Description of Work: I make the initial contact after purchase of deal from Angies list. They apologized for not having me in their system and not contacting me before then.I was unable at time of purchase to do it online myself and had to call Angies list for assistance. Organic turf explained that they experienced difficult in getting proper information from other clients also that purchased with assistance. So far after two treatments I'm finally getting results of killing dandelions... I like how they text date of their arrival in advance. Description of Work: I asked for them to contact me to arrange a time in the Spring 2015. instead they unexpectedly showed up in late Fall 2014, walked into my property without permission, and began aerating my lawn without my instructions. Their excuse was simply because it was that day was convenient for them.

Description of Work: I purchased a package of three lawn treatments (fertilization and weed control). To date, Organic Turf has done a pre-emergent crabgrass treatment and the first of three fertilization and spot weed treatments. Thus far, I am very pleased with the work they have done. The technician, Rob, that did our lawn was very professional, taking the time to answer any questions I had as well as doing a thorough job on the lawn. I also used The Organic Turf company last fall to core aerate our lawn and was very pleased with the job they did on that. My impression is that they are a good, honest company endeavoring to do quality work. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Called me before they came so I could make sure the dogs were in. They were quick and efficient and made sure the gate to the back yard was closed when they left so the dogs wouldn't get out. This was a nice attention to detail that I really appreciate.
