Very friendly and efficient people! I had several phone conversations, as we were extremely interested in the content of the fertilizer (we have children and animals) and I found that my conversations with the company representatives were friendly, informative, and professional. Great company. I plan on continuing my relationship with them after the "Big Deal" is complete.

The work never happened. I contacted Organic Lawn Turn Co before buying a big deal on Angies to make sure it was something I liked. I was quoted that it would be an additional $21.75 per treatment for my lawn size, which was nice to know ahead of time. I have many flower beds, garden beds and an apiary, so it would be very important to have someone come out before applying the fertilizer / weed killer to ensure those areas weren't poisoned. The company said that wouldn't be an issue, someone would come out and walk the property with me, and it would be the same person applying the treatments. I was sold! I bought the deal, and then received an email saying that they don't schedule visits and that it's impossible to pinpoint a time more than 24 hours in advance. I thought cable companies were bad, but they can't even give you a day! I only need to meet someone once to explain the areas that need to be treated and what can't, but they won't invest the time upfront. I have since cancelled the deal and will be looking for another company that is more customer focused and willing to invest 30 minutes up front to ensure the job is done correctly. One other thing I thought was weird, the deal I purchased says it's 3 all natural treatments, however, if you call them they will tell you that it is a mixture of all natural and chemicals...but for more $$$ you can get the all natural treatments. So beware what you are getting because they apparently aren't all organic like their name implies.

It went very well. My neighbours like me a lot better now. All the junks get out of the yard. There was a couple of dollars additional because the Big Deal price allowed only 3000 sq. ft. and mine is 3400 sq. ft. so there was $8 charge for that additional per footage. The additional dollar was fine. They don’t tell when they’re coming. They just show up. I’m pleased with the service I received.

I haven't been here when they come so I haven't actually seen them. The work has been fine, they give me a notice the day they're coming that morning and they leave the bill as we agreed so that's fine.

They were remarkable and they improved a lot of the different things. They came and they did not leave any mess. They came and took care of things.

I wasn't home when the service was provided, but the Organic Turf Co. has now completed two of the three applications I purchased for $89. I was actively looking for a lawn treatment company, after parting ways with True Green Lawn Care after several years. I have been very pleased with the condition of my lawn so far.

Went just fine, texted the day before that they were coming and then left the receipt on the door when they had finished.

Purchased Angie's List Big Deal for 3 organic lawn care treatments. The fertilizer was moderately noticeable because the spreader left some on the walkway. A flag was left at the curb so I knew the treatment had been done. Invoice marked paid was left at front door. My lawn looks so much better when treated organically than with chemicals. I plan on using The Organic Turf company for as long as I own my house.

Very professional. Prompt service. Was able to pass their names long to other friends with confidence.

Not much to tell. They were very quick and unobtrusive with the work, and we are looking forward to our lawn greening up.

It went horribly. The contractor advertised a special of 10,000 sq ft of lawn weed & feed for $89 with the client being able to purchase more for a bigger lawn. When I tried to schedule it I was told they didn't do partial lawns and it was almost $200 more (times 3 more treatments) to do the rest of my lawn (80,000 sq ft). (That's about $700). The guy on the phone was mean to me and basically said they don't do partial lawns. I had to call Angies List and ask for a refund of the $89 (which I got). I was angry because it didn't say in the ad that you had to purchase a whole lawn's worth. I have almost 2 acres and I didn't want the back half treated. I asked him if they could just do the $89 worth around the front of the house and he said that he was afraid I was going to say that.

Great. Job done with invoice left at the door. Square footage above advertised special. Very good and professional to work with.

They've only done one treatment. They called about doing the treatment, and we have a special case - we have a locked gate around our pool. They applied the treatment in a professional way and did a good job all around. We're very happy with that, and we're looking forward to seeing how the organic treatment compares to the non-organic treatments.

I think the work has turned out fine. They use organic products and I prefer that over the chemical products. I also think they have a fair price.

Very quick followup after purchase, timely service. Very professional.

The provider arrived in the appointment window. When finished, spray warning signs were posted and the sidewalks were blown off. Their equipment is really neat,

I only wanted a part of my yard serviced up to the original contract amount (10,000 square feet). I live out in the country with a huge yard and didn't need all of it done. Service Provider mentioned he couldn't just do a part of the yard because there are different drivers delivering the service and it would be hard to communicate what needs to be done. I advised I would like to cancel and he agreed. Talked to Jason and he was very professional and informative.

Purchased 3 applications for $89. First one has been performed. Includes fertilizer weed killer and insecticides at various times. The man who came was very nice and professional.

MY FIRST CONTACT WAS FROM CHECKING ANGIES LIST AND THEM A POSTCARD ADVERTISEMENT FROM THEM. I CALLED THEM AND GOT A VERY INFORMED PERSON WHO TOOK MY INFORMATION AND TOLS ME WHEN THEY WOULD BEGIN AND I JUST DIDN'T HAVE OT THINK ABOUT IT.THEY SHOWED UP DID THE WORK LEFT A BILL IT WENT VERY WELL.
