sure I was in agreement to go based turf dryness. The service man was very accommodating in answering questions, following my directions as to where to take care considering outdoor lighting wiring.etc. His machine was set to pull deeper plugs than I had seen in prior aerations which was a positive. All in all, a most positive service experience.

Description of Work: Aerate font lawn. If I had not been home to witness the equipment racing over the lawn, I would neve known it had been done. There was no visible evidence of any difference to the lawn surface after it had been done.

Description of Work: I live next to a weed field so I had a lot of weeds. I could not believe how good my lawn looked after the first weed kill. The second treatment was mostly care for over the winter. The lawn has never looked so good.

Description of Work: Applied weed & feed to lawn. Lots of brown spots in my yard now where much needed weed killer was applied. Grass is greener than ever. Now I just need to apply grass seed to the brown spots & I will have a beautiful green grassy carpet for a lawn. Only draw back is I may wind up spending more $ on gas for my mower to cut it, but isn't that the idea anyway?

Description of Work: After purchasing the Angie's List Big Deal from Organic Turf, we decided to purchase their annual service. Very reasonable price. No contract and I can even cancel a particular application if not needed. Very convenient billing methods. Most of all, patient and knowledgeable staff. So far, so good. Expecting good results after completing the year.

Description of Work: Bought special via Angie's list. 1st application applied during heavy rain didn't allow weed killer to work. Called back 10 days later to have them reapply. I was put on the list but no return visit yet. Weeds are still growing after heavy frost.
