Description of Work: I am using them for lawn service and I'm satisfied so far (2 treatments). I also purchased a special package for lawn aeration and seeding. It was a good deal, but I am a little disappointed in this part of the service because they were not careful around my flower beds and got grass seed in all of them. I now have a lot of grass coming up in all my beds which I will have to clear out in the spring.

We do our best to impress upon our clients how important grub prevention is for the health of your lawn. With the 2015 season being one the worst years for grub population counts, its not surprising your lawn was damaged as your lawn was not treated with our grub prevention. We do realize grub damage is a huge issue for clients without prevention and are offering our clients 50% off slice seeding this coming sprig to repair lawn damages. If you wanted to return to our family, we would love to extend that offer to you as well. Jason

[Member name removed], Again, we are sorry you missed this written communication sent here thru Angie's List, just a few days after your purchase, where we explained our polices with this statement: "As to the scheduling, we will add you to our scheduling queue and will include your first visit in March or early April when we are in your neighborhood first. Your subsequent applications will occur 4-6 weeks apart and will continue beyond your 3-visit purchase at our normal rates for the final 3 visits of the season unless you request to opt out. " We do our best to make sure our policies are completely transparent and really don't understand how there cam be any negative response after our clear explanation given to you from the onset of our relationship. We do thank you for your business and will welcome you back to our family should you ever choose us to care for your lawn again.
